Lovely interesting "palace" building. The standard room we were in had plenty of space and had its own small lobby entrance outside the room which provided more security and noise isolation. The large double bed and bedding was excellent and the bathroom and facilities had quality fittings as would be expected in a 5 star hotel. Excellent breakfast with a very good "cooked to order" choice from the menu. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Reception a bit chaotic and poorly situated - gets crowded too easily.

No swimming pool in a 5 star???? We thought it had to have one to get a 5 star rating? Some of the food and beverage offerings were extortionate. E.g. How can a 500ml Żywiec IPA beer justify PLN 28 ( 4 times more than in a shop!!!)??? A bottle of wine for PLN 99 offered at PLN 370 ??? Also the price of parking at PLN150 a night???

This hotel is centrally located, we were able to walk from the train station, and into the main area of town. It had previously been a large home, but has been renovated and turned into an opulent hotel . The bedroom was large, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of natural light from the large windows, space for two suitcases. The bathroom had a heated floor, beautiful tiles, large shower, nice towels. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice, with hot and cold food on offer. While we walked everywhere, there was actually parking at the front door.

The staff are incredibly commendable. They are proactively helpful, knowledgeable, and very understanding. Everyone we spoke to was delightful, and everyone was cheerful too, no matter what their job is. The hotel itself is stunning, and in a perfect central location. The rooms themselves were immaculate and spacious.

Because it's a solid old building, there is not the best soundproofing. But it is hard to stop this. We were only there for a couple of nights so it wasn't a big deal, but if you are above the restaurant, the speaker system might disturb you a little if you are sensitive to noise.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was very clean and the furnishings immaculate and in good order. The room was lovely and large, with high ceilings and huge windows letting in lots of light, it was also quiet. The bathroom was very clean and bright, with plenty of toiletries. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment, but there were lots of places to have breakfast in a couple of hundred metres. It’s ideally placed for the old town centre being about 5-10 min walk.

The only thing I could pick the hotel up on was the tea and coffee in the room. Bearing in mind there were two of us they kept leaving 3 sugars/teabags/coffee and milk, which was irritating. Also I noted that guests on arrival were given a glass of champagne, which we were not… we were offered water……

The gentleman, Vincent, who carried our bags was very polite and helpful. Julia at the check-in/reception desk was extremely helpful with directions to different locations like the Christmas Market, etc. and answering various questions. Thank you again for a wonderful visit. Regards, Mike

I wasn't going to mention this, but since you asked... I was unable to turn on the television because the remote needed new batteries. A staff person came to the room and said it was the remote/batteries but was unable to open the remote (req a special tool) and put new batteries in. This was a minor inconvenience and I would still highly recommend your hotel and stay with you myself every time I come to visit our extended family in Wroclaw.

-Beautifully renovated historic building and high quality finish throughout.- Peaceful yet very central location next to park. - Spacious and airy rooms (high ceilings) and excellent amenities. - Great breakfast choices and kind service by breakfast staff. Impressed by details such as offering a glass of sparkling wine with breakfast. - Request for room park side was met which we really appreciated. Would love to come back!

No significant issues.

Staff were friendly and helpful. "Matthew" in particular was very helpful when I telephoned after making the reservation. He deserves a raise or bonus. He was helpful, friendly and professional. I would always stay in this hotel while visiting Wroclaw! Also, after I checked out I received an email asking for me to pay for a beer that was missing from the mini-bar. I called and emailed the hotel to explain that not only did I not take a beer, I am allergic to wheat, so could not have consumed it. They were gracious and told me not to worry about it.

Not the end of the world, but there was a long black hair in my robe.

A great hotel. A real five star hotel itself, location, parking in front of the hotel (we had no problems), breakfast, staff. Everything is 5 plus. Our car broke down and we were forced to stay for a few days. The hotel staff quickly resolved all issues with registering at the car service station. No one wasted time, everything was done promptly. As a result, we discovered the beautiful Wroclaw and having lived in this hotel a little longer, we will come back again and again. It is evident from the quality of the restoration of the palace, the delicious breakfasts, premium plumbing Gessi Design and cosmetics Lalique that the owners of the hotel are not greedy and I cannot help but note this, comparing with other famous hotels. They need to follow yours example. Thank you again for your hospitality and such a wonderful reception.

Amazing staff, great breakfasts, prime location, VERY good internet connection, quality of appliances. The restaurant is also quite nice with great dishes. I did not have time to check out the wellness area unfortunately.

AC had to be reset upon arrival - worth to make sure before checking in guests that it's working (and it was the second time there was an issue with AC). Parking is expensive and clunky to park, one has to call the reception for every entry. Fortunately the staff helps with parking which makes the whole situation little smoother.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Will be returning to celebrate birthday of the closest family member. Mesmerising place. You enter and get inspired, surprised and very very excited. Team, thank you for hosting us. Newly renovated, absolutely gorgeous, decorated to bring you back to good old aristocratic times of Poland. Every corner of this hotel is instagramable. Cannot believe I got so lucky to choose such beauty. Incredible. Absolutely fantastic staff. Wonderful reception team, late and early shift! Sweetest and most delightful ladies working in restaurant. All team is the best professionals. My three days in this hotel was absolutely fabulous and did not want to leave this beautiful places thank you
