Very good location,you can go everywhere by foot

They ask for 400zlt deposit,at booking they didn't say anything,they sent message after booking,i ask the reasons and the answer was for security, booking is not enough security for them?

The place was fine - they could have included more necessary items, such as a coffee maker and dish towels but other than that it was good.

The problem was THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT. The staff said they would put a hold on the visa. But since I stayed for 3 days, the funds were not held but instead were debited from my visa. I left the room in fine condition but they are not returning my deposit and instead are staying it is a mistake with my visa company and I have to follow up with them. This is a big hassle due to their improper way of taking deposits.

The location was absolutely excellent for the Christmas Market which was the reason I was visiting Wroclaw.

The fact that you can’t adjust the heating. You have to message the Reception where you pay the deposit and get the access codes to ask them to turn the heating down. Also there are no tea towels to dry the dishes.

Great place to stay, so clean and brilliant apartment. I was staying as a solo traveller so plenty of room & facilities were plenty for me. Never heard much noise. WiFi was fine. Very central to the old town and lots of good places to see. Excellent places to eat. Being a solo traveller I felt safe. Would definitely recommend staying here and full value for the price. Although at the time of my visit there was a threat from flooding, everyone was so positive and nice. Special mention to the staff, as at first I couldn't find where to check in. After a quick call they sent me a link with directions so I was in the apartment in no time.

Very clean, modern & comfortable apartments just a short stroll from the main square.

Small gripe, but in one of the 3 apartments we rented, the mirror wasn't close to a socket, which made it difficult for the ladies to get themselves ready.  My family on their first visit to Wrocław would have rated the apartment a 10, but due to lack of availability, we were moved from our original booking to another street & I personally felt disappointed as the building I had made the original booking in had a beautiful café on the ground floor which we never unfortunately had the chance to experience.

This was in an excellent location, just right around the corner from the town square, cathedral, and Rathaus. There were lots of good restaurants on the street just opposite. Parking is at "Bulvary Parking" which felt very safe and secure. You then walk to a reception at another hotel to check in (it is on the way to the hotel) and then you can go to the hotel. The hotel was very modern and comfortable. The pull out couch was soft for a great night's sleep. The best part was the ease of being able to explore the town from your doorstep.

The location is wonderful. It is in the heart of old town Wroclaw. Elevator to our appartment was very appreciated for my mom who has mobility issues. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Room has fridge and convection stove. Comfortable sofa bed and standard bed.

The kitchen wares are basic; items that were missing are bowls, wine opener that works, sharp knife for food preparation. It would be wonderful to have a microwave to warm up food. Air conditioning did not work and noisy when you have open windows from street.

Was in a great location.

When we arrived late,there is no 24 hour reception just a note on the door to collect the keys from a different location,which was hard to find when you don't know the area. I eventually found the reception and was told I had to pay 400zloty there and would be refunded when leaving.The reception was only open till 22.00 hrs so don't know what you would do if you had a late arrival..in total took me around an hour to eventually get in.

Very convenient location right next to the main square with everything you need. Loved that the access was with a code and not a key (one less thing to worry about not forgetting). Water pressure was really great. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Reception is not in the main building, but it wasn't much of an issue for us. We did need a top up of supplies, but they were helpful and delivered some to our room when asked. Pillows and bed were not great, but good enough.

The room was great for a night and the bathroom, too.

Be careful! Unfortunately, we didn't notice that they wanted to deposit 400 zł in a case of damage. It was too stressful for us that, and it was impossible to cancel the room because we had already paid it. They call us so many times about that deposit. In other cases, it was impossible to take the code and enter the room. Finally, we paid that money by transferring to the bank that they told us. Now, after four days, we haven't taken back our money from the deposit yet, and in the email that I sent about when they will transfer the money back, no one unswer...
