The location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. A good breakfast each morning. A really good sized room. Great value for money.

The decor is a little dark and dated but it had everything you needed and is all you can expect for the great price.

An easy arrival by tram from the train station. All staff was nice, but especially the young lady at the breakfast bar. Breakfast was nice, I really loved the salad and the spreads. Also warm vegetable was very nice. The location is just perfect, a few steps from a tram stop at a shopping mall, maybe 5 minutes slow walk to the main square, also biedronka maybe 50 meter, zabka just next door, room was clean except the curtains, I really appreciated the electric kettle for tea/coffee - bring some teabags of your favourite tea with! Cups were in the room. I arrived Wednesday evening and the room was quite cold, I also waited for warm water in shower some minutes. At the weekend, there was not this problem as the hotel was full. WLAN was a little busy at night and at the weekend.

The location of the hotel was excellent, near the main square and shopping centre but just a tad off the main road so it was nice and quiet. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and it was all really nice. Although all the staff we met were friendly and professional I must point out and say a big thank you to Karina who helped us out with issues getting tickets for an event.

The only thing was the shower - the water was lukewarm at best.

Very clean room, smelled really nice! Towels, drinking water, hair dryer, and working wifi. The cleaning personnel respected my choice of not cleaning my room as requested. The location is very convenient as well, the receptionists very nice and speaking very good English!

Well, breakfast was not great, not a lot of choice and no proper utensiles to grab boiled eggs or salads... forks and spoons are not designed for that and the food ends up rather on the table than on the plate. Also, too many large tables where only 1 guest would sit (rather have more tables for 2 than for 6.

Location was excellent and not situated in a noisy street. Breakfast was very good with a range of choice. Staff were always polite and helpful. Comfortable bed and good wifi too. Water was given on those days we had room cleaning service.

The room cleaning service has to be improved. The sheets were not that clean. Once we had room cleaning and the sheets were not changed. Would have preferred cleaner sheets. (Then on the Monday we were there, the room cleaning was excellent...a huge improvement). On Easter Monday there was no notice that breakfast was at 8am, unlike the information we were given 7am). Better communication would have been more appropriate.

B had booked a normal double room with bathroom in the hotel. When we entered the hotel room we realised that there was a sink in the corridor of the room. The bathroom consisted of a shower and a toilet. When we used the washbasin, we noticed that only a little brown water came out of the tap. We reported this to the reception and were quickly assigned a higher quality hotel room.

The location was good. Very near to public transport. The room was light and airy with enough storage space. The staff were all delightfully pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Although the breakfast was good, I felt it needed some variation from day to day. Housekeeping was only done on request, which I found quite tedious, especially not having anywhere to dry towels.

Located in the old town this is a classic place that has been accommodating visitors for many years. It has a classic old school Polish charm that I really like rather than the indistinguishable plasticness of the modern chain hotels. It may not look the most modern hotel but its still a great place to stay with very decent sized rooms and a price that beats most equivalents. My room had a good sized bed, desk, TV, and small ensuite bathroom with shower, nice and clean and perfectly adequate. Internet worked fine. Breakfast is probably more basic than many and probably caters for a Polish taste, a vegan still wouldn't starve here - and if you are still hungry theres a good excuse to have a second breakfast in one of the many excellent vegan eateries.

There is no automatic in room drink making facilities but it is apparently possible to hire them. For the excellent value price of rooms though theres nothing really to complain about.

There was only tepid water in our room throughout our stay, but we were offered another hotel and free taxi, the staff wer very helpful and polite to us.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was on a smaller size but perfectly comfortable. The location is just perfect for traveling the city on foot and using public transport. Breakfast was okay.

The shower was a bit snug and a bigger person might have trouble actually washing themselves after closing the shower doors. Do not expect quiet nights, the streets surrounding the hotel are very busy all the time (obviously not the hotel's fault).
