Good quality, well design, modern apartment. Seamless check-in, apartment had all facilities including internet in order. I'm generally satisfied with the stay. The size of apartment was on the small side but sufficient enough for short stay - some hotel rooms are actually smaller. It is not immediately close to the city center but with Uber or Bolt it is not such significant problem.

Excellent location and nice rooms. New, comfortable, functional and tastefully decorated. We had 2 apartment for 2 persons. Rooms were very different in size, design and in equipment. But even the smaller was not bad, only maybe a bit less equipped and more used.

Stay overnight. Apartments have good location and easy access with key code entrance.Very easy to find. Apartments clean. Recommended for business trips! Proposal to put free water and shampoo with soap.

The view was awesome. The room was very big. Everything well equipped for the kind of 1 week stay.

Shower did not drain and overflowed. It was completely different looking than the pictures. A lot more basic furnishing. Bed sheets were a bit old, very basic but ok bed.

It was quit.

The parking situation was bad, there were no clear instructions on how to get into the underground garage, so parking the car outside was just as much as the room itself costs. Also there was no WiFi password and no one answered our calls. The room looked quite different than on the pictures.

I'm really grateful we got switched instantly to the apartment with washing machine but the whole apartment needed repairing. Shower drain was blocked, hot and cold water sings were mixed, washing machine was leaking, tv wasn't working, mattress was old, uncomfortable and squeaky, curtains were dirty, kitchen not equipped at all and things that were in it were dirty, instead washing up liquid in the bottle was Domestos. We didn't complain because we really needed that wash machine, just put towels around it.

We were accommodated in very bad apartments. The apartment was poorly cleaned, everything smelled of chemicals used to clean the toilet, even the glasses. Dirty cups, curtains, only two small towels. The administration did not solve the problem. I definitely do not recommend this place for vacation. We often travel in Poland, everything is always great, but this place was very disappointing.

DON’T STAY HERE! WHAT A HOLE!! The place looks NOTHING like the pictures. They’ve clearly just done up one apartment for pictures and furnished the rest as cheap as possible. Moreover, the bathroom was dirty, the shower drain was clogged and the handle to hang the shower head from was missing. The toilet flush kept falling off. The bedsheets were too small for the bed and the towels smelled. The curtains didn’t darken the room at all. None of the issues above were properly answered in the messages I sent. They also didn’t provide WiFi details until asked. The worst part was the parking. I send several messages asking for parking instructions. I kept getting the same standard reply about an underground parking but when we went there it was only for residents, the gate didn’t open for visitors. Again several messages, no proper reply. The only other suggested parking place was a public lot. We had no other option but to park there and we were annoyed because we had selected this property on the basis of there being private parking. Overnight the mirror from our car was stolen while it was parked and now we have €200 damage. Had to find a garage to get it fixed and all the hassle that comes with that. So thanks a lot Art Apartments! Your service is officially the worst we’ve had!
