Absolutely loved my stay from the very first second. The hotel organised a transfer from the airport in a very comfortable car with free water and chocolate. I also got a transfer back to the airport. The room was the right size for one person. Lots of space. The bed was so comfortable. There was a mini bar so a fridge. Bottles of still and sparkling water. A kettle and a coffee maker. I loved the cups. There was a huge bathroom and the best shower I have ever had. Lovely fluffy towels. The location is perfect to the city. It’s about a 12 minute walk. There is also a tram stop right outside the hotel. It’s close to a lovely park. The room was also very quiet although the hotel is right beside a tram stop. I had a fabulous stay. I definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Wroclaw. One of my favourite hotels in the world

The room was beautiful with stunning views towards the park. We loved the fluffy super comfortable bed that was neatly made up every day. Tea kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, iron with ironing board, mineral water, robes, slippers... the room was equipped with everything you might need and when it ran out, it was restocked. All the staff was very professional, yet friendly. We enjoyed our free access to the spa every day. We are leaving super content with our whole stay. This hotel is definitely worth its price.

The spa zone is really small. There are only four loungers which are always occupied by people's towels even though they are not laying down. I feel like this could be solved by simple rules for everyone. The "Finish" sauna is heated a little below 80°C so it's not really hot enough but still serves nicely for gentle relaxing. We didn't figure out how the steam room works. It seemed to turn on in random internals which was not really convenient. Still, we made the most of the spa and it's still good for the type of hotel. I just feel that this is where the most improvement could be made.

The rooms were magnificent good size with quality furniture. They had character. location was nice close to a small park. The Jacuzzi and sauna were included and that was good. Customer service was very attentive

I can’t give this nice Hotel at 10 because the breakfast was $36. A massage was almost New York prices. it is a lovely walk into town about 10-15 minutes but when you do it three times a day it gets tiring after a while. For any food you had to go there had to make that walk into downtown as there wasn't anything close by There was apparently a coffee shop five minutes away but we didn’t use it because it was in the opposite direction I definitely recommend taking one of the little electric tour buses and you can book them online

This hotel is beautiful and really well located. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was lovely, very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were excited to try the restaurant that was highly recommended by the front desk. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst meals we have ever had. First, the carrot starter was beautiful but utterly tasteless. My mom had the cream of parsley soup and it was inedible. Next, for the main dishes, I had the cod dish and when it arrived the fish smelled so bad that I refused to eat it. My mom's soggy and bad tasting ravioli were not any better. We left without eating the mains. I still cannot believe the food was so bad. Stay far away from this restaurant!!!!

This hotel is centrally located, we were able to walk from the train station, and into the main area of town. It had previously been a large home, but has been renovated and turned into an opulent hotel . The bedroom was large, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of natural light from the large windows, space for two suitcases. The bathroom had a heated floor, beautiful tiles, large shower, nice towels. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice, with hot and cold food on offer. While we walked everywhere, there was actually parking at the front door.

The staff are incredibly commendable. They are proactively helpful, knowledgeable, and very understanding. Everyone we spoke to was delightful, and everyone was cheerful too, no matter what their job is. The hotel itself is stunning, and in a perfect central location. The rooms themselves were immaculate and spacious.

Because it's a solid old building, there is not the best soundproofing. But it is hard to stop this. We were only there for a couple of nights so it wasn't a big deal, but if you are above the restaurant, the speaker system might disturb you a little if you are sensitive to noise.

Lovely interesting "palace" building. The standard room we were in had plenty of space and had its own small lobby entrance outside the room which provided more security and noise isolation. The large double bed and bedding was excellent and the bathroom and facilities had quality fittings as would be expected in a 5 star hotel. Excellent breakfast with a very good "cooked to order" choice from the menu. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Reception a bit chaotic and poorly situated - gets crowded too easily.

No swimming pool in a 5 star???? We thought it had to have one to get a 5 star rating? Some of the food and beverage offerings were extortionate. E.g. How can a 500ml Żywiec IPA beer justify PLN 28 ( 4 times more than in a shop!!!)??? A bottle of wine for PLN 99 offered at PLN 370 ??? Also the price of parking at PLN150 a night???

Fabulous hotel in every aspect! Comfortable room with very quiet aircon, beautiful furnishings and bathroom facilities, spotless clean. Very friendly and well traiend staff in all areas, competent and friendly reception, delicious and rich breakfast buffet on Michelin 2025 recommended restaurant with excellent food. Within Stare Miasto area of Wroclaw (10min walk to town square) and tram station right outside the entrance (6 minutes ride for 1,5km to cathedral island/market hall). We can highly recommend this hotel!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The service was attentive and professional, making the entire stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was particularly impressive: modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Breakfast was another highlight—rich, varied, and satisfying, with something for everyone. Overall, a wonderful stay. I will definitely come back!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was very clean and the furnishings immaculate and in good order. The room was lovely and large, with high ceilings and huge windows letting in lots of light, it was also quiet. The bathroom was very clean and bright, with plenty of toiletries. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment, but there were lots of places to have breakfast in a couple of hundred metres. It’s ideally placed for the old town centre being about 5-10 min walk.

The only thing I could pick the hotel up on was the tea and coffee in the room. Bearing in mind there were two of us they kept leaving 3 sugars/teabags/coffee and milk, which was irritating. Also I noted that guests on arrival were given a glass of champagne, which we were not… we were offered water……
