This must be the best hotel in Wroclaw if not even in whole Poland. Wonderful property, great restaurant with delicious food, kids menu and a lovely kids corner so you can be sure to eat your meal in peace while little one is enjoying their time too. It was a lovely modern, clean hotel with attractive common areas. The breakfast options were extensive and great quality. The location of the hotel was excellent for the old town, with some superb restaurants even closer.

The bed was somewhat lumpy, with a duvet being used as a mattress topper. There weren’t enough dinner height tables in the bar/restaurant.. meaning you had to sit at low down tables to eat. These are comfortable enough for drinks, just not eating.

Great location, not expensive public underground parking nearby makes it convenient to travel with a child. Our room was clean and spacious, and the water and kettle with coffee and tea selection in the room itself is a very welcoming touch. Breakfast is good, with enough variety, they provide a decent selection of cold cuts and hot dishes, and the service was very good. Spa is nice, and clean (convenient to get there using a separate elevator), the pool itself is a nice size for a hotel, and the gym is compact but has enough equipment for a workout if you need it. The reception service is exceptionally polite and welcoming, will be definitely staying there again.

We were charged for premium internet even though we had no recollection of signing up for it. Room on the smaller side especially compared to other 5star hotel we stayed in in the proximity. Limited choices in the restaurant especially for a small child.

The location is really good, and a public underground parking is very close to the hotel. The pool with a jacuzzi and a few saunas are great.

The hotel itself and the rooms in particular are rather a solid 4* than a 5*. Therefore, I find it seriously overpriced.

We were on holiday with a small child of 1 year and 7 months. Excellent breakfasts. We really liked the pool and jacuzzi. The staff solved all the problems and was always ready to help. Excellent hotel for a family holiday!

Can’t think of anything

Everything was perfect, I had a grin on my face for hours after we checked in because I was so blown away by the room and the bar and the pool. Perfect for our first night away, as we were travelling to different cities.

Amazing calm and spacious room, delicious breakfast with large choice of tasty food and drinks, large pool , whirlpool and fitness center

Very loud and annoying music in the dinner room in the early evening before 8 pm. Nespresso Coffee in the room is charged which is ridiculous. Staff told me that pool opened at 9 am but it was open at 7 am.
