Korona Hotel Old Market Square is the hotel of choice to stay while you are in Wroclaw. I stayed here for two weeks.The location is superb ,everything you need is just two steps from you. Very clean, causy and excellent room size {Superior King Double Room}. The staff were great , very helpful and very pleasant, especially the female reception staff, Wiktoria,who was a great help to me even brfore I made my booking when I contacted the hotel by email and she was the person who answered all my questions within 10 minutes.She was the reason to make me book at this hotel. In addition to that, she gave me all the support I needed during my stay. But also all the rest of the staff were fantastic with no exception. All these good things said about the hotel, but there was only one problem I faced regarding the room climate. Although each room has its own thermostat, but the temperature control is with the reception. You may ask for a certain teperature to be set for you but next day it is back to their own setting which honestly was too cold for me. If the management solves this minor issue, then I advice everyone not to look for any other hotel if you want to stay in the Wroclaw Old Market Square,Korona Hotel is just the hotel of choice.

I mentioned in my review, the only thing which I didn't like was the room climate control being set by the hotel not by the tenant.

I've stayed here before. It's one of the best reasonably priced quality hotels I have stayed in in Wroclaw and has an individual identity the chains lack while meeting and exceeding their standards for a lower price. The rooms are excellent with comfy beds, and in my experience nice and quiet. The fridge is really handy. Bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast is very good, although the choice has declined a little recently, especially the vegan options.

The buffet breakfast is no longer as vegan friendly as it used to be which is a shame (although the Vega cafe on the main square does excellent vegan breakfasts)

Breakfast available but expensive compared to places nearby. Probably just our room but not able to adjust shower temperature (too hot) and there was a distinct smell of drains if we left the bathroom door open. Not over powering though and we told the hotel as we left. Not a huge issue to be honest.

The location is excellent – right in the heart of Wrocław, close to public transport stops and the beautiful central square. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the diverse breakfast selection, which included fresh local and farm products.

The room was a bit noisy during the day due to its proximity to the main square, but that didn’t affect my stay as I was mostly out on business. I had requested an invoice with specific details, but it was issued incorrectly and only provided at checkout, leaving no time to fix it. Also, the reception did not inform me when my delayed luggage was delivered to the hotel.

We've travelled widely throughout the world and never found a hotel as conveniently located as the Korona. It's in the heart of the Old Town so you can walk to most of the top sights in a matter of a few minutes or if you want to go further afield there's a Tram stop 100 metres away but you don't here any sound from it at all. Breakfast buffet was excellent! The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly George (on reception) who went out of his way to give advice and suggestions about the city. The Korona is a wonderful hotel in a charming city.

This is a hotel with an excellent location, right in the middle of the city. Breakfast is buffet style with an interesting offer, everything was delicious. The only problem is the organization of breakfast - a relatively small room, completely insufficient capacity of the coffee machine (long queues) and the whole room was very over-crowded. The staff was not able to replenish the missing food, did not communicate enough and for example I had to eat yogurt with a plastic coffee spoon, which was scary. The second reservation is that if you have windows facing the square, there is a big noise and bustle on the square until the morning, so you will not get much sleep. So ask for windows facing the courtyard.

They had an available room for early check-in. The hotel is located near the town square but not exactly in it, so it was near enough to walk but not too near that it would get crowded. The bed was comfortable and the room was sufficiently warm (as it was quite cold outside. A kettle and cups were provided along with coffee and tea in the room. The soap also smelled nice.

There were guests on the same floor who kept running in the hallway and making noise even though it was already later than 22:00, the corners of the shower floor could use more cleaning as there were beginning dark areas.

The property is quite literally in the heart of the City! The location is 11/10, extra bonus point for having a Starbucks and a Zabka right across the street! We stayed Wednesday through to Friday, the streets were packed each night and even with the masses of people we had two very restful nights without any disturbances. We opted to try the local cafes for breakfast so I can't comment on the breakfast, however, we did have a drink in the bar (same place where breakfast is served) and the place did look immaculate - as hotel guests you also get 20% off your drinks at the bar! Honestly could not recommend this hotel highly enough if you are considering a trip to Wroclaw.

Nothing! Everything met or exceeded our expectations - true value for money!

The location is excellent!! 5 meters from Christmas village. The breakfast is very good, it has everything you need. The staff was very polite. The room was clean.

Sometimes the bathroom had a very bad smell. The towels were very old. Also as many people said, in booking the hotel is 4 star but it has 3 and 4 star rooms... I cannot understand how this happen and when you chose a room it is difficult to understand because everything is written in Polish.

Charming hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small room, but it was fine for our stay. The bed was wonderful and we slept well, even though we were on the first floor and the window faced the street. We were in Wrocław during the Christmas Market and there were small christmas stalls in front of the hotel. Christmas time is magical, but we want to come back already in the summer.
