Everything was perfect for me. My single room was very small, but it was stylish and had everything I needed. There is a small kitchen in the bottom floor (microwave, fridge, a panini press, kettle) which I made use of because I don't like to eat every meal at a restaurant. The design of the rooms is very good and there is a beautiful staircase in the building. It's very interesting. The staff were very kind and helpful during my stay, and they were exceptionally helpful after I left because I accidentally left my iPad in the room and continued on my travels. I didn't discover I had forgotten it until late that day and they spent hours communicating with me by Whatsapp as I tried to make arrangements to ship it by DHL. It all worked out, thanks to the help of the staff at reception. I am very grateful!

The wifi in my room was very weak. I had to do some work, so this was a little bit difficult. But if you just want to check emails and do small things, it's not so bad.

Location was great 5 minutes walk to the main square of Wrocław and many shops, bars and restaurants around. The room and the hotel was clean. Kitchen in the basement for a coffee and toaster machine was a plus. It’s okay for a few nights stay.

The hotel is on the main road and too much noise of the tram in the morning, need better soundproof windows. Room was a bit small and tight. Single beds were too small.

Clean, comfortable bed, comfortable shower. Elevator. Reception from 9:00 till late evening. Shared kitchen. Great location. Very nice interior design. Everything is new and in good condition. Amazing stairs. Nice stuff.

A bit noisy from the street from 5:30am, because of the tram and a road. It would be great to have a cup/mug in the room. Would be good to have a floor towel next to the shower. Maybe earlier reception would be better, to have a possibility to leave a baggage at the reception from 7:00 would be amazing. Of course all of that are only advices to make the stay perfect. But I really was very satisfied with the stay. So, thank you very much.

Excellent location, easy access from the public transport from the train station (also accessible by foot), then right next to all the main tourist attractions. There is an elevator. There is also a common area with a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee etc. The room is rather small, but it is what I expected, as it corresponds exactly to the pictures and descriptions provided.

One disturbing thing was the noise from the street - there is a tram line and cars passing till very late night and from early morning. Ear plugs recommended

The room was small but neat, warm and clean. The bathroom as well.The house has an interesting wooden spiral staircase. Location is just a few blocks away from Market Square.

The walls are not well insulated and there were some very noisy neighbours to which we had to knock on the walls to be quieter as did other guests of the hotel. There should be a receptionist at night to control excessive noise. Price is a little higher for the room size as we compared to the room of our friends in another hotel of better quality and nearer the main square.Anyway we had a lovely stay!

The staff were so wonderful, thank you so much The location of the house, which is close to the main square, deserves 5 stars, in addition to the cleanliness of the place, the arrangement of the rooms, and the sterilization. Everything is wonderful, except for the sounds of cars inside the room.

Good location at the outer area of the old town, with restaurants and convenient stores close by in walking distance

Some facilities can be further improved. The seat of the toilet bowl and the tap of the sink in the bathroom are not tightly installed. If guests want to deposit luggage after checkout, this place charges extra money for that.

The location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the Market Square. It is very clean with modern design. Staff was nice. Overall, very good value for money.

Our room overlooked the road by the river and was quite noisy. Leaving the luggage at the hotel after check-in was paid but you are only informed about it once you have left your bags. I found this odd.

The hotel is close to the center. The room was clean, the staff is polite. It total corresponds to the photos. It is good for a night or 2 max.

The hotel has some reparation outside, and there is no view from the window, just scaffolding And tram is under the windows, so if you sleep not good, it can trouble you early in the morning.

There wasn’t daily housekeeping, which I didn’t think was a problem until they sent me a message saying do you want Daisy housekeeping? It’s part of the room surfaces that I paid for
