Good location (close to the centre),, there is a washing machine, very spacious, two bathrooms (one on each floor).

No private parking (although I reserved the parking, that reservation didn't mean anything for reception staff and she simply decided to give that parking slot to another hotel guest), no shower gel in both bathrooms, distance to the hotel (for breakfast) was a bit too far (15min walk), too close to the train station (hence couldn't sleep in the morning due to trains' noise), noise problem wouldn't bother in winter though (when there's no need to keep the windows open due to hot [+23C] weather), no room air conditioning (although could keep the windows open all the time).

Excellent all round. The location was fantastic for access to the bus and rail station - there’s also a small shop (zabka) opposite and budget about 3 minute walk away. The bed was super comfy and the apartment spotless. I really appreciated the range of equipment available - even a dishwasher and kitchen ware - and did my laundry there, which was very handy as I had limited time to visit a laundrette. The desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind and spoke excellent English. The apartment is beautiful and I’m so glad I could stay here for the night for such a reasonable price - not much more than a hostel!

Although all equipment is available, some items like the clothing rack is only okay to pick up from the front desk. This is perfectly understandable but as these are quite large they are a little cumbersome to bring up to the apartment - might be worth just storing one of each in the apartments. I also struggled a little with the key code to get to the stairwell as this had settings only in Polish and was not as simple as the instructions suggested - but I got the hang of it with some help!

It was two floor apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen dormitory and living room. I stayed there, however, for one night so I couldn't experience its whole capabilities. The apartment was close to railway station.

The table in the living room was a bit worn. No air conditioning was present. There was a little disorder in the wardrobe so I had no good place where I could put my luggage.

Great apartments right next to train station, complimentary taxi from airport was a very nice extra touch from themselves and the girl on reception was excellent allowing us to check in despite being an hour or twice early. All rooms were spotless and extremely quiet. Great kitchen area and balcony included which was very useful in summer heat.

enough space for everyone got separate bed. good for short stay, basic necessity everything available in room. nearby 24 hours store open. parking paid but okay, at least you get place to park otherwise in downtown it's difficult to find parking even on weekends.

kitchenette should have more basic things and at least one coffee machine as well. and bath gel and shampoo in toiletries.

Acceptable option near the train station. The facilities are good (it was basically a 1-bedroom apartment), with very good size facilities (e.g., bathroom and kitchen). Good wi-fi, limited TV (based on antenna reception). Supermarket a block away.

It did not provided few essential items like paper towels, toaster or microwave or coffee maker (just stove and couple of pots).

The property was in a great location. It was near a train station, so if you are using that to get to the city, or to travel around the city, this is a good location. It is less than a 5 minute walk.

Maps will lead to near it, but not to it. We had to Google image what the building looked like to find it. The elevators had been marked all over and the public spaces were dirty.

The location, staff and price were great. The place was easy to find and check in went smoothly. The apartment was well heated, light and matched the photos While the room may need some refreshment, overall my experience was positive and I'm very thankful for easy communication with the staff.

They could provide table fan or standing fan. Ventilation was limited so having a fan would help a lot during summer. Internet password didn’t work. I am one of those people who would rather live without WiFi internet instead of asking for the correct password by calling them.

The location was a short walk from the train station. It was also close to the bus station, the town square, and the park. I liked the security door and felt safe there. That staff was very friendly and professional.

The furniture in the apartment. It was made from cheap material, and everything wobbled. Also, the refrigerator had a fish smell to it. It was very unpleasant to open.
