Great location, various choices on breakfast. Very clean place. Friendly &helpfull staff.

We were dissapointent that the only green area next to the hotel was destroyed and turned into construction site.🫤 We couldnt use option for late check out which was painfull because our fly back home was late afternoon so we had to spend last few hours in the lobby.🫤 We paid for the breakfast up front for the whole stay but we missed one due to our stay overnight in different town. Could get the money back for the day we have missed.🫤

One of the best hotels to stay in Wrocław. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed, ensuring a comfortable and quiet stay. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff are kind and helpful. The location is also convenient—just a 25-minute walk or a 15-minute tram ride to the Old Town.

The bathrooms are quite small, which might be inconvenient for some guests. The shower water flow is weak, and the air conditioner, while functioning, is quite noisy—similar to older, traditional units—which could disturb light sleepers.

Everyone was kind and polite. Very good breakfast, big variety of food. Amazing facility for kids (we had 3 and 6 year old). I like that there was filtered water next to the lift and special glass bottle in the room to take water to room.

The room was nice, super clean. Enough space for two people. Bed was very comfy and spacious. I got a free upgrade to executive room, which was appreciated. It's walking distance to the old town. Good supermarkets around and easy access to public transportation.

The only downside is the state of the main walking entrance to the hotel. It is completed destroyed and inconvenient for walking up and down with luggage. They should definitely renew this essential access.

The hotel has very friendly staff, the breakfast was tasty and of great variety, the place is very child friendly with children play area, water dispenser on each floor which is very handy, good location with 15 minutes stroll to the Old Town and the tram stop is located just beside the hotel which makes it very convenient to explore the city.

I liked everything about this hotel.

It was very clean and modern. We had breakfast one day, the choice was very large. The room was quiet, even in a thunderstorm. Staff were friendly. There were a couple of TV channels in English.

The shower screen didn’t have a seal on the bottom so it was very difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry. The aircon blew air, but we couldn’t alter the temperature, even after someone came to look at it.

The hotel is in the good location, you have local shops very close to hotel,public transport as well. We love kids entertainment and soft play for them. The hotel is modern and clean,staff was polite and helpful. Room was OK,with coffee machine and little fridge and safe box. They even gave us ear plugs just in case outside was too noisy.

I think about one thing and is parking space in front of the hotel. You need bigger parking during the summer months.

The breakfast was rich with a wide variety that meets everyone's needs. Very warm atmosphere at the entrance of the hotel and everything was spotlessly clean. The room included a lot of facilities like kettle for preparing hot beverages like coffee or tea, clothes' iron, hairdryer and safe box.

We paid extra for breakfast and the price was variable. Upon reservation, we asked for the price of breakfast that was supposed to be €16 per person per day. Unfortunately this was not the case. We paid €17, €18 or even €19 per person per day.

The hotel is located in the heart of the developing financial district, 10 minutes from the main railway station, and about 20 minutes from the market square. The hotel has recently undergone a general renovation and many things smell new. In the room, decorated in a very classic style, I found two large and comfortable beds, pleasant shades of grey, a large TV, a carafe for fresh water instead of plastic bottles, a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub (I had the option of choosing a bathtub or a shower at the reception). The check-in process was pleasant and efficient, even though the hotel was busy that day. I recommend it, one of the best Novotel I have stayed in in recent years.

I think the prices in the hotel bar and restaurant are a bit high. Turning on the TV was a bit of a hassle for me.

English was okay. There is an ice cream cart near the restaurant. There is a little hide and seek game for children with a small prize at the end

Bathroom was tiny and the tub was really deep. Difficulty getting up and in and down and out. I don't consider myself short. The overnight receptionists were not very friendly and gave me the feeling I annoyed them when asking questions. Felt a little outdated with old carpets.
