Old Town Haston is ideally situated for exploring Wroclaw. It’s within easy walking distance of the main square and well-connected by several nearby tram stops. Our standard double room, located on the top floor, wasn’t particularly spacious but was well-equipped with everything we needed. The top floor rooms have a balcony and ours overlooked St. Matthias Church. The surrounding area was quiet, which made for a restful stay. The bathroom was modern and excellent in quality. Breakfast was a real highlight. The buffet offered a superb selection, with a strong emphasis on fresh, local Polish produce. We especially enjoyed the variety: fresh fruit, yogurts, smoothies, pastries, cakes, pickles, meats, and hot items like bacon. Freshly prepared egg dishes — including omelettes, scrambled, and poached eggs — were also available, though we found the buffet more than satisfying on its own. The staff were extremely helpful. When our son decided to join us for a night, they arranged an additional room at short notice with no fuss. Overall, Old Town Haston is a newly refurbished hotel in a fantastic location — a great choice for a stay in Wroclaw.

The only drawback is the absence of a bar (there is a small lounge area but it is not well used). While there are plenty of bars nearby, it would have been nice to wind down with a drink in the comfort of the hotel. This is something the hotel might consider adding in the future.

The hotel is beautiful. The room is spacious and has all the amenities that you need. Very quiet rooms and although there is a tram line close by, the sound proofing is good enough that it doesn't disturb your sleep. The bed is also very comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and diverse.

Although we got clean towels every day, the bathroom floor was not cleaned for the duration of our stay (5 nights). We also used mugs and water glasses which were not cleaned and were left on the coffee table, clearly dirty for 3 days until we cleaned them ourselves.

Great location, staff were excellent, hotel/room nicely modernised & refurbished to a high standard, we couldn’t fault it. This was our 5th trip to Poland & after a not so great first trip when we included breakfast into our stay we’ve taken the option to go out but after reading the reviews which gave good ratings we decided to give it another go & we was more than happy with the breakfast options with plenty of choices that catered for most tastes

Would say our only minor gripe there was an area that we was told was a bar & we could get drinks in the evening if we wished but although it had been renovated nicely it was very cold/bare & not a place I’d order a drink, having stayed at many hotels that had lovely bars Old Haston need to improve this area greatly, I’m hoping as we’d stay there again this may possibly be still work in progress & it’ll be turned into a more inviting day/evening/night lounge area

Everything! This was the perfect hotel to explore beautiful Wroclaw. It seems to be brand new. The room is good size with large windows. On the fourth floor you even have a balcony. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Soundproofing is great. The temperature control is the best I've seen in a long time in Europe. Nice tea and coffee options in room. Some of the most astute lighting panel and control options for comfort. The staff are friendly and cheerful. It's a short walk to the main square and even shorter to trams in every direction. Perfect stay.

Cleaning needs to be better

The hotel was excellent. The cuisine was delicious, with a wide variety of breakfast options: cold appetizers, hot breakfast dishes, sweets like cakes, bars, doughnuts, croissants, fruits, and dairy products like yogurts and cottage cheese. The location was great and convenient. The room was cozy and comfortable, with good cleaning and service. The staff was friendly. A special thanks to the reception for their help with all my questions, quick check-in, and for providing a wonderful breakfast to go (I had an early check-out at 5 am, and they prepared a huge breakfast with snacks, fruits, and yogurts for me to take).

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is about a 40 minute drive from the airport and located a 10 minute walk from the Wroclaw Old Town in one direction and a 10 minute walk from Cathedral Island in the other direction. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean, and had a balcony with views across the road to a lovely looking church. Tea and coffee was provided in the room with a kettle, and there was also a hairdryer in the bathroom. We paid extra for the B&B option and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold choices. Freshly made eggs could be ordered via the waiter / waitress. Wroclaw is a lovely city to visit and the Old Town Haston was a perfect choice for our accommodation.

We just loved the hotel. I would especially like to emphasize how great was the approach of the staff (communication has been very nice and friendly, we even got a chance to check in earlier which helped us enjoy the day even more), also the hotel´s marvellous location with a great view from our hotel window (in the very center, next to a cathedral and the river Odra but in a very calm location), fantastic breakfast (truly the best of all we have ever had at a hotel, the variety, freshness and taste of the food was breathtaking; marinated salmon, salads, freshly made eggs and a juicer were the best) and a spacious, very clean room with a very comfortable mattress over the bed. The A/C system was a bit complicated to handle (and maybe I would appreciace a pair of slippers in the room), but it was nothing in comparison with all the advantages. When we visit Wroclaw again next time, we are definitely going to stay at this place.

We wanted a bit of luxury for our stay in Wroclaw and we got it. Tucked into a quiet street close to the main square the hotel is perfectly located. We had a deluxe double room which was huge. Nice big comfortable bed area. Then a lounge area with sofa, also a huge desk, and a dining table with chairs. Huge TV which we never really used but was impressive. The fridge and drink making facilities were very handy too (as was the lobby coffee machine)The bathroom was bigger than many hotel rooms I've stayed in with double sinks, big bath and separate shower, luxurious! The breakfast buffet was very impressive and offered a reasonable vegan selection, we really enjoyed the DIY juicer. And all this at a very reasonable rate/

Everything was perfect. My only comment would be that the huge buffet could have been more vegan friendly, there are plenty of vegan products that can happily be enjoyed by non-vegans to and easily incorporated into such a spread.
