This hotel is a 11/10. - Super friendly and polite staff - Beautiful and spacious room, with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and chairs - Beautiful and luxurious bathroom - Quiet hotel (!!!), which I really enjoyed. Didn’t hear the neighbors, didn’t hear the people outside. Just the way I like it. All with all, this hotel offers what you expect from a hotel: comfort, quietness, luxury

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The location is amazing. In the heart of Ostrów Tumski cathedral area, with walking distance (15 min) to a historic city center district. The food is out of this planet with incredible helpful staff. Doesn’t get any better than this!

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. Very close to the city center. The stuff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was perfect, very delicious food. If there is not enough space in private-paid hotel parking, there is a possibility to park in the street (but dont forget to pay for it in the street machine) Our dog was nice welcomed. There were prepared in the room 2 doggy bowls and dog pillow :)

Maybe one sauna was not warmed up enough. Anyway the wellness was nice with beautiful view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Bridge hotel located on Tumsky Island, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location is perfect, situated very close to the center of Wroclaw. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel was its cleanliness. The entire premises were spotless, from the lobby to the rooms, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were another highlight of my visit. They were extremely helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or provide local information. Their friendly and professional demeanor truly enhanced the experience. However, there was a minor drawback. The breakfast area was a bit small and often overcrowded. It sometimes made for a less relaxing start to the day. Despite this, the quality of the food was good, and the staff managed the space as efficiently as possible. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and superb staff. If the breakfast area could be expanded, it would make the experience even better.

Loved the location on cathedral island. A bit of a walk to the market square though. The decor and the facilities were very nice. Staff were great and particularly in the restaurant. Spa was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Nice attention to detail in the rooms. Great to be able to leave luggage before and after check in.

It was a bit noisy, could hear people in the corridor and talking outside the rooms, also had a dog barking in another room and could hear the squeaky elevator late into the night.

Fabulous location. An easy 20 min stroll to the main square through the beautiful cathedral quarter. Young dark haired girl behind the bar was excellent. Great customer service skills and excellent drink maker. The boys were also good and all were very friendly.

Some of the staff at breakfast (booking people in) would come across very stern and at times rude. When looking for friends in the morning they would make it very stressful as if you were trying to get a free breakfast!!

The location is perfect. Breakfast is exception even though pricy compared to the cafes around. Yet enjoyed a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is basic but the multifunctional machine didn’t disappoint :)

Parking is overpriced compared to the city parkings. The spa is rather small, we were there 2h before closing and there were no drinking cups. There were not enough places to chill after the sauna, all were either taken or not clean from the towels.

Stunning hotel - noticeable aroma when you walk into lobby - loved it. Great location. Loved the welcome drink voucher used for the garden terrace happy hour. Location was fantastic! Close to old town and sights but not in the main, noisy area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dessert was excellent - we sat at the bar around 10pm and despite being busy with an event, the bartender was attentive.

Room was too warm and bed not that comfortable. It would be nice if they offered a lighter blanket/quilt instead of the comforter.

Architecture: everything is thought out, high-quality and convenient. In the center. Everything is on foot. Quiet place. Views from the windows of the river and the Old Town. Good restaurant and bar. There is also an excellent Lviva Brama nearby. Convenient gym. Excellent underground parking. Comfortable rooms. Adequate cost with higher quality service compared to 5 * France, Italy, Spain, Germany. We always choose Wroclaw and Bridge when traveling by car to Europe.
