The room was perfectly adequate for the price - it was not the most modern or "fancy", but it was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The bathrooms have a nice design. At the time of my stay (mid January) there had been remodeling work done on some other floors in the hotel, so I think in the future the rooms might be even better. It is very conveniently located, near the main station and not too far from the city center. It is also very easy to reach from the Airport by bus (there is a bus line connecting the main station to the Airport). The breakfast was also very good and the staff was friendly. I was also able to check in slightly earlier than the actual check-in time. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will gladly book it again for my next stay in Wroclaw.

There was nothing I did not like, especially considering the price and the fact that it is a 2 star hotel. The only potential downside, I can think of is, that if you have a room facing the street, you might be able to here the trams during the day / evenings, but I personally did not find them to bothersome.

Excelletn location right across the street from the main tran station, with bus and tram stops to get anywhere you like in the city. Located in a nice historical building. Varied breakfast, a Hawaian restaurant on site.

I booked a twin room but had to split the beds apart as they were pushed together, found quite a lot of dust in there. One also should keep in mind that due the proximity to the train and tram tracks, it might be noisy (didn't bother me though and my room was right next to the street).

The air conditioning was fine and the shower was unexpectedly large for the small room I picked. Everything was very clean and comfortable plus the location made it absolutely perfect for someone who plans to use the room as an outpost while spending most of their visit out and about.

Several of the coat hangers in the closet were broken, I'm sure due to previous guests not being able to figure out how to use them properly. In addition, the face plate on one of the wall electrical outlets was detached. Unsightly, but otherwise still functional.

Staff, good location, price, one of the room for couple was very good, as bright, spacious and with a view to train station, with a big bad. Tasty coffee!

The thin walls, so at 5 am I woke up from a running water in the next room. The room for single was indeed for a single and a bit small as for me and the blanket and pillow were small, so pillow just got lost as there is a space between the wall and the mattress.The hotel now is under renovation and some parts in bathroom actually requires some replacement. But it was a tolerable stay in general.

Very convenient location across the street from the main train station. We had a car, and there is parking a few blocks down the street at a cost of 50 złoty per day. The market square is a 15-20 minute walk away. Our room was on the 5th floor. It was very quiet. The breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

The bedding situation could be better. The sheets are not fitted and don't cover the entire mattress. The top cover is also short. I am 6'1", and my feet stuck out of the end.

Loved the bathroom, the bed was comfortable and my room was located in a quiet location just as I had requested.

For the hotel itself, I don’t have any suggestions. We had planned excursions in the old town which was about a 20 minute walk away. However, the taxis were so inexpensive the additional cost was negligible. Right across from the train station which was handy.

Great location. We arrived in the middle of the night as our flight was delayed. The Guy in the reception was friendly and very helpful. He came to our room to show me how to operate the A/C as I couldn't get it to work. The room was bigger then I would expect from a city centre hotel and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend, great value for money.

I often stay in this hotel while in Wroclaw. Super location - opposite the central railway station and very near central bus station (7 mean walk -> via the central railway station) Opposite tram "hub" from where you can take a tram to many locations across the city. Walking distance to the main square/old town and this is an enjoyable walk - whichever street you take. Safe -> very central. My experience is that even the rooms facing the main streets with trams are quiet at night because the hotel has good windows. Very nice Polish breakfast. The folks at the reception are attentive, helpful and friendly.

I really liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was generally quite clean and quiet - there was no problem with the service.

Breakfast service could be improved, especially when it's busy. On Sunday we came around 8 for breakfast and had to wait outside the breakfast room for about 15 minutes, even though a few couples left while we were waiting.

The location - right in front of main train station. Breakfast choices very good and value for money (kitchen staff were nice.) Although our room was facing the street, there was no problem because the windows were well insulated from the noise outside.

Their pride - the long bed - would be great if they had matching long sheets to go with them.
