The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming, the lady asked us about room/floor preferences. Also, we must really praise the breakfast; its a buffet with a pretty good selection (quark, cheese, 2 types of ham, pate, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, a variety of pickles, yoghurt and 2 types of cereal, hot/cold milk, oat milk, hot sausage links, steamed vegetables, superfresh bread rolls, warm rye bread, orange/apple juice, various types of coffee and tea). There is reasonably priced parking at 25 PLN per day. The rooms are very clean.

The room was very small, to the extent that it was very difficult to move a chair at the table fixed to the wall. The TV - also small, additionally there were only two electricity sockets in which you could charge your phone. Last but not least - the beds: very hard, the mattress rather thin, pillow quite small. I can't say I had a good nights sleep.

I had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with a large, green surrounding area and plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise compared to the typically smaller rooms at Ibis hotels. My request was accommodated without any issues. It's an excellent choice for anyone on a longer road trip or visiting Wrocław. Highly recommended!

The staff are so fantastic and very helpful. Especially Agnieszka and her work mate. The second girl was currently under training. The girls were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Basically, I highly recommend this facility.

In my opinion the only disadvantage: the room was too warm and the air inside was so dry.

Budget hotel, good for a short stay. Clean and equipped with basic stuff. The room is small, but enough for 2 people.

It's a 1 star hotel, they say it clearly in the booking confirmation, so don't expect too much. Still it's spotlessly clean and offers good condition for a short stay. It's a bit far from the center, tram stop is 12 minutes walking and it takes around 15 minutes by tram to get to the center

The breakfast was really good. Comfortable bed. The shower had good pressure and temperature. Very clean and overall good.

There were not enough outlets to plug more than one phone. I needed more. The receptionist told me that I could ask for more but I was too lazy to go down lol :) but it was ok.

Clean room with reasonable breakfast. Good value for money. Big shout out to Ama who was on reception on our arrival. Really helpful and friendly. We are staying in Ibis budget in Krakow on her recommendation. Thanks Ama 👍👍☺️☺️

Bed was abit hard . Noise on ground level was quiet noisy. All in all, would recommend Ibis .

Friendly staff, close to a park, playground nearby with gym, decent size room for short stay, breakfast was nice

The shower as in many hotels being literally in the bedroom. The toilet was a separate room within the hotel room, whilst sink and shower where in the bedroom

Staff very efficient and kind. The room was well cleaned and without any odor or insect or spider nets. I found different times rooms not well cleaned in 3 and 4 stars hotels of different brands. Comfortable bed and cushion. Check-in in less than five minutes. Check-out in less than 1 minute. Hotel placed not far from the center in a pleasant place.

We ckecked-in very late, at midnight. Personal was in place, we easily found a parking place for car, however we had to pay additional fee for that. Pets are allowed , also for additional fees. Very good breakfast.

It was not possible to open the window by yourself, only staff can open windows, which is a bit strange for me.
