The very best thing about Hotel Patio is definitely the location, right in the Old Town! My room was quite small, but perfectly fine for one person. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned every day (if desired) and refilled with bottled water and Nescafé. The staff at the reception were very service minded (and helpful with questions). The breakfast was really good with a large selection partly from the buffet and 'hot food' which you had the option to order. The patio is directly opposite a beautiful church (and church square) and a few steps from a 'big square' with benches, fountains, cafes and restaurants, which is an advantage for an 'old lady' like me who needs to sit down a lot frequent. Can highly recommend Hotel Patio!

If I have to say something 'negative' it must be the lack of 'sitting areas' in reception/lobby? Or the option of going out into the 'yard' for smokers, who had to stand on the street outside the entrance door. But these are 'small things' as there are not many steps to the nearest public bench.

Great location directly opposite the St Elizabeth Church. Helpful and friendly staff, fabulous breakfasts! Comfortable room. Wrocław is a fantastic city, very highly recommended to visit - and to stay here!

Room walls must have been thin as I could sometimes hear things eg snoring from a neighbouring room. Not a huge problem however.

The location of the hotel is amazing - right by all the main sights and within walking distance of the old town. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the hotel which is clearly under development - a fabulous children's area appeared in the time we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the lady serving was super friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we had some incredibly noisy neighbours who returned to the hotel on at 3.20am. It was through this we discovered how thin the walls were between our rooms.....

The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Friendly staff with smiles on their faces. Amazing breakfast; great selection and well presented. Great location for exploring the old town. If we return to Wrocław, we will stay here again.

I liked everything.

Very spacious & clean rooms with a large bathtub & comfy beds. The location is superb, right in the center of the old city. The crib was provided as requested. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly!

We had disco parties somewhere very close outside every night, which was quite annoying.. It's impossible to park near the hotel, so we left the car at https://nfm.parkujesz.pl/ - just 30zl per night, but it's 700m away from the hotel.

we came away for the Christmas market and the visit the City. The location of the hotel is perfect. We opted for one of the smaller rooms at the front of the building as we were not going to be in the room for long. The room was a little noisy from church bells (which you cannot help, so bring ear plugs). We brought some and it was fine after. Everyone we asked for was not a problem (like extra pillows and an extra duvet (as I am duvet hugger and at home we have a kingsize, these were just double). Again no problem getting an extra one (so we had one each). The breakfast was just amazing, everything we needed to set us up for the day. The staff were just lovely, especially all of the ladies on reception!! Great stay and we will be back, hopefully with friends next time. Top tips, the little bar next door on the left when you walk outside is lovely stop off for a beer. Paloma Coffee & Roasters best coffee shop, Konspira best restaurant. Also book the free walking tours with Walkative! Just google them. We did two tours and they were just brilliant guides. Most of all enjoy!

Excellent location for the main square and shopping area. 5 minutes from several bus and tram stops. The hotel is very stylish and well cared for.

Great location and in my opinion it should be higher than a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was lovely and to top it all it has a great little pub next door. I have stayed here twice now and would recommend it to family and friends.

We booked a bigger room which was very spacious but only had one armchair. For a double room of this size there should have been 2 armchairs. One of us had to sit either on the bed or the desk chair. Unfortunately there was very loud music from a nearby club on the Saturday night thankfully it was only one night during our but guests should be made aware of this possibility before booking.
