- clean and modern - comfy beds and big space - airco/heating - night view from the apartment - close to the centre - good facilities (bidet, fridge, dishwasher, cooking plate etc)

- shower head could not be fixed on the wall, so we had to hold it while showering, that is not very convinient - parking was expensive and we were informed that we need to leave at check out. We arrived at 7pm and paid PLN 100 for a "24h" parking. Our check out was at 11am. When I contacted the apartment support and asked if we could leave our car for longer, the response was negative. We were told to leave the parking during check out time despite us paying for "whole day/night". This is a pity because we didn't spend whole 24h there and we had to park somewhere else for few more hours to enjoy afternoon in Wrocław.

View was amazing. Breath taking view especially during the night from a bathtub. Really spacious and clean. Despite of other reviews I found that the staff are actually really nice and helpful,

Elevators during the checkout time is so busy and full of people so we had to wait 15min until finding the one we could enter. I would recommend to checkout a bit early to avoid the rush hour. The property also didn’t tell us that we are at the construction floor either: so every time we arrive the floor we are greeted by a dusty area with various workers right and left. My husband wasn’t happy saying if he booked this for a romantic gesture that would have ruined the experience, so at least being notified would be nice.

View from the apartment is amazing and unique. Helpful staff. Nice decor and high standard.

Getting to check in desk was not ideal. It's a bit unusual, which is not most convenient. We got only 1 set of keys for 6 guests. Only one bathroom in the apartment for 6 of us with a bath only, no shower above the bath or a separate shower. The sofa bed is not the sleeping arrangement I would choose. We have stayed only one night and paid a very discounted price. So for that reason, I will give a good review. But I would rather pay more and get a second bathroom and shower in it. Over all good experiences but with few twists, it could be a really high standard apartment.

The apartment was visible from the pics and it was as shown, what was not shown was the bathroom, which simply amazed me, marble floor, big mirror and an even bigger shower space! There was a slight crack on the mirror we didn't catch in time at check-in time, but the reception was aware, so they were honest and didn't charge on our deposit that I received not many days later.

They let you go to the reception at the 36th floor just for check-in, then you won't be able to go there ever again as your card will only allow the elevator to go where your room is (and some other entertainment floors), so your only way to contact the reception is by calling their polish number or text directly on booking. Also price on weekend is in my opinion a bit too inflated for what's offered.

We arrived late and asked if this would be ok and they actually called my mobile to confirm it was ok. The room was lovely. A panoramic view of the whole city with kettle, tea bags, coffee. Towels, hairdryer, iron and linen provided. Very secure with concierge at the main reception area and secure key card and key entry. We never heard another person on our floor, it was so quiet! Underneath the apartments there is a selection of restaurants. We used McDonald’s for breakfast and Road American diner which were both lovely. There is also a Spar for shopping. The tram stops right out so easy to get into the city if you don’t want to walk (20 minutes)

We loved the location, the views, the luxurious look of the apartment. We could just walk to the Aquapark (15 min)

In the description said 2 beds - 1 large double and 1 sofa bed . We were a family of 2 adults and 2 pre teen . The sofa bed was like a L shape sofa ( didn’t open as a double ) therefore only for one person consequently 1 adult and 2 teens had to sleep in the bed . Not a great night of sleep.

Very high standard of apartments, very clean, fantastic view over the city I will definitely recommend it, and i will be back 1 small issue with parking the car but nothing major really

I like all apart from parking the car, i think this is area where company should improve their services As i was never in this area, i thought it was bit confusing parking car outside where there is really no space, going up getting the key coming back down etc. I think with fully automatic building you could call customer ask for reg. Number, tell him where to park and do procedur later

Staying in the sky was cool and definitely an experience. The view from the bed, right out the window from the 31st floor, is something you don't see every day. The room was cozy, modern, and clean.

Paying extra for the 30th+ floor and getting the 31st was a bit disappointing, but I understand that they met the condition :) The ergonomics of the bathroom could have been better—there were no hooks, hardly anywhere to put anything, and towels couldn't be dried anywhere because of the decorations.

Amazing views, good location only 20mins walk to the centre and nice to have a sauna in the bedroom.

Can’t leave bags when checking out! This is absolutely ridiculous when you want to spend the day exploring the city. This in turn meant we had to get a taxi to the airport and back to the centre which wasted 1hr of our day and at a cost of £20. And the cost to leave two bags at the airport (£23). So £43 later and 1hr wasted just to leave our bags at the airport when they should at least provide this to you. Once you get to the property and check in, you can’t go back to the reception as you’re not allowed with your pass. No decent instructions on how to use the intercom system etc, and only in Polish. Value for money, quite poor I think.

Recently stayed at the Superior Apartment in Wrocław and had an exceptional experience. The flat, located on the 37th floor, offers breathtaking views of the city's landmarks and skyline. These views, combined with the comfortable conditions of the apartment, helped to create and preserve wonderful memories of my stay in Wrocław.

I found the limited toiletries and the requirement to pay a deposit on a credit card to be minor inconveniences.
