Excellent yet quiet central location with clean, well appointed en suite room. Access is via keypad on the ground floor.

24 hour desk is non existent with outside phone numbers to ring for assistance, queries etc. I booked on the premise that it had a 24hr desk to enable me to gain entry on my late arrival. I was then informed by the property to ring a phone number on my arrival for someone to meet me to gain access for a 20 zloty fee . After protesting I was given the access codes to let myself in at no cost.

The location is very close to the old center, which is a big plus. A room of max 15 square meters, small, cramped, equipped with a sleeping car from the train. A tiny bathroom in which a normal person could barely move. I only talked to the host in writing, but the attitude leaves much to be desired. Parking with problems in the sense that the price in the description of the location does not correspond to reality. The photos taken in the location do not correspond to reality except to a small extent.

The location is great, just a stone's throw away from the main square and the Christmas market. There are plenty of restaurants and groceries around as well as two tram stops within 100m. The room is quite big with a small kitchenette and a clean bathroom. The hosts were also very responsive and sent information about how to get to the place.

I loved everything about the stay except for the fact that we had no access to wifi even though a username and password were provided. Other guests on our floor had the same problem too.

The hostess and the location were perfect. They help us to use the room earlier than 15 o'clock and have our luggage safe till 16 o'clock before our fly.

Several days was without internet, but they did the best to fix it. Some noise from the street, because of the different services outside.

It was a very handy .every thing you need .close by . The apartment was every thing you need excellent .

The drains need attention as there is a sewage smell that come through the shower and washing up sink .

It is a nice place in a nice location. A big bed and sofa that you can use for sleeping. Beautiful view from the window. Nice owner and good communication.

Firstly great value for money! The hostess was great and really friendly. Allowed slightly earlier check in. Nice and modern apartment, not too big but perfect for solo/couples. Really nice big windows across the whole wall of one of wroclaws main streets. IMO best location I could’ve asked for.

It is a great location, close to everywhere. It is easy to get into the room, with no problems. There's a ceiling fan, which was great in the hot weather. It is cozy but has everything you might need for a short stay.

They say they can store luggage and internet is provided. Both of those statements are false
