Apartment location, facility design, cleanliness, nice staff. Wroclaw is a really nice historical city and we combined our short trip with a stay in a nice modern place located in a vicinity of the old town, so all could be visited in a "green and healthy way" - walking : - )))

There was no WiFi network. the alternative network received from reception was weak and working only in the living room. We missed the bedside tables next to bed and would prefer two single blankets instead of one large to be joined. The fridge was making very annoying high frequency sound like tinnitus when cooling - disturbing in the evening

This was our first time in Wroclaw, we fell in love with the nice city and its people. The hotel's location is amazing, BTW, right in the middle of the Oder river, with magnificent views. There is a new and older building, we were staying in the older one. It seems it has the bigger flats. One of the best assets of this hotel is, that you are at the river and yet you have only a very short walking distance to the city core and a huge variety of restaurants is at your disposal. No matter what kind of food you like, you'll find it there (yep, we are foodies...). We started searching for those very cute and funny little brass Gnomes in Wroclaw city. The flat on the first floor was very big, even for the five of us. It stretches over 3 floors, if you include the overlooking rooftop terrace that comes with the flat. We had a secure garage space booked, so no issues.

The flat needs some TLC, meaning some maintenance and small upgrades. The sliding curtains don't work in some areas, the curtains are not block-out, so if you like to sleep dark, better bring your eye mask. The electronic touch switches are highly confusing, in terms what they are switching. We were not able to figure them out until we left. The door handle on the living room window came off, and the wooden grid in front of the sleeping room on the second floor didn't work. Apparently they had some water damage to that flat recently, and they remains of that are still visible in some areas. The kids weren't that happy, that the old TV was not a Smart-TV and therefore Netflix and Co was off topic.

Location, cleanliness.

My invoicing for work was not done for tax purposes despite notifying them in advance on messaging, Staff appear confused and disorganised. It would be nicer if we had more basics, like more sugar, more coffee, cooking oil, cleaning sponge, as we were staying for 3 nights and going out to get a big packets of sugar, coffee , bottles of oil will be not economically viable as we just need some oil to make breakfast in the morning etc.

We loved everything! Highlight was a room service breakfast we treated ourselves to on our last morning of our trip. Breakfast was delicious! Using a car lift to park was also an experience! Stunning views of the Univeristy. We loved everything!

There is only one thing I can pick on: towels! We got 2 bath towels and that was it (1 each). No hand towels, also as a woman with long hair I need an extra towel when showering (for my hair). Given how high end everything was, I was surprised to see we have only been given 2 towels for our entire stay. Other than that, no complaints, we will definetely stay again next year!

Location was fantastic and apartment was very clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. wish we could have stayed longer. Easy to get in. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. We parked the car in the public parking at the hotel (limited spots available) but there is a parking garage in the hotel as well (car elevator). Interesting fact- the restaurant under the hotel -La Maddalena just won the award for the most beautiful restaurant in the world (Muse Design Award)! Overall great place to stay!

Amazing location by the beautiful river, close to the centre & old town. Luxurious apartment with quality facilities & amazing view. Felt like a 5 star hotel with a 24 hour reception & even room service for breakfast. Very high end area & feel to apartment block. Luxury robe & slippers provided. Good WiFi. Large comfy sofa bed in living room. Windows extremely good quality & sound proofing is amazing. Overall, really high quality & comfortable place.

-Staff, although polite, could improve communication slightly as we had a few misunderstandings. Maybe due to our lack of Polish language skills. -Some rooms don't match the photos on Booking.com, so be careful on that to avoid any disappointment. - There was 24 hour security at entrance who can sometimes be a little over protective. - We were in a lovely large, all-window corner room but with zero curtains or effective blinds. We were woken up by the light every morning. Do not book if sensitive to light in the morning, or make sure you call ahead to arrange room with curtains or blinds. Pillows not to my taste, bit hard & thick, but each to their own

Regrettably, I missed out on trying the highly praised cuisine at their in-house restaurant, as recommended by Julia and Amina. However, I am determined to make it my first stop during my next visit – and there will definitely be a next time! Exclusive Aparthotel has become more than just a hotel to me; it feels like a home away from home. It seamlessly combines luxury, comfort, impeccable service, and breathtaking views into an unforgettable experience. I arrived as a guest, but I left as a part of the Aparthotel family. Hmmm... Llet me tell you about the light switches! Those tricky little devils made me feel like I was playing a game of hide-and-seek every time I needed to turn on a light. But hey, that was just a minor challenge compared to the incredible time I had at the hotel. It was like a puzzle within a dream, and once I had mastered the art of the light switches, I felt like a true champion of illumination. So, don't let those sneaky switches dim your enthusiasm!

Great location (10 minutes walk from main square), modern, bright apartment, good cooking/kitchen facilities.

I wouldn't have got much sleep on the sofa bed but the 2 from our party who did sleep on it said it wasn't too bad. If you want comfortable beds, it is best for 4 people but if you don't mind sofa beds, then it's good for 6 people, as we were. Double beds had one duvet to share but the staff very quickly brought us extra duvets. Some racing motorbikes and loud talking from restaurant staff below at night but otherwise very quiet.

The apartment is very large and spacious. There are 2 bedrooms and 2, almost 3, bathrooms. The building's doorman is there. The wifi is free, the kitchen is equipped with accessories. The location is great for getting to the center quickly.

The reception is a little far from accessing the apartments and the girl did not explain well how to access. The large parking lot is not convenient with luggage: it is far from access and there was snow and ice on the street.

My husband and I spent a delightful time in this hotel. We had every necessary amenity in our room, which added to our comfort and satisfaction. The view was incredible. Every room had air conditioning. The master bedroom had additional bedding. The kitchen was fantastically outfitted. We had everything we needed including ice cups in the freezer. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath and a washing machine with one wash tab included. The apartment is very spacious. The variant lighting in the living room/kitchen made the space feel very cosy. Overall the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately during our stay, there were ants in the bathroom. The drapes in the living room and bedroom are difficult to draw closed. The drapes in the bedroom got stuck and we needed to climb a chair to move them manually. The car park is a bit tight for a larger luxury sedan. Ultimately it was possible to park, as there were few cars in the lot at the time.
