Noise, a lot of noise. Unfortunately there is no noise cancellation at all, my apartment were right in front of the reception desk and I heard each word said there like they’re standing next to me, so people who came check in at 00:00 or 5:00 were waking me up with just talking. Also there’s a lot of noise from windows, utility cars, drunk people next to the bar. Also the neighbors’ toilet flush is enormously loud, and the sounds appears just above your head, so this might even scare for the first time. (That’s why the hotel provides a pair of earplugs) But for me it was not comfortable to sleep using them, and it’s not a solution

Location is fantastic, hotel rather new and as a person working many years in the tourism sector globally who travels a lot - this was the best single room in Wroclaw, spotless clean very practically designed super cool modern decor, enough lighting and place to organise travel bags. Loved it !

Front desk staff on duty rather rude, she wasn’t helpful with letting me in and rolled her eyes as I struggled with the bell and I spent few minutes at the front door despite the receptionist having cameras on her desk. This can be fixed though with more customer service training from my experience. Checkout at 11, pity as standard seems 12 at most properties in Wroclaw.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is ideally located just steps away from the main square (Rynek) in a peaceful pedestrian area. The location couldn’t be better—very safe and surrounded by great bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, parks, and even the Opera. It’s also incredibly convenient for getting to and from the airport, with bus 106 (Remoma station) nearby. I stayed in a deluxe double room with a private bathroom on the 3rd floor. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a fridge, a water boiler, and a lovely view of the pedestrian street below. Despite being so close to the bustling city center, the room was perfectly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and onvenience right in the center of the city.

The only downside was that the elevator was out of order for five days, which was stressful, especially for my husband who had recently undergone knee surgery. That did make things a bit more difficult for us—but we understand that inconveniences are part of life and can happen anywhere.

The location was unbeatable. We did not try the breakfast but there are so many cafes and restaurants nearby, everything is either walking distance or a few stops with tram/bus. We loved our stay, it definitely feels better than a 2 star hotel (I have seen worse 4 star hotels than this one). Yes the room is small and beds feels small but they are all so functional and comfy, we slept like a baby. The cleaning team is doing an amazing job, the staff is very friendly. The hotel is eco-conscious. I would stay over and over in here.

Honestly there is nothing to complain about.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, it is within a walking distance from the old town and there are many shops, restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The next best thing was the breakfast, it was delicious and varied. The rooms have everything you might need, central heating, A/C, a mini fridge, a safe, a TV and more. The tap water is potable which is always a plus and they provide you with a glass bottle and glasses. This hotel deserves more than just two stars. I mean, the system of stars is outdated anyway (do we really need a sewing kit? - that's what the third star involves :-). It surely deserves 10/10 in its category. I would definitely stay there again.

The only possible drawback for some people might be the beds, they are really soft and if you suffer from bad back like me, you will not enjoy sleeping in them. But, for other people, this might be OK. So, this is not a criticism, just a fair warning.

Hotel Traffic is a small 2 stars hotel, but I would call it a boutique hotel. Location is excellent to visit Wroclaw, a lovely town. Walking distance to pretty much everything and also to a cheap parking. The reception is always open, with the front desk staff very kind and efficient. Standard room was clean, modern and comfortable, but small. There was a tea-making station.

I suggest choosing deluxe room (see photos): it costs only 7.5€ more than standard one but it is much better as size and view. We didn’t try the breakfast, I suggest Familijna bakery-coffe shop: good pastries, honest prices, very close to the hotel.

Very polite and helpful staff. Perfect location close to everything. Clean room and comfortable bed. Great view from our window! Perfect for staying a couple of days.

The fridge was not getting cold enough, but I think that's what is considered "normal" temperature there. The aircontition stopped working one night (for some rooms in the hotel) and got fixed the next day. The problem was that without the a/c, it was too hot and with the windows open was too loud! And we also had an infant with us... They could give us something complimentary for this. In the shower, there was only a liquid soap that was not very good and the towels were very old. Also, the room was quite small since we had the baby cot in, but the view was great, so we were fine :) We stayed 9 nights. Is not very comfortable for this long, but it is perfect for 2-3 nights.

It was really just a perfect stay in a hotel. Room cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Nice beds with pleasant bedclothes. Smells pleasant with this typical scent of “hotel cleanliness”. Kettle in the room with cups and tea/coffee. Location is in the heart of city centre. There was a TV with YouTube to chill out after a long walking day. And it was quiet! We didn’t hear neither neighbours, nor visitors of the dining room located close to our room. I have no ideas how they managed, but they took everything into account :) So happy to stay there, highly recommend!

We booked Traffic for one night as we were arriving late and did not want to start organising our stay with a private host at that hour but preferred to switch to an apartment only next day. The hotel itself is a decent place to stay: very clean, fresh and comfortable. We had a twin room with no aircon and it wasn’t a real issue as the temperatures were not that high. Had to keep the window anyway open overnight as it was a bit warm and that meant loads of noise in the early morning. No wonder there were earplugs left on the bedside table. So, be aware if you are a light sleeper. The hotel is very conveniently located and close to the old town.

This hotel reminds me of Fama Residence in Gdansk but there is one great difference: customer service or the lack of it. In Fama, the reps are so helpful and knowledgeable and will try their best to help you out - here, couldn’t be less impressed. As a tourist, I tend to have some basic questions sometimes on public transport and the city. It should not come as a negative surprise to the staff nor to be something that I should not be asking at all and yes, I did google first. Also, I travel frequently in Poland and actually understand Polish to a level. Here, even me approaching the front desk and bothering one of the employees there seemed to be too much… At the end of the day, also the “advice” I was finally arrogantly given, turned out to be incorrect…

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. It was really good value for money. Everything was perfectly clean and organised, very modern and bright. The reception area had a cozy bar where we could wait before checking in. The breakfast buffet had great options as well. We kept talking about how incredibly good all the spaces and services were. Location also was walking distance from the old town, good restaurants/cafes and trams. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Loved everything, nothing to even slightly dislike.
