Location, the hotel in general is good.

The carpets cleaness. Despiting of paying 90 PLN for dog/night for the cleaness, I was first in the room 331 and there were a lot of pieces of food on the carpet(chips potato, sees from grape and others), than the hotel offered me another room beside and the carpet was better cleaned, but there were under the mini bars furtniture seed from pumpkim and chipa potato. I ask to the hotel to look well the cleaness when someone book a room with dog, because my dogs could easily put the head under the mini bar and feed the piece of food. It could be deadly.

Rooms are quiet which is important considering rather central location. We slept well for the whole stay. Overall no complaints about the room. There was a minibar which is not always a standard nowadays. Staff was friendly, helpful, no complaints. Excellent breakfast, with fresh waffles, pancakes and good selection of savory options, including local products. We stayed in the hotel for the 3rd time already and will choose it again given a chance.

Check-in process drags on and on, it's a good idea to use some automated check-in options if available, saves the time.

I liked river view, location and overall stay was comfortable. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs, bar is opened till 12am. Front desk staff is nice. Checkout time is 12pm - that's nice!

Parking is 90 zloty per day (should be free/included at this price $300/day for a 4 star hotel). Breakfast is also 90 zloty per person (this is about $25.00 US) In USA continental breakfast is either included in the price of stay or $15-$20 per person. Beds were comfortable but pillows were too thick, I slept without them.

The hotel was in a very good location with plenty of places to walk to and restaurants. However being an English couple we didn’t find the breakfast value for money for us.obviously we are in a foreign country but found that we had to eat out later as there was nothing we particularly fancied !! When we asked for English breakfast tea-we we’re met with a very rude reply that they didn’t have any.😡😡

As mentioned previously-the breakfast could have had a bit more hot options and they really need to buy a new toaster!!! Standing there for 10 minutes for a piece of bread to toast is not ideal . Also the abrupt manner of the staff was very off putting-not one of them said good morning or good evening-they should remember that tourists pay their wages and be a bit more friendly!

Staff is helpfull, bar and restaurant are good and you can walk towards the city center. Room was great in terms of your needs as a guest (other hotels opt to not provide is fully stocked with basic drinks and related).

Sound seals around the doors and more soundproofing panels need to be considered. Easy to hear other guests on the hallways or opening doors etc. A lot of hotels have this issue, needs to be a first priority aside from cleanliness and good equipped beds/facilities. I believe the parking costs can be lower,

The curtains were outdated and partially clear so it was difficult to sleep past the sunrise brightness coming in During our stay the 2in1 shampoo/ conditioner bottle was always empty, even after the cleaner came in twice to clean our room. There was no body wash provided in this room.

The hotel is located on the bank of Odra River, close to the history old town (~750 m), right in form of beautiful park on island filled with places to sit and boat restaurants. There is a spacious ground parking as well as underground parking. The breakfast in the hotel is outstanding. I also recommend their Żurek (arguably the best version I have ever had). The stuff is very kind and helpful.

The rooms are a bit outdated. They look like from 90s or 00s. But they have all one would need.

We were visiting family who were less than ten minutes walk away so ideally situated. Proximity to city. Restaurants and cafes. We had river view room which was lovely.

We were there for a week so found there was a lack of hanging space and drawers. Shower was over a bath and as I have a bad back this wasn’t ideal.

The location is absolutely perfect: on the river, with incredible view (keep in mind I paid for it) & also on 10 minutes walking from the main spot - the old market square. The beds & pillows were great - I slept like a baby and this rarely happens when I'm not in my own bed. The staff were great, especially the two young girls during my check-out in my last day: very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, big enough & worth the price.

Although I liked my stay overall, it started with a big disappointment by the cleanliness, which is incredible important for me: the first thing I noticed was there were spider webs around the windows in the room. Secondly (and more important) - after I checked-in the room, I could clearly see long hairs in the sinks & over the towels that were placed for my stay. It really grossed me out, thankfully I was bringing my own towels. I really hope it's just an accident, but It wasn't pleasant. Still, I enjoyed my stay and the positives were more. As a suggestions: I would have loved to have a bin in my room (not just in the bathroom) & also the hotel to provide a disposable slippers (something than even Airbnb places provide, so I don't see why a 4 stars hotel wouldn't)

Breakfast wasn't replenished enough....but it wasn't very busy so that may have been why. The staff wasnt the most approachable didnt look very happy. There was one lady on the front desk who was nice though. They gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary which was nice.

The bed was too soft.....it gave me a bad backache. The whole thing dipped in the middle....it felt like it was an older room from the photos we saw online so i guess the bed was older too.
