We only stayed here for a night but we were very pleased with the room and it's facilities. The bed was very comfy and we liked that the duvet was quite large. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel and it's about a 20 minute ride to the city center and the main train station. The hotel is located nearby the river, which makes for a very nice walk with a view.

The location was a bit further than we wished to be, outside of the city center. I was disappointed to find out that there was no mini-fridge in the room, especially because our hostel room the night before did.

A wonderful hotel on the river! Stayed with my son. It is convenient to get there from the railway station. From the hotel to the city center - 15 minutes walk. Close to Zabka, McDonald's. The room is clean, the mattresses are comfortable, there is a kettle, a bottle of water, tea and coffee. Breakfast is a big plus of the hotel: "buffet", very tasty, many dishes to choose from, from cereal and fresh bread to omelet and fruit. Friendly staff at the reception. Of the nuances that should be taken into account: there is no refrigerator in the room; the hotel is near the road, in the evening you can hear the roar of the tram, especially if you open the window. At the same time, the impressions of the stay are positive. We would be happy to come again!

Great location, close to the very centre of the city but felt very quiet. Close to Stare Miasto. We had 3 rooms close to each other and hotel staff was very professional, friendly and helpful

We had noisy neighbours and we were only separated from them by the locked doors rather than a wall - so from 6:00 am we were unable to sleep. But this is nothing to do with the hotel :)

Great location, close to the square and the islands, McDonald’s right across the road. Shops right outside as well. Great selection for breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Only one can of water in the room which was booked for 3 people, I would be nice if there was one can/bottle for each person. We went to eat dinner in the restaurant and had to wait a very long time for service even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Well...there was nowhere to sit during breakfast and also there was almost nothing on that breakfast... When I asked if there will be refills I was told that it might but they not sure and there will be late.... I mean It was still plenty of time and with nowhere to sit and nothing to eat it's a bit disappointing

The bed was a lil bit unstable and the matress was worn out. Toiletries were almost run out, seems like they forgot to change it or fulfill before new guests. They dont allow to open the window during your stay. There is no refrigarator in the room.

The hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was within walking distance to the city center, but still far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. You had to be there in time for a parking space, but we got one.

When the "room cleaning" was done, only two of the four towels were changed and the beds weren't made again. Either all or nothing, but half was kind of weird.

Everything was perfect, location excellent. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Inga aswered all the question we had. Very nice and polite lady, and off course very proffesional. Walking distance to the old town and other attractions. We will be back!!!

Excellent location, less than 10 mins walk from the main square. Excellent breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly, and when we asked for extra pillows, these were provided immediately.

The bar closed at 8pm, which was a little early. And one lift is not enough for a hotel of this size; cleaners need a separate service lift.

The hotel is Bed and Breakfast type hotel, where you get comfortable room and really good breakfast buffet. The location is really good, it takes only 10-15 minutes by foot, to get to the market place or to Tumski island. Parking near the hotel is free.

If your windows face the street it is a little bit noisy, sound proof between rooms can be better.
