Employees were great, offering everything we needed. The room is fine it's just visibly used up and older. Enough parking. Okay breakfast, but could be better and different at least every 2 days.

The shower head was spraying very weirdly with strong pressure, took some getting used to. The bed sheets and pillow cases were stained and it gave the impression of uncleanliness.

The best part had yo be our view over Lake Ohrid. It was mind blowing. The apartment was so big and the bed was super comfy.

No tea or coffee provided in a room despite being provided a kettle and mugs. The bed linen was dirty so we had that changed.

the reception staff are very kind, we got quick and clear answers to all our questions, they even allowed us to enter the apartment a few hours early. The apartment was cleaned every day and we received clean towels every day. A warm recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Ohrid. I would definitely come back again

the only problem was the hot water, we were 4 people and the boiler heated too little water which was not enough for our personal needs.

This was a last minute booking, without any prior research, but we were so pleasently surprised. The location of the property is great. away from the city which means it is quiet and relaxed, but close enough to go to the city for a stroll or a meal. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great and the breakfast is basic, but good. The hotel has a beach, pool and sports facilities. The pool was not yet open but we enjoyed the beach.

I don’t know if it is a minus, but the hotel has a club that is well frequented, so during weekend nights there was loud music.

The location is top and also the view. It´s a pretty nice and quiet ambiente. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lake Ohrid is wonderfull and the water was not to cold. The hotel is located in a nice park area a little bit outside of Ohrid.

The pool was closed and it wasn´t clear at wich time it´ll be opened again. We asked the receptionist and at first she answered that the pool will be opened at 7am. After that she told us that the pool will open at 8am but in the end we were not allowed to use the pool before 10am. The whole hotel was also a bit ghost like.

Its beachfront, which is convenient. The on site parking is also very convenient.

The view varies depending on your room. we had a lake view, but there was some obstruction and it wasn’t that nice (not the end of the world, but noticeable especially if you’ve stayed in a room with a gorgeous view before). it’s also a little pricey for Macedonia. I still continue to stay here because the good outweighs the bad, and it’s tried and true.

The room was very clean and the location is great only 30 minutes walk to the city, which means you don`t need a car. The breakfast and the food exceed my expectations, everything was prepared on time and very tasty. My favorite part of the vacation was actually the breakfast because the dining tables are located in a room with glass windows that overlooks the lake. Definitely would visit again.

The receptionist. He was a little rude and did not want to help me. For example I needed spoon or plate because I have a baby and I needed to feed him, he did not even bother to ask someone else.

Location is great!

Room nice and clean as expected , good breakfast. Rooms on the side of the building are quite noisy as the usic from the swimming pool area is qute loud.

Some times to noisy for that place , to much loud music coming from everywhere

Great stay! The management went above and beyond to to extend our stay on sold out night! We will stay there again
