Beautifully renovated former monastery with a flowery and peaceful courtyard and a nice wine bar in the cellar. Very stylish and spacious rooms, with bath tub and comfy beds, as well as facilities. Location is perfect as it's on a pretty road with cafes and bars and a short walk from the main square, and 20 walk from the station

The hotel is well designed, and although it’s only a few minutes walk from the main square, it is set in quiet, tranquil surroundings. On arrival, we appreciated being upgraded to a superior room, and found it to be clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of foods. The bus stop for catching the airport bus (no 106) was only a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful with locating this. Would definitely recommend Konspira restaurant, and the beer at Spiz in the main square.

Herbal Hotel in Wroclaw.......what a true gem. The hotel is wonderful. Perfectly located 'in it' but so 'out of it'. It is a herbal sanctuary. The rooms are beautifully appointed, so welcoming and serene and the reception staff were attentive and courteous. We cannot comment on the breakfast, as we chose to venture out early each day but we did finish off with a night cap in the wine cellar which is wonderful. Again, the young lady who looked after us by recommending drinks and serving us with the most delicious cold cut meats and cheese board was faultless. This is the nicest hotel we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We will definitely return to this special place. Wroclaw......we came, you welcomed us, we love you.

There was nothing to dislike, for us, the Herbal Hotel is perfect.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, everything was exceptionally well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The interior was beautifully modern while still maintaining the historical elements of the building. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice to fit any taste. The cleanliness and house keeping were also on a very high level, I especially appreciate the system of cleaning only when the sign is left on the door handle. All in all this was a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend it to anyone and will certainly stay here again.

this hotel is an absolute gem. tucked away in a quiet area, just minutes from everything Wroclaw has to offer. The building has been renovated to such a high standard, just check the photos in reception of what it looked like beforehand. The decor is fabulous, from the renovated stairs to the ultra modern lighting. This hotel has it all. A superior room is perfect for a longer stay, huge bed and a separate seating area with sofa. The bathroom, again huge. The fixtures and fittings are all high end and quality. Also, the hotel was spotless, the cleaning staff are a credit, as are all the staff. I can not recommend Herbal Hotel highly enough, to stay anywhere else whilst in Wroclaw would be a crime.

The Herbal Hotel Wrocław was a delightful surprise! Nestled in a historic building, it seamlessly blends modern comforts with old-world charm. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. While we appreciated the overall cleanliness, we did miss having slippers provided in the room. The hotel's location was fantastic, placing us within walking distance of the vibrant Old Town and its many attractions. However, we did find the entrance sign a bit discreet, which could be a minor inconvenience for new arrivals. Despite these small details, our stay at the Herbal Hotel Wrocław was truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of history, comfort, and convenience in Wroclaw.

Convenient location (5-10 minutes walk from the bus airport station). Spacious, clean and comfortable bed and room. Good selection for breakfast.

We stayed here before and one of the reasons for coming back was the basement winery which we enjoyed a lot before (wine offer & staff). Unfortunately this time we had an unpleasant experience in one of the evenings (9 March). It was just one young lady at the bar who was totally absorbed by her phone or just disappeared in the back. We were the only guests for 1-2 hours and we were completely ignored after the first order. We were quite disappointed and we gave up ordering something else even if we would have intended to.

Breakfast was ok. No milk in the coffee machine. Otherwise it was ok. Location of hotel was really good, so near to the square and restuarants. Just beside the hotel is a lovely pizza/pasta restaurant and Michael the manager was fantastic and very very welcoming. Wine bar also beside hotel was great, great choice of wines and lovely staff. I would highly recommend the hotel for its position to town and restaurants nearby.

It would have been good to have a fridge in the room as weather can be hot and there is no where to keep your water or drinks cold.

The hotel is a renovated property. The history and the renovation story is displayed in the hotel. I loved the garden in front of the hotel. Though it was not in bloom in this season, it gave me a wonderful view from my room and provided seclusion to hotel. It also gives a resort like feel in middle of the city. The room was big, modernly furnished and clean. Good amenities. Spacious bathroom. The breakfast spread was good. The staff was very friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful. They have their own wine cellar and restaurant. There are lot of restaurants near the hotel as well. Riverside park is very close. While I was here for work, I could relax in my room and felt refreshed.

The hotel is nice and clean , a bit different because it is located into an old monastery ,but different in a good way because it looks very original .Location is very good close to NFM and the The Rynek .I loved the bathroom -it was very spacious , clean and bright with a nice bathtub . Very quiet , even though it is in the middle of the city .Also i had a good impression about the breakfast-good quality and a special note for the kitchen staff who was very nice and helpful.

The only negative opinion i have is about the cleaning of the rooms which is upon request ??? I didn't get that info at the check in , they only said about towels policy and special cleaning . Nobody came into the room for 3 days to take the garbage ,clean the cups and refill coffee and tea . It was the first time i heard that you have to ask for this type of usual cleaning .I m saying this for other guests just to be informed and ask for it.
