The location of this hotel is fantastic — all the main attractions and the city center are just a short walk away, which made sightseeing super convenient. The only downside is that it's right next to a busy road, so street noise was noticeable at times, especially at night. Still, if you’re planning to spend most of your day exploring, it’s a really practical place to stay.

The bed was almost *too* comfortable — the mattress is extremely soft, which might be perfect for some. But if you prefer a firmer sleeping surface, this might not be the right fit. Personally, it wasn’t ideal for me, so I’d recommend this hotel mainly to those who love that “cloud-like” feel.

I liked the nice elevator with the card tap system (you can only go to the floor you’re staying on). I also liked having an air condition A LOT, super nice. The front desk lady spoke both wonderful English and Polish, and overall I thought the room was nice and comfortable.

I didn’t like how small the shower was, I kept bumping my elbows into the temperature valve even though I’m only 5’7. I was in the Twin Room and I know it is a smaller room but I shouldn’t have to genuinely be hitting the sides of the wall when showering. Also I think the room was a little bit dirty as many of the outlets had heavy layers of dust on them and so did the outside of the sink bowl.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport — tram lines are very close by, but surprisingly, I was never disturbed by noise, even with the windows open at night. The photos on the booking match reality perfectly, which I really appreciated — no surprises when I arrived. The staff were friendly, and the bed was very comfortable, even though my "queen bed" turned out to be two singles combined (still fine for sleeping). One thing to note: the cleaning policy is a bit unusual — rooms are cleaned every third day, which wasn’t a problem for me but might be worth mentioning for other guests. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

The bathroom design could use a bit of improvement, as water tended to spill out of the shower area, even when using low flow.

A wonderful and cozy hotel. The staff is friendly, especially the housekeeping team on the third floor – always polite and ready to help.

The biggest issue is the bed, especially when staying at the hotel for 9 nights. It’s not a king-size bed but rather two separate beds with separate mattresses that constantly slide apart, causing you to sink in between. One night, my wife even fell to the floor between the beds – thankfully, the fitted sheet was holding things together. Additionally, there are no glasses for toothbrushes, which is incredibly inconvenient.

Great location only a few minutes walk to the old town and all the Christmas markets. The hotel overlooks the river and is a short walk to cathedral island Fantastic all you can eat, buffet breakfast. Lots of choices. Everything was good. The staff were nice and professional. The online check-in was convenient. Even though the room technically had twin beds instead of a queen bed, they were joined seamlessly and were very soft and comfortable. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The fridge was empty (which I expected and appreciated), there was no drinkable water in the room (expected because of other reviews), but they included a fan with the room, which was really cool and handy!

The shower floor has the same level as the rest of the bathroom, so water gets everywhere on the floor when you shower. I’m not sure what the best solution is here.

The quality of the breakfast varies from excellent to ordinary, depending on which chef is on shift. All windows faced street with traffic and trams. If want quiet, have to keep window closed. Temporary (?) car parking you can see from hotel, but it far enough by carand by walk - difficult to reach.

Location is so good. Close to the old town and within walking distance to the bridges that connect the islands. Very big sized room and comfortable bed and sofabed.

We were on the 4th floor facing the street and it was noisy from trams passing by. Not very good sound proofing windows. Also the curtain on the tilted window did not hold up and didn't block the morning light. Bathroom ventilation did not work and was smelling sewage all the time. Also, when taking a shower, water was coming out as there's no closing door.

The location of the property is great, right next to the market square. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was included. It worked out to be great value for money. The breakfast itself was fantastic - cold meats & cheeses, a large choice of salads, fruit and a selection of breads, rolls and cakes.

The only downsides were the fact that I couldn’t close the curtains properly so some light from the street came in. There was also some noise from the trams that go past regularly, but not enough to disturb my sleep.

Nothing not to like. From the moment i arrived, the lovely Anna in reception made me feel welcome. And from that moment on, she was exceptionally helpful in all aspects of my stay in Jazz. The room was spotless, large and with a very comfortable bed. It could have done with a bit more air conditioning as the weather was exceptionally hot for the duration of my time in Wroclaw. Wi-fi signal, in general, was good. Location was a huge bonus, just a 5 minute walk to the Old Town. In conclusion, i would heartily recommend this excellent hotel. And the price was exceptional for such a lovely and strategically located establishment. I am presently travelling around Poland/Germany but i certainly intend to spend my final two nights in Jazz before i return home. I just loved everything about the place.
