Beautiful apartment with great facilities close to the old town. Quiet, spacious and comfortable bed, superb value for money. I appreciated the washing machine and coffee supplied

The check in process was challenging as the address provided and the pin on the app were different. I was also given two different apartment numbers and no one was available at either property or on the 24 hour phone number to speak too, responses from staff on the app were very slow (hours/days to respond). Luckily the cleaner was at the main property when I arrived and was able to call someone directly from her phone, without that I would have been stranded.

Location is excellent - it is close to the old city and 1.3 km from the Cathedral island. Room is very clean and fully equipped (kitchen, bathroom...). You will have all you need. Parking is under the hotel and if you have a car - it is very helpful

Our room was with the street view (actually there is no view - it is very narrow street) and it was noisy (there is a pub close to the hotel) I think that the room with the patio view must be better. Air Conditioning - central AC does not work - so there is a "mobile AC" was in our room - if you going to Wroclaw in summer - double check it

Location - very central. Apartment size was a big plus. Dishwasher and washing machine were a great help.

Responsiveness of the property. Complained about the AC on day 1 - did not get any resolution until the day of checkout. Since the weather was cold, didn’t bother us much - we kept the windows open for ventilation. The check in codes in the info guide and WhatsApp msgs didn’t match. The wifi id and pwd in the info guide and actuals didn’t match. It was a bit of a hassle getting in with these glitches. The person at the reception is of no help, so we had no choice but to wait for a response to our msgs which took a long time. Another guest was also seen struggling with the discrepancies in the check in codes.

The location of the hotel was central, 5 minutes walking distance from the old city. We really liked the brightness, cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort of the hotel room. You can feel at home. In the kitchen, you can find clean glasses, plates, etc. to meet all your needs. If you have a Netflix account, you can use it however you wish.

The downside for those who are light sleepers and like to wake up late in the morning is that garbage trucks and their employees make a lot of noise very early in the morning. Since I love the comfort of the room, this did not cause any problems for me, but those who are sensitive should definitely consider it.

The location is really really good, the place is big and we got a room with a big bathtub so it was awesome. The bed was also nice, with comfy and quality bed sheets and pillows.

The decor was a bit off, with so much space, it would be nice to have better furniture (nothing against ikea but somehow it didn’t value the space), also when we moved the table for work it was dirty, and the reception wasn’t very attentive (we are still waiting for the invoice). Also it would have been nicer to have free parking once there was so much space.

Perfect stay! I was immediately impressed by the size of the apartment and even found more rooms and space after some time. The equipment is various and definitely more than you'd ever wish to find in an apartment. You could actually live there for ages, since there is a dishwasher, a washing machine even with detergent, a toaster, a coffee machine, a water boiler, a microwave, so a whole fully equipped kitchen, plus an ironing station, cleaning stuff including a vacuum cleaner, shoe cleaning creme, these being only the details apart from the VERY comfortable couch, a very modern glass facade, a high level comfortable bed with every type of pillow you could ever wish for. The position is ideal, very central and still very calm, you can walk to the railway and bus station and have every sight nearby. If you need breakfast, they have a special offer and they also guve vouchers for a spa, which is 5min by foot from the hotel.

Everything was great, yet the receptionist seemed to kind of avoid the English language or didn't want to phone for making an appointment at the spa nearby, which is promoted by the hotel.

That room was spotless, the cleaning staff certainly do a very good job. The room had cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, assorted kitchen utensils, tea and coffee with replenishment on request. Heating and air-conditioning worked well. The location was at a very busy road junction but the room was on the inner courtyard side and very quiet. The room was some 400 metres from the Aparthotel reception. There was a downstairs reception in the Ovo building but that was really for the tenants (offices, restaurants, clinics etc) of the Ovo building.

The apartment not being part of the Aparthotel. They seem to lease rooms in a building 400 metres away. The map given is fairly poor and we didn't follow it to get to the Ovo apartment. The Aparthotel receptionist gave us better instructions by pointing out the door and telling us to "go the other side of that building and proceed to a white building". All very good as we had minimal luggage and it was a warm sunny evening.

Great Location in the Old Town of Wroclaw, 5-10 minutes walk to the main square. Close to buses, tramways and a huge shopping centre, yet tucked away in a little street behind larger buildings, so it is fairly quiet. Very spacious apartment, nicely furnished and clean. Well equipped kitchen (for self-servers). Good value for money.

The only minor point for improvement was that the blinds at the windows were a bit worn and did let in quite some light - should eventually be fixed or replaced.

The apartment exceeded our every expectation! The apartment was amazing! So spacious, beautiful, generously equipped with everything we would need! Great kitchen! We even had a terrace overlooking the city! The underground parking also was a big plus and we didn't mind to pay for it- it is worth it! Great design and location is just short walk from the Old Town! I stayed with my sister and 2 children and we enjoyed the apartment so much! Even the kinds loved it! Would love to come back!

We loved everything! But just a few recommendations for the management -it would be great if You could add more detailed instructions (preferably with map and pictures) how to access the underground parking. Also it would be great if each apartment could be booked separately - because when You book it is hard to understand which exactly You will get and we absolutely loved our apartment and if we come back- we would want that exact apartment.

Property was really nice clean when we arrived staff very friendly good location heaps of room for a family would stay here again.

Lift broke down after day one so had to carry double buggy and children and shopping up 5 flights of stairs daily until it finally got fixed after 5 days. Cleaning was only Once a week and with 4 Kids felt we needed cleaning at least every 2nd day. Shower flooded apart from all our problems Staff were really nice and helpful to fix this.
