Booked here during a 10 day break whilst in Europe for work. As a solo female guest, I wanted somewhere central and safe. This hotel was ideal! Close to the train & bus station, excellent tram access and the market square/old town only a short walk away! Everything you could wish to do in Wroclaw is very easily accessible from here. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars nearby too! Breakfast was basic but fine considering it’s included in the price, the staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean and decorated nicely. The bed was really comfortable (rest was a priority for me!). The room was nice and cosy. Would highly recommend and would stay again if I were ever in the city!

The only slight downside was the tram noise and the lack of blackout curtains as I had a room at the front of the building. Not a dealbreaker though! I still managed lots of sleep!

The bed was uber comfortable. They had AC which was lovely as it was rather warm during the stay. The room was comfortable and had amenities if you were going to stay longer, like a cooktop and a fridge. The bathroom was nice; room furnishings were simple but classy. Breakfast was a decent spread. Also, Ola was LOVELY!! So helpful and kind.

Two of the front desk staff I interacted with were rude, and more worried about taking either to staff or texting on their phones than providing customer service. Thankfully, the person who checked me in was lovely. So was the lady in the breakfast hall.

We were surprised by the generous choices offered at breakfast. Greatly impressed. The room was large and light, with doors opening on to a little balcony. Yes, it's dated and some of the fixture and fittings show signs of wear and tear, but it's clean and comfortable. We were disconcerted upon our arrival after a long bus trip to find there were no towels in our room. We appreciated the proximity to a couple of Zabkas and the terrific eat street close by. We thoroughly recommend Pizza Si. Distance to Old Town was entirely walkable and we enjoyed the diversity of neighbourhoods close by.

We were disconcerted upon our arrival after a long bus trip to find there were no towels in our room. The receptionist had already left but by ringing the contact numbers we were given codes to a couple of vacant rooms from which we plundered towels and glasses and hangers (we had none).

Starting with the location - it is very good. The historical city centre is just a 10 min walk away, nearby shops cover you with everything essential. The size of the room was big and overall really comfortable - there is an elevator, huge plus. Despite some negative reviews about the breakfast being poor, I cannot confirm that. The breakfast was good and the choice of food very good. I also had internet connection and cellular, although it was in the -1 level (basement), which is absolutely fine - don't understand, why people complain about that. Overall good experience, totally recommend staying here. Clean and modern, what else do you need?

Comfortable bed, although it had a mattress topper. Close proximity to the Old City of Wroclaw. Rynek - main square, is about 10 - 15 minutes walk. The main railway station and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk. The Wroclawia shopping centre is also 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Abundance of little "coffee shops", restaurants, pubs and attractions (if someone likes sightseeing, museums, art galleries, and beautiful churches). Near the hotel was also theater, cinema and an opera house. Also well known Arkady - the pubs and small pizzerias, Georgian restaurant, Palestinian restaurant, authentic Polish food restaurant, and many more are built within the railway bridge arcades. The price of drinks and food is way less than in the Rynek.- Visiting the ZOO was awesome, money well spent. The list can go on. The breakfast is continental type, which is fine, but if someone likes "full Irish or British" it's not for the person. There was self service for everyone - coffee maker, kettle to make tea, milk, cereals, daily fresh bread, sweet bread, fruit, yogurts, cold meats, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, porridge..person couldn't go hungry. The Ukrainian lady at the breakfast was the most helpful and although had a little English, was trying her best to say a few words 🙂, at least a smile. The cleaning ladies were also extremely accommodating of any requests we had. Lovely staff are really helpful with getting any information.

Well - as with everything - the guests are the main cause of damages done. The shower was really good only holder/rail was broken. Also due to the extractor not working there was the "musty" smell in the bathroom and the room. The ambience of the room was nice, downfalls were - the curtains were not blackout and the street lights were too strong ( it could be a good investment to change it in the rooms facing the street). Also the light in the stairwell could be with a sensor. Overall - there were no things we found to be the case of not coming back.

The location was very nice, very close the the central Station (10 min walk) and it was also close to the city center (15 min walk) Easy access to the room with the keypad Staff was really friendly, helpful and kind

The room was big, however the beds were very small (3 single beds) There was noise coming from outside (tram), while everything was closed The curtains were not sufficient to keep the light out in the morning Breakfast was pretty basic. It was enough, but nothing special to justify the price difference

Lovely and clean hotel, nice sized room with good Aircom, tasty breakfast . Great location near to the Old town and train station. Great bar's and restaurants minute's away under the railway arches.

The view from our small balcony is poor, due to a derelict building opposite, certain areas of the Hotel would benefit from an upgrade, carpets, outside seating area.

Lovely aparthotel in good quiet location. The hotel itself was very peaceful and very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed on the top floor and the trams passing were a little noisy at times up until midnight and it seemed to quieten down. The hotel is located very near the train station so its very handy from that point of view and there is a small shop nearby. It is within walking distance of the city.

One or two small things could make this little hotel exceptional:) The windows needed blinds as it was very bright in the morning. The room had a kettle and 2 cups and a fridge. I think the addition of a microwave and some cultery etc would make this place. That said we would definitely stay here again.

It’s close to the old town, like 15 minutes walking. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was good except the coffee that was really poor quality and weak (not sure the coffee machine was too old).

They didn’t change our towels and didn’t clean the sink during arranging the room. The matress was broken from one side and we reported at reception after the first night. They promised to change it but instead they only turned it and the problem moved from my husband’s side to mine :). I have to admit that as an apologize they have left a bottle of wine with a note that was kind of them.

Location near the train station. Very easy to find. Big room. Comfortable. Great lighting. Plenty of storage space. Kettle. Coffee/tea. Fridge. No safe. Loads of grocery stores nearby. Lift. Soap, shampoo and other small things in the shower.

Asked for a packed lunch (they offered) as I was leaving at night and they said it would wait at the desk. It didn't. Sent them a message with no reply even though most of my requests were answered. Desk service only from 9 - 16? 17? Houskeeping till 15.
