We did not have breakfast at the hotel but our friends did and they said the choice of options and quality was excellent. I had the chicken caesar salad as room service and it was excellent quality. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The small details like the good quality nail file, provisions and L'Occitane was an excellent touch. The location was perfect. Right in the centre and easy to walk everywhere. The spa, pool, salt room were perfect! We all had massages the staff were knowledgable and excellent, we felt very relaxed. I wish we were closer so that I could come back more regularly! We will be back!

everything was perfect

Beautiful Hotel in a very good location. Parking is a short walk away. Lovely breakfast.

Stayed at a lovely hotel with great ambiance. However, the spa area was a bit disappointing as the jacuzzi and steam room were out of order. Only one sauna was working. It would have been much nicer if all facilities were operational.

From the moment we entered the lobby was everything just perfect. The Receptionist showed us on a map his favorite Cafés and places to visit, he was super friendly but professional. The weekend in Hotel Monopol was a birthday surprise for my bf and there was a little present in the room for him, we've got a little surprises on our bed every evening, it was just so friendly! The absolute Highlight was the whirpool bathtub. Ah, and they use L'occitane products, which made us even more comfortable because we love the label. We are already trying to squeeze a free weekend to our work schedules because we are definitely coming back. Oh and the cocktails in hotel bar are top!!!

This is not a fault of the hotel, we've noticed it in other hotels in Poland too. Polish people go to sauna in swimmwear and then direct to the pool which is simply unhygienic and gross. But we've had the whirpool in the room so we relaxed there. Earplugs are a good idea. The rooms are not very good sound-isolated.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. From the moment I entered the stylish lobby, I sensed the special atmosphere of elegance and exclusivity. The welcome was warm and highly professional – every request was anticipated before it was even spoken. The room left nothing to be desired: high-quality materials, an elegant design, and meticulous details ensured the utmost comfort. I was particularly impressed by the attentive concierge service and the perfect housekeeping, which was always discreet and immaculate. The hotel's culinary offerings were also outstanding. Both the breakfast and the à la carte menus in the restaurant were characterized by the highest quality, refined presentation, and excellent service. What makes this hotel truly unique is the authentic hospitality of the entire team. Every employee acted with a blend of professionalism, genuine warmth, and attention to detail, making the stay an unforgettable experience. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who values luxurious service, first-class comfort, and an all-round perfect experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Unfortunately the pool was not heated, otherwise complete satisfaction

Another 2 superb nights in a gem of a hotel. This hotel is amazing. The spa is lovely, the breakfast tasty and the roof terrace bar is cool (just try not to laugh at the Botox and Collagen addicts). The staff are great and I’d especially like to thank Marcelina for being such an excellent host. It’s the staff that make all the difference and when they are as good as Marcelina that can make a stay even better.

Some of the guests have money but zero style. That’s sadly common in good hotels nowadays.

Location is in the very heart of the city. They have great spa facility. Hotel rooms are very spacious and with elegant design. Good beds and linen. All very clean an royally classy. The breakfast area is in a large ball room with height and spacious. All classy as in royal movie. Good food.

The roof top bar and restaurant are overseeing the city, very nice but they offered poor value of food. Nothing that a 12 year old could think of eating, which of course was a disappointment. Felt they were traying to much to ,,posh" which is no need.

The Hotel Monopol in Wrocław is a truly exceptional establishment, and I completely agree that its location and historical significance are its greatest strengths. Situated just a stone's throw from the vibrant Main Market Square, it provides the perfect base for exploring the city's main attractions, charming streets, and array of restaurants.

The air conditioning was loud, forcing a choice between noise and heat. The mattress was uncomfortable and transferred movement easily. There were no power sockets near the bed.

Location is perfect; in the heart of the city, nearby the Old Town Square. Rooms have a rather eclectic design but we are used to it as we stay at Monopol every time we visit Wroclaw. Breakfast is very good, especially coffee, capuchino with double expresso - you can't miss it. Beds are comfy. This year staff seems less trained and prepared for services they provide, perhaps because they are mostly very young people who still lack experience. The food int he restaurant Monopol is exquisite.

If you stay in a room on the 5th floor near the elevator, be prepared for the noise at night, most of which comes from the restaurant on the 6th floor.

The location is just perfect. The hotel is a symbol of Wroclaw, unique atmosphere and amazing service. The room was large and spacious. The floor in the bathroom heated. Bathrobes and slippers of course. The spa is huge and of a high quality.

There are few things to point out. The temperature in the gym was appaling, you should separate the gym from the rest of the wellness as it gets too hot. You do not want to feint. Next, the hotel restaurant looks nice but the menu is not broad or interesting. The one elevator is sometimes not enough, we were waiting several minutes for it to come.

The location was really good, the room was amazing. Breakfast was good, and the crew was really helpful.

There was an incident in my room. I’ve spend 2 nights at the hotel, and I’ve found out, that there were a lot of missing items from the minibar on the last day, however I do not use anything from it. Also a personal item was missing, a parfume from the bathroom desk. I’ve sent an email to the managment, but I get no answer.
