Close to the train station. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The lock in the room was broken, it wouldn’t close at all. The entire part of the lock from the room was loose, as if it wasn’t screwed in. The shower and sink parts were rusted, and the seals hadn’t been replaced in ages. The grout between the tiles was moldy.

Location is very good! Well working aircon in the room as well which was important to us.

Strange smell in the hallway - also no aircon in communal areas - but I understand that’s likely to save money. Bathroom had black mould all around the edges of the shower and didn’t feel particularly clean. Very tired towels too.

The price to location to quality overall is great. We usually stay there for a night or two before hopping on a plane back home. They took care of our luggages since we had to be in the city very early morning and couldn't check in for many hours.

I picked the more expensive room this time, less space overall but the better bathroom was worth it. Some girls in the reception are very nice and some are better to avoid, but the only thing I was really disappointed with was TV. Only cable, no Internet connection. And not even good cable, like the worst cable you can get. I had Netflix in another room during my last stay so I thought it's standard, even tho it's not specified.

I liked location of the hotel. It is situated in front of Wroclaw Glowny railway station and three minutes walk from the public bus stop to the airport. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and Rynek Glowny ( the main market square) is within walking distance ( 30 min). My room ( double budget) was clean and well equiped (eg. kettle, fridge. tv). The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean with fresh towels provided. I had a train to catch early in the morning and the hotel was perfect. I recomend and would stay again.

Noisy alarm doors if you dont close after you doors in 5 sec (when you have luggage it was imposible not only for us but for another 20 rooms means you have alarms avery 5 min from 21 till 00 and starting from 4.30 am again) Check your towels some of them has unwashable dirts Im used to this kind of noise but windows has no phonic isolation from tramps and trains, which usually is standard if hotel is close to train station

The room was very clean. Staff very friendly. Location is great for getting out and about. There are a number of shops,restaurants and tram lines in walking distance. Toilet roll, towels, and body wash were in the bathroom as well as 2 each of the tea bags, sugar sachets and coffee sachets by the kettle in our room.

The only issues we had were the door key card stopped working numerous times throughout our stay so had to keep going back down to receptionist to sort it out. The room we were in was facing the train station and it could be rather noisy in the mornings with the trains and trams. We only had breakfast the first morning as found it was rather limited and it wasn't to our liking.

This was one of the best surprises during our trip. Despite the high rating, there were some very bad descriptions of Travellers experiences and I was a bit worried about my choice of this place. So here it is: for a three star hotel, it was the best experience we have ever had. The room was HUGE. Some Travellers claimed that the room was different from the pictures on the site. Well, look at my pictures of my room (number 306!). It was roughly 10 metersX6 meters,, three times bigger than my four star hotel room in Luxembourg.... I've seen complains about noise from the train station. Our room had double glass windows, no noise.. The breakfast was very good, no complains whatsoever and the location is just perfect. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did

It is difficult to improve perfection; maybe this one: breakfast includes only one cup of free coffee. It would be nice to have it increased to unlimited...

The room was clean, the view of the train station was amazing from our room and they have air conditioning! (Which was a saviour in the heat.) The staff were very nice with anything we needed, (thank you to the receptionist who put up with our requests.) Would highly recommend staying here not only for the convenient location, but for the quality of the stay. :)

The only thing that bothered me a little was the beeping in our room, I don't know if it was the safe or fridge, but it was annoying after a while.

Large clean rooms and a large bathroom. Close to the train station, so the location was ideal. The reception staff were also very friendly.

I recommend bringing earplugs because the room is very noisy due to the street. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room at all. It's either inefficient or broken, even though it made some noise. There were no spoons for tea or coffee, so how are you supposed to stir? In 2024, there are only 11 TV channels, and they’re all Polish. There was nothing to watch, especially in rainy weather.

The room was nice. Friendly helpful staff. I stayed a, week and the sheets were completely changed in that time. Never needed anything.

As I arrived during the floods my paid 7 breakfast were partially cancelled in case the flood got into the breakfast room. Located on the lower ground. Got 3 breakfast instead of 7. They did say I will be refunded. Which is totally understandable. Due to the circumstances.
