Stunning 4 star hotel with excellent facilities and helpful, professional staff. A bit of a walk from downtown but easily accessible by tram. Breakfast was excellent in an elegant breakfast room. Bar, restaurant and cafe all delightful (I was especially fond of the cheesecake in the cafe!). A bonus was the free Polish chocolate each day from 3-4pm! Also, the staff agreed to look after my friend's backpack for several hours which was very helpful.

The trams ran right under my window, and I'm a very light sleeper so that was a bit of an issue in getting to sleep. I was a little surprised that a hotel of such high calibre is not soundproofed. Also, the wifi was a little ropey at times, on a couple of occasions it took me several attempts to get on. These are minor quibbles though

Vary beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. From 3 Pm they have a chocokate bar with home made pralines. All new, fresh, modern. Smells nice, very quiet air conditioning, good cosmetics in the bathroom.

All was great. The only thing, which is just an advice. There is a bit greenery in front of the hotel. It belongs to the city not to hotel but it would be great if this stripe was clean and the grass cut. Just an idea.

The whole place I would give 11/10 it is smart, looks good and convenient for everything. Staff helpful especially Julia . Breakfast out of this world and they serve you.

House keeping let the hotel down not in the cleaning that’s exceptional but the little things in the rooms. Tea, coffee not filled up. Dirty cups/glasses not replaced.

The location of the hotel was great! Near the train station, supermarket and coffee stores. It was only a 15 minute walk to Market Square. The staff were friendly and our room was clean!

There was a weird urine smell in the hallway on the way to our room, despite our room being very clean.

I loved the design, the staff (particularly the bar member with glasses) and the cleanliness. The location is great, can get an uber or bolt from the back exit or a tram from across the road. Right opposite the train station also.

The jacuzzi smelt a bit musty. So I wouldn’t be going in there. I didn’t like the pillows (any of them) but that is me just being fussy.

Front office, great service, big room. Excellent breakfast, position.

AC not funcioning, but offered change, free drinks, people do care that you feel well. However, renting room with no AC is not correct approach, as they had issue with one whole system

Lovely staff, delicious food. Fortunately I was able to move back upstairs into the original category of room booked - which was well appointed though somewhat characterless

The “patio” rooms are deep in the bowels of the hotel and look out onto an inner area of uncut grass through windows which are locked tight shut. Not recommended

Main station is right across the hotel, the bus from the airport stops around the corner. The staff is very friendly, the interior design is great (contemporary chic). I liked my room very much (even soap and hand lotion at my bathroom).

The breakfast staff is friendly, but should offer the freshly made waffles (yummie) proactive.

Went to Poland to get surgery stayed here for 4 nights the staff where absolutely amazing with me on hand 24/7 anything I needed so polite and smiley wonderfull hotel absolutely spotless can't wait to go back again
