This is like a studio apartment. A lot of storage and kitchenette. Comfy bed. Well sized room. Tea available. Would suit for longer stays. Very good Internet. Convenient location. Railway, airport bus stop, shops within walking distance. A shopping centre with cinema across the street. Reception open 24 hrs. I' m a returning customer.

As a solo traveler, safety was important to me—especially when arriving late or leaving early from the bus station. Luckily, both the bus and train stations are just a short walk away, and so are public transport stops. A big bonus was having a shopping mall nearby, which meant I could easily stop for lunch whenever I felt like it. My room was surprisingly well insulated. I was amazed at how quiet it was inside, even though I realized how busy the street can get in the morning once I opened the window. With the window closed—nothing. Total peace and quiet. This studio is ideal for one person. The bed might feel a bit small for two people, at least by my standards. That said, there's plenty of shelf space and it’s easy to live and work here comfortably. The Wi-Fi is excellent, which made a big difference for me. I would suggest adding a few more dishes in the kitchen and placing a hair dryer in every studio. Still, a hair dryer was readily available at the reception upon request. Luggage storage was also offered free of charge for the whole day, which was super convenient! The ladies at the reception were kind and welcoming. All in all—I truly and warmly recommend this place!

One small thing I noticed was that the towels weren’t changed during my stay, which I found a bit inconvenient. It would be great if this could be improved in the future. Still, everything else was so well organized that this didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

Clean and functional with everything you would need for a short visit. I appreciate privacy so liked that no one entered the room during my 6 night stay. However this does mean there was no change of towels, emptying of bins etc.

I don’t understand why the rooms are furnished with a sofa bed. There’s plenty of room for a “proper” bed which would be more comfortable. It was in bed mode when I arrived and stayed like that. A bedside lamp is needed. The location is ideal for access to the train and bus station, plus a huge mall with a good food court. However it’s a 35 minute walk to the Rynek.

Location is perfect, immediately across the street from Wroclavia Mall. Which is directly across the train station. Very easy access to the city center. I also liked that the price was very good for the location and the building is quite decent. The room was not big, but had a kitchen, bathroom and a sofa-bed. They also have quite a few wardrobes and cabinets. Definitely enough space to store many many things, despite the size of the room. I would recommend the stay if you need a place to sleep.

There was no soap (or anything) to be used in the shower. The hand soap from the sink was of the worst quality ever found: very watery and did not foam. The toilet paper is of those gray ones, but very harsh. I would recommend to bring your own. The sofa bed was not of the most comfortable, a bit too hard and thin. But since I only stayed two nights, it wasnt that bad overall.

Literally next to the main train/bus station and a major shopping mall complex (with food courts, supermarkets and everything), the place is very convenient and looks quite new! Tram/bus station to old town is just a couple minutes away. Fully-equipped studio with stoves, microwave, and fridge. Quiet enough for good sleep when you shut the windows at night. Staff is excellent with very smooth check-in/out. Luggage storage rooms available. Shower is excellent.

The bed is a sofa bed.. TV channels in English are very limited. But these are very small things.

Visiting Poland with an Irish friend and we chose this apartament to stay at for 3 nights. Got an apartment on the 5th floor and the view was amazing. Check in and check out were easy and the apartment was just the right size. The location is perfect with both the bus station and the tram station right around the corner, and a shopping centre across the road. The staff were lovely and helpful, we'll definitely be back here next time we're in Wroclaw.

The only problem we had was that we only had one teaspoon instead of two (easily solvable).

Hello everything in your room was very good except the girl in the security and the third bed in the room.

The girl in the security behaved us rude she dıdnt accept our lugguges and she Said' I cant get your luggages because it is my private room i said you three times! 'this made us so unhappy we had difficulty with our luggages because you promise us to keep them. Secondly, the third bed in the room was very uncomfortable, at least you could just put there a single bed instead of that couch. I am so sad and frustrated to live this bad conditons.

-Spacious apartment. Considering it looked and felt like a student apartment. And if that was the case. Then it WAS REALLY SPACIOUS.

- NOISY AIRCONDITION. That I couldn't seem to figure out how to permanently turn off at night. Making it s bit hard to sleep. And especially if you struggle to begin with. -Could have been nice to have received two towel sets instead of one. So 1 body and 1 head towel.

Great location. The room was clean and air-conditioned. Great windows - almost no noise from the busy street. There were not only kitchen facilities available but also a tiny desk (although I didn't need it it's nice to know that though about people working remotely).

The shower door was not properly sealed with silicone (or whatever it should be sealed with) - there was a hole under it and we had small paddles after every shower. Not a disaster, but the mat was wet all the time because of that. That's the only complaint.

Great location and easy access. Huge shopping centre next door. The grocery store is also not too far away. Possibly to store luggage if arriving early or leaving late. Friendly staff. Nice clean bathroom. Seems to be a good value for money. (Stayed in the smallest studio)

It is very close to the main travel hub and the city centre so expect a lot of traffic outside and emergency service vehicles driving by now and then. If you're a sensitive sleeper, then you may have a problem. The room needed a new lick of paint on some of the walls. Don’t expect to do loads of cooking in the kitchen as there are very few utensils, pots/pans and not much else. Take-out or microwave meals probably will be the standard.
