This was a very nice property! I believe it was about the closest property to the Old Town in Wroclaw that I saw once I explored the area. The staff especially Maria was most welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious for a European hotel room. The breakfast was included and absolutely amazing. There was even a little play area in the corner for children if they were bored. The stairways if you wished not to take the elevator were always clean and smelt very clean. The pool, sauna and spa were also very accommodating for a small hotel. I have nothing but wonderful things to stay and when I return to Wroclaw this is where I will stay.

I do not have anything bad to say. There is a very limited gym in the pool area but I don’t think that could be changed.

Fantastic location just off the square. The breakfast has something for everyone: cheeses, breads, bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts. We loved the offer of Mediterranean, healthy fare too such as fish, pesto and oils! The restaurant is fantastic. Prices are the same as you pay in tourist areas but food is 5* cuisine. Highly recommend. Dagmara gave fantastic customer service when we had a problem. Thank you.

The elevator is broken in the main reception so you access the other elevator through the restaurant or from outside through the 2nd front entrance. The lift is being fixed in May 25.

Location was perfect and the breakfast was good. Lovely staff and very accommodating. Great choice of breakfast apart from hot food for English people, but there was enough choice to fill up on cold foods.

The leisure facility’s were not as expected !! No staff around, no drinks available other than water that ran out. Swimming Pool was far too cold, jacuzzi too hot to enjoy and had to get out as we both felt ill within minutes, the sauna you need to request for it to be put on, so takes too long to reach required temp !!

The hotel is well placed - just of the main square and close to tram stops. It has very good facilities with a pool, spa and sauna. The bar is good and the food at the hotel - both breakfast and evening meal very enjoyable and of high quality. it was nice after a day out sightseeing just to sit in the hotel and relax with a drink and food. Also the breakfast is served from 7am onwards - good time to allow onward journeys. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms have good facilities, toiletries and are spacious. Everything at the hotel is good.

Good hotel in the center of the town. Good breakfast, it starts at 7 in the morningComfortable, quiet room with good bed. You can ask bathrobe free of charge at the reception. Small swimmingpool, hot jacuzzi and sauna. Ask at the reception to turn the sauna on. Very relaxing to do after or before the sightseeing. It is open from 7-22. Everything close by and you can walkt to the tourist spots. From the airport you can take the bus 106, you get off at Renoma, from there a short walk to hotel. You an buy the ticket for the bus from the ticket machine, or pay by card in the bus, if you have a touchless one. To go back to the airport you can use the bus again, they also have Bolt and Uber. Very nice stay, I highly reccomend this hotel.

No safe in room ???????? - What Nowadays - get real Qubus - even if its an extra charge an iron in the wardrobe does not make up for a safe! No slippers and gown to go to the pool unless you book a junior suite - but if you go to the pool fully clothed then you can get them for free and use the few lockers ( none of which have keys though ) Minor niggles for what could be a superb hotel. PS if the breakfast staff were not so sour faced and miserable - that would start the day off brilliantly as the food was very good

The location was great, superb breakfast with a great choice of meat, cheese, freshly baked bread, waffles, pancakes, desserts, fruits, vegetables. Scrambled eggs were excellent. They even have a juice making machine so you can make yourself a fresh! The staff are very helpful and friendly, beautiful room (we had a junior sweet on the 5th floor), swimming facilities were great, jacuzzi and sauna were very nice. Highly recommended!

That’s a shame there is no toilet on the ground floor (where the restaurants are), which is a slight inconvenience. Also, the water in the swimming pool could have been a bit warmer. Other than that it was amazing!

Breakfasts are sumptuous.Rooms are spotlessly clean,quiet and have everything you need.The reception and breakfast staff are welcoming,friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is brilliant.The pool was genuinely warm and the jacuzzi was divine. The location is just off the main Rynek and perfect for the City Centre,yet quiet and calm. Really good value for money.The coffee is superb.

2 things.The carpets are a strange design,very Polish but sadly it looks like have been ruined by spilt bleach.,and it does not quite work.I would change them as soon as funds allow for something a little more conservative,but this is purely a matter of taste, Secondly,the jacuzzi really needs a hand rail as I struggled to get in and out safely.This is a cheap quick fix and should be done straight away.We came as a party of 3 in 3 rooms for 4 nights, and we could not have had a better time.

Very central, just a couple of minutes walk to the main square, but far enough away from the noise. The hotel is ideal for visiting the main attractions and less than 5 minutes walk to the tram stop at the shopping centre. The taxi ride from the airport was about £20.00, the hotel organised with a local taxi firm the return trip. Obviously Uber available too. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes stroll. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities expected of a 4 star and was very clean. The rooms have Air-con which was a must whilst we were there in July and there are umbrellas that can be borrowed in reception.

There was some construction going on in the hotel with upgrading of rooms. The noise did not disturb us however, it did affect my room choice. I booked a superior room but this was not available due to the proximity of the work. I was given a room that was considerably cheaper than the one I booked. I did complain and got moved after the first night to a suite. Was at the hotel with a large group, note some of the hotel rooms have a dated feeling due to the more traditional furniture, but comfortable and clean, there were no complaints.
