The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing, and the staff were really helpful.

The internet connection was poor and unstable, making it frustrating to use. I would not recommend traveling here for work unless you have a reliable personal internet connection. Additionally, the lighting setup was inconvenient. While this may seem like a minor detail, I found the lack of adjustable lighting options problematic—whenever any light was turned on, it became excessively bright.

The room looks really luxury. I like the idea of bathtub next to the window, especially when it’s pretty far from bedroom. Here it was even jacuzzi. Check in was pretty fast, checkout even faster. So if you have irresistible wish to stay at jacuzzi and watch the noisy town so this option for you.

It’s more like a hotel rather than an apartment. So I would expect more hygiene products in bathroom, like eyepatches or ear sticks. When we launched massage function in jacuzzi it smells weird, so there was an impression that either no one used for a long time or it was not cleaned properly. The water in jacuzzi hit the mark to let me go in just after one hour of pouring.

View from the apartment is breathtaking. Especially in the morning when I woke up before sunrise and answered some emails with a view like this was a great experience. Very quiet. Elevators were quite quick, although we were at the 42 floor, we did not wait for elevator long.

One of the reasons why we picked this apartment was the tub by the window. This was actually disappointing, as the tub was super small and no bubbles.

The property was very spacious, the beds very comfortable, the views wonderful. Close to town, shops and restaurants with entertainment in the gallery on ground 1. The showers were large and could fit at least 3-4 people in them. The apartment was furnished with all essential items and the staff were very kind and helpful.

On arrival we checked the place, there was a hole in the living room wall and a blood stain on the living room sofa. The light system and the AC was a bit difficult to understand how to use it but we have worked around it pretty quick. Apart from this everything was tip top.

The service (girls at the reception desk) were extremely friendly and professional. In addition to the view from overlooking the sunset apartment. Clean, and sound equipment (water, tea, a small coffee machine), bathtub, lots of space. Bed overlooking big windows.

The couch was awful and parts of it were constantly moving away from each other, making it almost impossible to chill and lay on it. This is something that should not be overlooked and requires only a small adjustment - hooking all parts of the couch together. In general, the apartment was spotless, however, for this price I expect something beyond very clean. In the bathroom, the tile joints should be cleaned as well as ventilation exhaust.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Everything went well, it's the best place we ever stayed so far. Upon check-in be ready to have credit card which will be charged for deposit. We got back our deposit after our stay in a day or two. The best property to stay when in beautiful Wroclaw, we will come back for sure :)

Nothing, everything was perfect

That was awesome stay - so beatiful views from there! Our apartments were on 42 floor with personal sauna. There were a lot of charming things (like star ceiling and bubbling blue wall). Also great thing is bath inside the bedroom. Small details to the guest also were there - 2 bottles of water and tea/coffee/sugar in the kitchen.

Kitchen faucet was not working correctly - it was almost impossible to get cold water. Also, it would be a great idea to add a microwave in the apartments. JFYI: as mentioned in the description - the deposit for 1000 zl would be blocked on card on check-in. This amount was unblocked on next day after check-out.

Easy and quick check in and check out. Everything was sparkling clean. Apartment huge , the bath next to the window very comfortable. The kitchen is really good equipped. Huge wardrobe in bedroom area. Public transport to old town easy, quick, comfortable, and ailable even during night. Highly recommend.

I didn't like the idea of charging a massive deposit on arrival. The money was released after a few days. The price could be a bit lower.

the apartment was exceptional, total luxury. Nicely decorated, the bath tub in the room overlooking the city was stunning. The Starbucks/costa/McDonald’s etc downstairs was also very handy.

We had to pay a surcharge for checking in after 9pm due to our flight not arriving until 9.25. Something completely outwith our control that was the only flight from our home city to Wrocław so that was a little disappointing to have to stress and pay about.
