This hotel is a 11/10. - Super friendly and polite staff - Beautiful and spacious room, with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and chairs - Beautiful and luxurious bathroom - Quiet hotel (!!!), which I really enjoyed. Didn’t hear the neighbors, didn’t hear the people outside. Just the way I like it. All with all, this hotel offers what you expect from a hotel: comfort, quietness, luxury

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The location is amazing. In the heart of Ostrów Tumski cathedral area, with walking distance (15 min) to a historic city center district. The food is out of this planet with incredible helpful staff. Doesn’t get any better than this!

Everything was grest, large variety of breakfast, breakfast on demand, cleaniness, super kind and helpful staff, quiet and yet central surrounding, hotel taxi, big rooms and excellent matrace, 10/10. I came with my dog and they prepaired a dog bed and two dog bowls and quality dog snacks-what a personal note!

Garage is only 1,9 m height so if you have roof box you can park on the street close fo the hotel. Paying by card, no problem.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. Very close to the city center. The stuff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was perfect, very delicious food. If there is not enough space in private-paid hotel parking, there is a possibility to park in the street (but dont forget to pay for it in the street machine) Our dog was nice welcomed. There were prepared in the room 2 doggy bowls and dog pillow :)

Maybe one sauna was not warmed up enough. Anyway the wellness was nice with beautiful view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Bridge hotel located on Tumsky Island, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location is perfect, situated very close to the center of Wroclaw. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel was its cleanliness. The entire premises were spotless, from the lobby to the rooms, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were another highlight of my visit. They were extremely helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or provide local information. Their friendly and professional demeanor truly enhanced the experience. However, there was a minor drawback. The breakfast area was a bit small and often overcrowded. It sometimes made for a less relaxing start to the day. Despite this, the quality of the food was good, and the staff managed the space as efficiently as possible. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and superb staff. If the breakfast area could be expanded, it would make the experience even better.

This hotel Is one of best I've been to. Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly, room was stylish and clean, fitness gym was great as well with a beautiful view and the breakfast was sooo good. That waterfall in the hall also deserves an extra star. Additionally, we traveled with our dog and didn't have any problems. There is a place to walk with a pet near the hotel and the location was very close to the center. To sum up, it was exceptional:)

Loved the location on cathedral island. A bit of a walk to the market square though. The decor and the facilities were very nice. Staff were great and particularly in the restaurant. Spa was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Nice attention to detail in the rooms. Great to be able to leave luggage before and after check in.

It was a bit noisy, could hear people in the corridor and talking outside the rooms, also had a dog barking in another room and could hear the squeaky elevator late into the night.

Fabulous location. An easy 20 min stroll to the main square through the beautiful cathedral quarter. Young dark haired girl behind the bar was excellent. Great customer service skills and excellent drink maker. The boys were also good and all were very friendly.

Some of the staff at breakfast (booking people in) would come across very stern and at times rude. When looking for friends in the morning they would make it very stressful as if you were trying to get a free breakfast!!

Excellent breakfast options that make it easy to create a balanced and nutritious meal. I especially appreciate the variety of gluten-free choices, including gluten-free bread.

Breakfast: It would be great to have higher-quality gluten-free bread options, such as sourdough or less processed varieties, as well as some additional kid-friendly gluten-free choices in the restaurant. Rooms: Softer pillows.
