Great location, staff were excellent, hotel/room nicely modernised & refurbished to a high standard, we couldn’t fault it. This was our 5th trip to Poland & after a not so great first trip when we included breakfast into our stay we’ve taken the option to go out but after reading the reviews which gave good ratings we decided to give it another go & we was more than happy with the breakfast options with plenty of choices that catered for most tastes

Would say our only minor gripe there was an area that we was told was a bar & we could get drinks in the evening if we wished but although it had been renovated nicely it was very cold/bare & not a place I’d order a drink, having stayed at many hotels that had lovely bars Old Haston need to improve this area greatly, I’m hoping as we’d stay there again this may possibly be still work in progress & it’ll be turned into a more inviting day/evening/night lounge area

The hotel was excellent. The cuisine was delicious, with a wide variety of breakfast options: cold appetizers, hot breakfast dishes, sweets like cakes, bars, doughnuts, croissants, fruits, and dairy products like yogurts and cottage cheese. The location was great and convenient. The room was cozy and comfortable, with good cleaning and service. The staff was friendly. A special thanks to the reception for their help with all my questions, quick check-in, and for providing a wonderful breakfast to go (I had an early check-out at 5 am, and they prepared a huge breakfast with snacks, fruits, and yogurts for me to take).

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is about a 40 minute drive from the airport and located a 10 minute walk from the Wroclaw Old Town in one direction and a 10 minute walk from Cathedral Island in the other direction. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean, and had a balcony with views across the road to a lovely looking church. Tea and coffee was provided in the room with a kettle, and there was also a hairdryer in the bathroom. We paid extra for the B&B option and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold choices. Freshly made eggs could be ordered via the waiter / waitress. Wroclaw is a lovely city to visit and the Old Town Haston was a perfect choice for our accommodation.

We wanted a bit of luxury for our stay in Wroclaw and we got it. Tucked into a quiet street close to the main square the hotel is perfectly located. We had a deluxe double room which was huge. Nice big comfortable bed area. Then a lounge area with sofa, also a huge desk, and a dining table with chairs. Huge TV which we never really used but was impressive. The fridge and drink making facilities were very handy too (as was the lobby coffee machine)The bathroom was bigger than many hotel rooms I've stayed in with double sinks, big bath and separate shower, luxurious! The breakfast buffet was very impressive and offered a reasonable vegan selection, we really enjoyed the DIY juicer. And all this at a very reasonable rate/

Everything was perfect. My only comment would be that the huge buffet could have been more vegan friendly, there are plenty of vegan products that can happily be enjoyed by non-vegans to and easily incorporated into such a spread.

We just loved the hotel. I would especially like to emphasize how great was the approach of the staff (communication has been very nice and friendly, we even got a chance to check in earlier which helped us enjoy the day even more), also the hotel´s marvellous location with a great view from our hotel window (in the very center, next to a cathedral and the river Odra but in a very calm location), fantastic breakfast (truly the best of all we have ever had at a hotel, the variety, freshness and taste of the food was breathtaking; marinated salmon, salads, freshly made eggs and a juicer were the best) and a spacious, very clean room with a very comfortable mattress over the bed. The A/C system was a bit complicated to handle (and maybe I would appreciace a pair of slippers in the room), but it was nothing in comparison with all the advantages. When we visit Wroclaw again next time, we are definitely going to stay at this place.

This hotel is absolutely perfect, especially for a Christmas market getaway! The location couldn’t be better—right near the markets and surrounded by amazing food options. The front desk staff were some of the nicest we’ve encountered—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room faced a bright streetlight, but the blackout curtains worked perfectly, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the best features was the availability of connected rooms, which is so hard to find in Europe. It made our stay so much more convenient as a family. Although the building is historic, the interior feels fresh, modern, and impeccably maintained. We also loved all the thoughtful extras—complimentary coffee, cocoa, water, cookies, and candy in the lobby added such a special touch. The sauna was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel truly has it all, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Not truly a negative but parking was a bit challenging, as I expected given the location, but the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding us to a convenient spot. Their assistance made the process much smoother and less stressful.

The location was perfect within walking distance to the town square and Cathedral island. Loads of restaurants and shops close by. Perfect location for sightseeing. The room was spacious, very clean, very quiet and had a wonderful view. Plenty of clean towels daily. Coffee and tea provided and replenished daily. Good size fridge to store milk and snacks. Wonderful breakfast, huge choice and freshly cooked scrambled eggs on request. Very polite and helpful staff.

The bed could have been bigger, it was smaller than expected.

Great location, right in the city centre and about a 5-minute-long wall to the main square. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Very quiet area despite its centrality The staff was professional and nice The interiors were modern and clean, very spacious rooms and bathrooms. From our rooms we had a nice view of the adjacent St. Matthew Church.

Considering the price I cannot understand how breakfast is not included, and how they can charge so much for it (79 zl per person). In one of the rooms (102) there was no number for the reception and we were forced to get down and ask in person. No big deal but it can be fixed

The stay at the Old Town Haston was excellent and very pleasant. We’re lucky enough to get the room with the view on the St. Matthew Church. Also, the location was very nice, it took approximately 5-7 minutes to walk to the Rynek square and other famous attractions of the city were quite close. Despite this close position to the city center, we weren’t disturbed during the evening/night and managed to sleep well. Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. I would also like to highlight the delicious breakfast, which was quite traditional but with a distinct touch of local Polish cuisine. Additionally, one could request freshly prepared scrambled eggs. Highly recommend the hotel for a stay!
