Smooth and friendly check-in process. Car parking (on the street as the hotel car park was full) was easy and very nearby. We travelled with our cat and the hotel was welcoming and supportive. The room was clean and functional.

Nothing negative about the hotel itself. However, be aware when parking on the side street on which the hotel is, that the trees are full of birds (crows or ravens) - in the morning, our car was completely covered in bird poo.

The location of the hotel is amazing, 10 min walk from the center of town and there is a tram station just in front of the hotel. We found a parking just near the hotel on the street, so didn't use the hotel parking (I assume the parking is way cheaper on the street). The staf was soo soo nice - we asked for help to organize a surprise for our douhter who had a birthday when we stayed at the hotel and they were very helpful and even surprized her with a complimentary cupcakes! Just across the hotel, there is an amazing restaurant for breakfast, very cheap and amazing variety.

The lobby of the hotel is being renovated (August 2025) but it wasn't a concern for us when we stayed there (maybe because of the weekend)

The location was perfect. If you want shops nearby it’s a 5 min walk to the Sky Tower. There is a tram stop directly outside which takes you to the centre in a few mins or if you want to walk, it’s again only 20-25 mins to walk to the main square. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were able to get late check out which was great free of charge. The rooms were spacious and bright. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the food was very good. The rooms were so affordable as well. We went as a group for a stag weekend and everyone agreed that it was a great hotel to stay in. I would highly recommend it.

The location is really nice and comfortable. Large rooms, fully equipped and with hygiene and bathroom products of the highest quality. Staff team is really professional and helpful. Breakfast is large and various and I am sure it satisfies all tastes. In 15 mins walking you are downtown. Several supermarkets near the hotel. Ultimately, a serene environment, a family atmosphere where you feel pampered.

A small flaw was that the gym was not available for maintenance.

Amazing stuff, very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with lots of different options for vegetarian. Everything is sparkling clean. I mean I want to underscore how well it all looks. Design of room and hotel is modern but kind of homely.

Bed is big, but duvet rather small. I’m 182 and could barely cover myself. No shampoo in the shower. Rooms are not very well soundproofed. The street noise is not that bad, but sounds of minibar (or AC?), some constant low noise. Also any conversation or door closing on the corridor is so clearly heard that I had to double check if my door are closed. It might be a detail for most, but made a night rather unpleasant.

Clean and cosy room, comfortable for stay with a toddler. Excellent breakfast (also have baby high chairs in restaurant). Play zone for children in lobby was very pleasant surprise. Good location.

We had a room with floor window turning to tram station, I was afraid of noise (for somebody could be a real problem). But in the end for our toddler it was great attraction looking at the trams arrive🙂

The room was clean, had everything I needed. The staff at the reception very friendly, it was great! We were even able to check in a bit earlier, the room was ready. A short walk from the station, I would stay at the hotel again. We did not have breakfast, but it honestly looked great.

All twin rooms face the road. There were some roadworks. and it was not too loud because there was limited traffic, but I think it might be difficult for someone with sleep issues to have a fully restful sleep there. I used a sleeping mask and earplugs and it was OK.

The hotel is modern and stylish. The room are clean and of good quality and quiet. The location is great with a tram stop and a Zabka right outside but it also walkable into the centre. I worked from the hotel a couple times and the WiFi was strong and free. Excellent value for money.

Not much to dislike really, I didn't try the breakfast as it was an expensive option.

Breakfast buffet offers everything what you will ever crave! Hotel restaurants offers very good vegan options!

Unfriendly friends centre is equipped only with cardio machines and 2 x 2kg dumbbells. Little more of equipment will be beneficial for this who wants stay in the hotel on longer period and remain in good condition 😊

Modern & clean hotel with very friendly staff and delicious breakfast full of all kinds of variety everyday. Dinner in the restaurant was also delicious. Close to the restaurant was a kids pay area, so our little one could play there while we ate & he enjoyed it. Almost everything in this hotel was great. They even have a gym in the top floor, so we could exercise. The staff at the reception was very helpful in giving instructions on public transport, which passes in front of the hotel. We would definitely stay in the same hotel again.

On the first day it was really hot in the room & we had trouble opening the window and operating the A/C. Thankfully one of the workers came and helped fix the problem. After that all was well.
