Large room, well equiped, good location (quite, but close to the city centre and well connected to public transport). Breakfast was good (we did not miss anything), but not overwhelming.

When we arrived there were no towels in the room, but they were brought immediately after we informed the reception.

The hotel is just outside the circumferential road of the old historic center. Very close to historic sites but on a quite small street, opposite the archeological museum. It was a very spacious room with a high ceiling unlike a typical city center hotel cubicle. A bathroom was spacious likewise, fully equipped for guests with disabilities. Tea and coffee tray was very useful.

Despite of the spaciousness of the room and facilities for disabled, the bed was way to low. Poor quality of pillows and bedding was below the comparison with the quality of the room.

Modern kitchen, spacious room and very friendly staff. I recommend this hotel.

The room for the most part was excellent. I was not a fan of the shower feeling a tad unstable under my feet. I think it would be nice for the hotel to invest in higher quality toilet paper. The soap/shower gel dispensers were very hard to squeeze. Perhaps this was due to them not being refilled properly? We had our own cosmetics, and even our own soap petals, so this was not a huge problem for us. Hand wash in the kitchen would be a bonus. We plan to stay here again.

Located just off the main circular artery road and about 400 meters from the central square, I had requested in advance and was granted a quiet room which was a soothing experience. Superbly clean, spacy, airy, light (big window), very functional and for the price (21 EUR paid for a double room on Sun/Mon night, booked mere 24 hours prior to arrival), this was a steal of an accommodation. The girls at the reception desk were super friendly and I felt genuinely welcomed.

Absolutely nothing for the price

- One of the best locations! Near Old Town and great cafes - Spacious room with auto-closed/auto-opened curtains by pressing a button near the bed - High ceiling, which was a huge surprise and super amazing - Long table in the room where you can work together or all alone, enjoying how much space you have - You can leave your luggage after check-out for the whole day with no problem at all - Comfy sofas on the first floor near reception - Super clean room

- For breakfast, they give you paper vouchers. You shouldn't forget about it when you go to the breakfast room - They give you only one key card, and it is not super comfortable when you are with a partner - Check-out by 11am (I wish they allow to check by 12pm)

The room was very large and the midweek price was excellent. The room was well decorated with enough facilities. Close to main town and lots of other attractions.

Some cleanliness issues around the room but nothing major

Breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast room weas friendly. The cab from airport was very good, the situation was good.

reception was unkindly and unfriendly. We asked, could we keep the room 2 hours more (until 1 pm), for money of course. She didn´t check anything, just said no. She didn´t tell about the luggageroom, luckily we asked that and then we could leave our bogs there. We were there from monday until saturday, not even once the room was cleaned. Then toilet by reception had run out of papier.

staff attitude. you have to use a side entrance after 12pm which didn’t always work! they offer coffee tea and sugar in your room but no milk 🤷‍♂️When I asked why I was told it is not a 5 star hotel 🤣

This was our second stay at Hotel Dikul and as I mentioned in my first review, we chose to stay here because of the private parking space. Our room was large and spacious. My favourite features were the two massive windows that give us a lovely view of the courtyard. The linens were fresh and the bed very comfortable. There was a large desk with plenty of room to work and eat. The wifi was very good. I work online so this is very important for me when I am traveling. The location is very central. Lot's of restaurants, bakeries, groceries, etc. within walking distance. We did not get out much because it was raining during our stay, but there were plenty of options for food when you order through Uber. Overall, we had another lovely stay at Hotel Dikul and we will continue to stay here whenever we are in Wroclaw.

One super small detail... The housekeeping lady knocked on our door at 11am and though she didn't speak English, it was quite clear she wanted us out of the room so she could clean it.

Location very good. Very big rooms. Elevators worked well. Patio really nice. It is very good that reception is 24 hrs. Girls at reception helpful. Breakfast was very good except for 1 day when for reason, at 9 am they did not refill the food that finished.

In 4 nights, they did not do room service. It was not written on Booking.com. that the lady will not clean the room. so we had to ask daily for toilet paper and towels. After 4 days the dustbin was overflowing and bathroom got dirty.
