The location is great being a few minutes walk from the old town square. The room is small and basic, but clean, good for a couple hours of sleep if your flight is early in the morning and you use public transportation the tram stop is a few steps away.

The room is super loud overlooking a big street with several tram lines and cars racing on the road. You can't open the windows due to the noise but even with the windows shut you need earplugs if you want to sleep.

The location is great, close to old town. The room is using code lock rather than key which is good.

It would be better if the hotel have been clear about the actual staying location and the check-in place. It was really annoying to carry all the suitcase and to walk back and forth just to get the code of the entrance and room which can clearly be told via message to avoid all the unnecessary travel. They are not many socket in the room, one is nearly fall off the wall and the other which was stated to be next to the bed but turned out to be behind the bed and difficult to reach.

The room was exceptionally clean , bed was really comfortable. There was everything I needed - hot shower , clean toilet , bed and kettle. The localisation was absolutely superb. Close to the Christmas market , the old town and all necessary facilities. Great contact with owners.

There wasn’t anything I could be moaning about. Maybe pillows could be replaced as the ones we had were a bit crumbled inside - but again it wasn’t a big problem

The location is great for those, like me, who do not mind the noise of the city. It is on a busy road but next to the main Market Square. The room was basic and rather small but clean and comfortable.

The main downside was the lack of binds / curtains. I was staying on the top floor, with the sun setting on the windows. That made the room quite warm during the day. Then, it was not possible to avoid the city lights in the evening and during the night what may be problem for those who need darkness for the good night sleep.

There was a kettle, coffee and tea on the desk, plenty of space in the toilet, the room was cousy and very warm. Best places to have breakfast one block away, restaurants and bars nearby.

One time the entry password for my room wasn't working, but I got assistance on the phone and they were very helpful.

The price was exceptional, it did everything we needed. The location was perfect for our visit, everything was on the doorstep, no key's for the room it's all done via keypads.

Only a small gripe but could have done with another pillow per bed.

it was near the main street, so it was a little bit loud, and there was no hot water at around 9pm to 10pm, which I think is bearable, but just to point this out

Very clean, new and modern. nice location - very close to the old rynek. Żabka is nearby. And the central heating worked greatly.

Lack of sockets: I believe I had only one accessible - but far from the bed and too low that I had to place the kettle on the floor to boil water. A bit noisy from the street but bearable. I arrived quite late and tired to the reception and then it turned out that I had to go to another location where my actual room was located - not a lovely surprise, luckily it was sth like 500m away. And I had to pay to leave my bag after checking out (never had it in hotels before).

First, location was very good. It is very close to the center. It was very loud street, but windows could cover most of the noise. Second, room was enough big for one person, bed was good quality (good after long flight stress), and clean, with coffee and tea, soap, shower gel, shampoo and one time hygiene things. And the code as key is best option.

Loud street. Thin door and walls (loud neighbors). Sounds from another room and from entrance was heard. I wished there was also a razor.

Room was located pretty much right in the center of the wroclaw square, just slightly outside but good location nonetheless! Easy access to hostel. Good communication with staff. Room had enough to make it worth the value
