We stayed for six nights in the Olawian Hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The personal was very nice and helpful. The rooms were quiet. My parents, who are eldery, even received a room with an easy-access shower. There was a water dispenser located in the corridor which was great, so we did not have to go and buy bottled water in the local shops. The best thing was the food. The breakfast was fantastic with a big selection of tasty dishes. In addition we had dinner three times at the hotel which was excellent and garnished beautifully (with an edible orchid). The Olawian Hotel is located closely to the train station with the trains to Wroclaw and Opole (400 meter) and to the local shops (Biedronka, bakery, etc).

The hotel had mainly customers who stayed for one night (for business trips). On Saturday they hosted a wedding (which is nice) but if you are not invited it is not that great to be in the same building (with music playing until 3 am). This, in addition to the heavy rain let us to leave one night early. To be truthful, the rain was the main reason since it was not possible to do sightseeing that way.

Location, food and drink was good, nice staff, restaurant outside was a nice addition, good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Staff made us a family table outside for a vulnerable relative which we all loved even though they were busy with a birthday party.

just minor things really such as the lifts not working, stain on mattress, broken handle on toilet door

- I know its Hard with all the prices nowdays to heat all rooms And whole hotel but it was soo cold in the room And it takes like 1,5 hour to heat up living room And bedroom. Bathroom was cold even next day morning.

A bit dated but fine hotel for a short stay

The AC was doing a lot of noise and we couldn't sleep but we changed the room in the middle of the night and it wasn't a problem.

Not sufficient staff serving food in restaurant, however they have very good food.

Special (single) room annex bathroom for invalid people on the ground floor near reception and restaurants. The Deluxe room was very nice.

Lift/elevator broken, TV in our the Deluxe room was not properly working. Not enough space on the breakfast buffet.

If the reception staff vould have smiled just once it might have made the hotel look friendly. Resturant staff lovely

Everything was fine except for grumpy reception greeting and that continued even upon leaving very disappointing
