Great spot. Very close to centre. The Sunday market is only a few minutes walk when you go through the carparking exit. Nice restaurants a few minutes walk especially Winners steakhouse. The staff in the Joyinn were really helpful and we would definitely stay again

This is exactly how an aparthotel should be! Great room experience and a good location. I even had a balcony with two chairs and a small table — perfect for enjoying a coffee or tea after arrival. Breakfast was excellent as well; I just wish I had a bigger appetite, but you can’t try everything, right? The coffee machine made a nice cup of coffee — just a small tip: for cappuccino, make sure to place your cup under the correct outlet!

The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but that’s just a small personal remark to balance an otherwise very positive experience. The only other thing I’d mention is that the shower could use stronger water pressure, or perhaps the showerhead could be replaced to improve the flow. Also, it would be nice to have some milk powder available for guests who prefer their afternoon coffee with a bit of milk.

Large spacious apartment with balcony overlooking garden area. Very clean. Spacious bathroom. Lovely staff at reception who spoke English. Breakfast was ok. Parking was available off the road. Close to restaurants and it felt safe to roam the streets in the evening. Room was warm on top floor, but fan was supplied which helped a bit.

Pillows could be better.

Immaculately clean and modern apartment. Maria on reception was fantastic. So very polite and helpful. She arranged car park/extra towels etc etc with efficiently and always with a smile. Every property needs a Maria 😊. The location of the property is superb within walking distance to all major attractions.

Beautiful spacious apartment and building, very clean. Great facilities. Everything we needed was there. The bath was amazing and a great sized, very comfortable bed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Natalia really helped us out when we forgot to bring some train reservation tickets with us. She kindly printed them for us. We highly recommend Joyinn and will definitely stay again when visiting beautiful Wroclaw.

Music (Vivaldi) during breakfast was a top class! Amazing idea. the ladies responsible for the kitchen and breakfast are constantly checking if everything is in order . Quiet room, very well location.

the mattress was too soft but that's an individual matter , there was no iron in the room, apart from that everything was good.

Wroclaw is an absolute gem. Beautiful city. The location of the hotel is great. Vibe of this area is amazing. The art galleries, modern design studios, boutiques, unique cafés and elegant restaurants, museums, live music clubs.... here is everything...We will be back. Apartament was cute, very very clean and comfortable.
