Hotel Europejski is within a 10-minute walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants in Rynek. My room was very quiet; no street noise, no loud neighbors. It was perfect. Front desk stuff was always available in case I needed anything. Cleaning service was very reliable.

I can't think of anything that did not meet my expectations. It would be nice if I got a free taxi from Booking.com like I did couple months ago. It would be even better if Hotel Europejski offered "the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets" deals. I always stay for 2-3 weeks.

Beautiful historic building next to the train station, spacious room with high ceilings. The room is clean, although without air conditioning (I don't know how it is in summer), high ceilings, and a nice view of the street. The furniture is old, but it's sturdy and looks good, has its own vintage charm and style, everything is made of solid wood, I love it! Not a bad breakfast, although next time I probably won't order it, there are many interesting cafes around and great healthy Polish fast food in the Wrocławia shopping mall. But the biggest treasure of this hotel is its staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and ready to help.

The disadvantage that follows from the advantages is the hotel's location. Consider the noise of the city, closeness of train station and tram line next to the windows if you want to sleep. The mattresses are not the most comfortable, they are hard and light, so they were constantly moving. The curtains do not block light pollution from the street.

Great location, hotel situated 15 min walk from the hustle and bustle of main square old town, 5 min walk to shopping mall, 2 min walk to main railway station. Great location to tour whether that be a short tram or bus ride to cathedral island, battle of raclawice, the zoo etc.

A very pleasant, well maintained and clean hotel, staff very nice. Comfortable and quiet rooms, on two occasions we had twin room- two single beds and a sofa so plenty of space, 24h reception and breakfast was tasty. Stayed in this hotel twice and it was enjoyable, good value for money. Only downside, no fridge in the rooms, it looks like they had them before but taken out, but if you want something put in the fridge you can do so in the reception.

Nice historical hotel only a few minutes walk from the main train station. I especially liked the retro style reception and room furniture and the nice café attached to the hotel. I had asked for a quiet room and received one facing a courtyard which was very quiet. The breakfast buffet offered a vast selection. It took me a while to find everything on the first morning, for example because the bread and bread rolls were covered by a towel. I liked that it was a bit different from the usual buffet you get in most hotels in different countries nowadays. It had a regional touch, for example nice mixed salads which were very tasty, but it still had everything you usually expect like creal and bread.

The very young person at the reception during my arrival was not very friendly and did not make me feel welcome. I was even a bit shocked by her attitude. She did everything correctly, though, even when I said that my room on the 6th floor was unbearably warm and did not cool down at all even after letting the (very weak) air conditioning run for an hour, she gave me another room on the 3rd floor which was a lot cooler. This room was even a lot larger. The person at the reception when I checked out was very friendly and treated me as one would expect as a guest.

Situated between Wroclaw Glowny and the Old Town this hotel has always been perfect for me. Staff and management have always been welcoming and pleasant. Having a coffee shop situated within serving light food, cakes and a range of hot and cold beverages is perfect and very convenient. Being a regular guest to this hotel (4+ times a year, minimum), all rooms I've stayed in have been great, clean, well maintained and quiet.

The room was nice & clean, check-in was quick, fast wifi connection, spacious bathroom. Overall, a very nice experience.

I didn't like that the soundproofing around the window frame didn't prevent noises from outside traffic (it's a busy street). It felt like you were outside even with the windows closed. Also, the windows had sort of a mechanism & if you accidentally clicked it, you wouldn't be able to open them again because the mechanism locks it.

Lovely traditional decor to suit Old Town of Wroclaw Huge rooms and bathroom, very elegantly styled. So close to train and bus station, barely 5 minutes walking. Staff friendly and helpful. Old Town was about a 900m walk but trams traveled route between station and Old Town. So very accessible.

Only one issue bathroom hand basin tap only had hot water no cold. Staff offered to change room but we bought bottle of water to drink and clean teeth, so of no concern.

Location is great, pretty much across the street of the central train station. The room is huge and super comfortable. The hotel offers free cocktail voucher

The internet connection sucks. My room is at the end of the hallway. There is pretty much no internet connection in the entire room, except in the bathroom, coz the bathroom is next to the entrance door of the room. In the remaining part of the room we can't even see the wifi on our phones

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. It is in a close proximity to the rynek and across the street from the train and bus station.

I'm not sure who's fault it is, but in the Bookings website it states that this hotel has an airport shuttle, which is false. I chose this hotel specifically for that reason, but was disappointed to find out when I arrived at the airport that it does not.

Excellent front desk customer service. Everyone is very professional. Quiet room. No street noise. Very reliable room service. 2 minute walk to the main train station. 4 minute walk to Wroclavia shopping center. 7 minute walk to Rynek.

Everything was perfect.
