Booked here during a 10 day break whilst in Europe for work. As a solo female guest, I wanted somewhere central and safe. This hotel was ideal! Close to the train & bus station, excellent tram access and the market square/old town only a short walk away! Everything you could wish to do in Wroclaw is very easily accessible from here. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars nearby too! Breakfast was basic but fine considering it’s included in the price, the staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean and decorated nicely. The bed was really comfortable (rest was a priority for me!). The room was nice and cosy. Would highly recommend and would stay again if I were ever in the city!

The only slight downside was the tram noise and the lack of blackout curtains as I had a room at the front of the building. Not a dealbreaker though! I still managed lots of sleep!

Comfortable bed, although it had a mattress topper. Close proximity to the Old City of Wroclaw. Rynek - main square, is about 10 - 15 minutes walk. The main railway station and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk. The Wroclawia shopping centre is also 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Abundance of little "coffee shops", restaurants, pubs and attractions (if someone likes sightseeing, museums, art galleries, and beautiful churches). Near the hotel was also theater, cinema and an opera house. Also well known Arkady - the pubs and small pizzerias, Georgian restaurant, Palestinian restaurant, authentic Polish food restaurant, and many more are built within the railway bridge arcades. The price of drinks and food is way less than in the Rynek.- Visiting the ZOO was awesome, money well spent. The list can go on. The breakfast is continental type, which is fine, but if someone likes "full Irish or British" it's not for the person. There was self service for everyone - coffee maker, kettle to make tea, milk, cereals, daily fresh bread, sweet bread, fruit, yogurts, cold meats, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, porridge..person couldn't go hungry. The Ukrainian lady at the breakfast was the most helpful and although had a little English, was trying her best to say a few words 🙂, at least a smile. The cleaning ladies were also extremely accommodating of any requests we had. Lovely staff are really helpful with getting any information.

Well - as with everything - the guests are the main cause of damages done. The shower was really good only holder/rail was broken. Also due to the extractor not working there was the "musty" smell in the bathroom and the room. The ambience of the room was nice, downfalls were - the curtains were not blackout and the street lights were too strong ( it could be a good investment to change it in the rooms facing the street). Also the light in the stairwell could be with a sensor. Overall - there were no things we found to be the case of not coming back.

The location was very nice, very close the the central Station (10 min walk) and it was also close to the city center (15 min walk) Easy access to the room with the keypad Staff was really friendly, helpful and kind

The room was big, however the beds were very small (3 single beds) There was noise coming from outside (tram), while everything was closed The curtains were not sufficient to keep the light out in the morning Breakfast was pretty basic. It was enough, but nothing special to justify the price difference

Lovely aparthotel in good quiet location. The hotel itself was very peaceful and very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed on the top floor and the trams passing were a little noisy at times up until midnight and it seemed to quieten down. The hotel is located very near the train station so its very handy from that point of view and there is a small shop nearby. It is within walking distance of the city.

One or two small things could make this little hotel exceptional:) The windows needed blinds as it was very bright in the morning. The room had a kettle and 2 cups and a fridge. I think the addition of a microwave and some cultery etc would make this place. That said we would definitely stay here again.

It’s close to the old town, like 15 minutes walking. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was good except the coffee that was really poor quality and weak (not sure the coffee machine was too old).

They didn’t change our towels and didn’t clean the sink during arranging the room. The matress was broken from one side and we reported at reception after the first night. They promised to change it but instead they only turned it and the problem moved from my husband’s side to mine :). I have to admit that as an apologize they have left a bottle of wine with a note that was kind of them.

Location near the train station. Very easy to find. Big room. Comfortable. Great lighting. Plenty of storage space. Kettle. Coffee/tea. Fridge. No safe. Loads of grocery stores nearby. Lift. Soap, shampoo and other small things in the shower.

Asked for a packed lunch (they offered) as I was leaving at night and they said it would wait at the desk. It didn't. Sent them a message with no reply even though most of my requests were answered. Desk service only from 9 - 16? 17? Houskeeping till 15.

Large, spacious room. Friendly staff. Fridge and kettle in the room.

1. There was no real hot water in the shower or on the wash-basin. The water to me was lukewarm. 2. The music in the breakfast room on my first morning was far too loud. I had to turn it down as the noise was spoiling my meal. 3. The table napkins at breakfast were far too small and flimsy. 4. At breakfast, I always started with the cereal and asked the waitress to bring me scrambled eggs and bacon 15 minutes later, so that it would be warm by the time I was ready to eat. However, they always brought the cooked breakfast far too early.

- The location is great - The room was nice and spacious - Check-in was smooth. I reached late so I called the number mentioned on the door, and they opened the main door for me, and the keycard was on the desk

- The room did not have a trash can. We were there just for a day, so we did not ask for it and used some plastic bags - The breakfast was ok, nothing great - They gave us just one keycard for the room for 2 people. And when we asked for another keycard, they resisted at first, but then gave it.

The room is very cozy, nothing superfluous and at the same time everything you need is in it. The bathroom is clean, all plumbing is modern and serviceable. The bed is comfortable, the linen is white and fresh. The room was surprised by the size, there is a place to turn around) The staff is polite. Good sound insulation, I didn't hear the neighbors, or maybe I was just lucky with the neighbors.

The only negative is breakfast. It's not that bad at all. But I left hungry, although I'm not picky. The staff asks you what to cook from eggs. There seems to be a choice, but you don't see what the food looks like, although a buffet was announced. I chose an omelet with grilled vegetables, and ate a little. The omelette and vegetables were fried in rancid oil, which is very unpleasant. It did not taste good. Also pancakes) were very nicely stacked on plates with strawberries, but they cannot be bitten off, they are just cold and rubbery. The coffee is not bad. Buns and cheese and meat are good. Ie. you won't go hungry, but not exactly what is stated

Great location, a walking distance from the train station and the old town. Rooms are quite big and clean. Nice and tasty breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff. No issues with accessing the property late at night. The building is very clean and tidy inside including rooms and common area. All good and positive. Highly recommended.

You can always find some weak points like close distance to a tram line, so if you do not close your window over night you might have an early wake up rumblings or the view from my room was towards some old and not nicely looking building, but this does not make any sens here since you spend just nights there.
