this was our second stay in Europeum, and they never disappoint, THe location is great. The room was of right site with a very wide and comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. All this with onsite parking costs just over 100 € a day - so this is great value for money. The wifi was strong and stable. The breakfast is excellent with a great choice on offer and staff is quick to refill if something is out.

We booked thru booking.com but we found a better offer on the hotel's site. We sent them a message but we received no reply.

The hotel was satisfactory and comfortable but not particlularly memorable. The location WAS close to Old Town area, although the street where the hotel was located (specifically, the hotel's surroundings) has seen better days. I was a little concerned at first and wouldn't have been entirely comfortable walking there late at night by myself. To be fair, it was a very gray, overcast and rainy couple of days and that does have the effect of creating a certain mood. The staff was pleasant and generally helpful although one person really struggled with her English so it was difficult to communicate with her (but I accept the fact that I am the visitor and only speak English so that's on me). Luckily I was able to park in the street level lot and did not have to descend into the garage which looked terrifying.

I paid extra for breakfast (not cheap) and most of the food was depleted although it was nowhere near the ending time. Not worth the money in my opinion.

The staff is very friendly and kind The room is clean (I chose this hotel literally because of it) The position is very good: 8 minutes walking from the bus that connects you with the airport

Policy for 21 degrees in the room, the stuff was very helpful because they immediately brought us a heater when we told them we were feeling cold, but it still can be a bit tricky. Personally I'm used to very warm rooms were I can stay with short sleeves, while here I was forced to sleep with a pullover. The heater helped for sure to warm up the room but also is very noise to keep up for the night. Long story short: bring warm clothes for staying inside the room

We stayed overnight in Wroclaw on our journey to Slovakia, and the Europeum Hotel was perfect. We were very, very happy to have a parking space! Our room was bigger than we expected and met our needs. The staff was excellent. Adam, in particular, was keen to be as helpful as possible to everyone I saw him interact with. The location is very close to the old town centre, which was ideal, and still quiet.

The tea & coffee supplies were lean, and milk (in small containers) would have been nice (tea is not so nice with powdered creamer).

Central location close to main square, bars & restaurants. Very good breakfast with a very wide range of options and with excellent freshly prepared coffee. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive and would prepare additional breakfast items.

The hotel is on a busy main road so it is possible to slightly hear the traffic from the front facing rooms if the air conditioning is switched off or on a low setting. I stayed during a heatwave so the air conditioning was on all the time mostly at full strength so it wasn't a big issue. In general the rooms are very well soundproofed though and I couldn't hear the lift next to my room or any other guests.

Our first visit of Wroclaw was just perfect and this hotel was a bonus. Near busy street but in-yard room perfectly quiet. Paid parking but good price regarding location. Few steps from the historical centre with a tram stops right behind the corner/s. Spotless clean, spacious bed and shower, locked garage (steep steep underground). We did not have breakfest. If we come back, this is our choice. Thank you.

Maybe some more leaflets and city sightseengs PR materials - free map at the reception was great but not enough.

The location was very close to all of the main squares and the tram to the train station. The room and beds were very warm and comfortable and we liked the addition of a fridge and safe. Sandra, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, informative, and so nice! The restaurant staff were also helpful. There is a bakery connected to the hotel that is a fantastic place to have a coffee/tea with excellent sandwiches and cakes. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Excellent!!!

The pillows, but that is a personal choice.

The property is conveniently located right in downtown! Parking at the hotel was so easy, and then we could walk fo everything. Major sights were within 5-20 minutes. The hotel staff was super helpful and nice, they even had toys and stuffed animals in the room for our 3 kids which was a pleasant surprised and kept them entertained.

The room was warm. Upon arrival it felt uncomfortable in the room however as time went on, it got better, even if not cool, but manageable and the staff was incredibly helpful in offering solutions.

I really liked the kind surprise they planned for our little daughter: a tent full of toys, books, and stuffed animals. We were amazed by such a treat. It showed the extra effort the hotel staff put into making our stay memorable and tailored to our family’s needs. The room itself was clean and spacious. Their attention in creating such a delightful experience for our child truly left us with wonderful memories. Highly recommend this place for families!

Excellent breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed, lots of daylight, very friendly personnel.

The location - we didn't check carefully enough to see that it's located on a large boulevard, and there were car races all night long in front of our window. The windows are unfortunately not sufficiently soundproofed against that and we slept rather restlessly. Also, the AC is old, unreliable, and noisy.
