I enjoy staying at this hotel — it’s a convenient stop on my way from Zakopane to Berlin. The room is very comfortable, and the bed provides a great night’s sleep.

It’s understandable that you may hire students as hotel staff — after all, every business needs to remain profitable. However, they should at least receive basic hospitality training. The restaurant staff were more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to guests, and the reception team appeared inexperienced and unprepared. Unfortunately, they also came across as unfriendly. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved. Its quality and variety fall short compared to what similar hotels offer.

Best value for money you can get in Wroclaw. The high way location is perfect for car travelers.

Outdoor parking fee - this could be avoided especially in winter :-) I understand paying for for a parking inside the city or in the garage but uncovered parking around the hotel for 50PLN should be avoided.

The hotel is in a very comfortable location when you are in transit. There are also multiple shops and restaurants in the malls around. The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast! The variety was incredible! Not only european, vegan and etc choices but you could also make an asian breakfast.. The food was indeed delicious. We would definitely come back again!

The parking could be included in the price as its unlikely anyone would reach this place without a car. The air conditioning was a bit loud.

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices and everything was delicious. The room was super clean and comfortable, our dog felt himself safe there. The location is really good for people driving through and sleeping over. I would totally recommend.

Coffee could be better during the breakfast buffet. Showing champions league matches at the restaurant in the evening was a bit strange. We were calmly having our dinner and a random guy shouted twice super loudly because of the football match.

Breakfast Buffet in world class. 5 star buffet. The variation of delicius small meals, fruits, drinks etc. really nice. Hotel generally like new. Parking garage newly painted epoxy floor. Really top finish. Rooms sized as needed and decorated in nice style. Location perfect for arriving in car. 10 min drive to city center. Drive to city center and park for 1,5 euro an hour in city, really easy. Way better than staying in old hotel in City. Btw. Nice big bar lounge with lot of TV screens showing sport events like l European Football turnament.

- 90pln for breakfast/person is way to much even for the buffet - for this money you can eat good and lot in main tourist destinations of Wrocław for 2! - network connection in hotel is 20 Mbps -I think that is way to less - to get to the hotel you have to get from the back, one of the worse idea - location is bad, without own car will be hard to get here with public transportation

Perfect location when travelling through Poland. Very new and clean hotel. Excellent dinner, very good service, perfect breakfast, wide choice for everyone (didn't find porrige for a baby, but wasn't a big issue).

We were staying on Saturday and there was a students' event taking place till early morning. The receptionist was very kind and gave us a room as high as possible to be as far away as possible but the music was still quite loud.

While some may appreciate the soft mattresses, they were not to my liking, lacking the firmness I prefer. Additionally, the high parking ticket price was an unexpected and unwelcome surprise, affecting the overall cost of my visit, taking into account the fact that you had to park in an outdoor parking lot, not in the underground one. Apart from these aspects, the stay was of a really high standard.

I didn't like there were gnats flying over the open food at breakfast. Location a bit far from city centre, but I used a car, so it's not a minus. Otherwise, everything is good in the hotel.

Wide variety of food including fresh fruits, vegetables, standard warm staff as well "live cooking". Lot of sitting spaces = no crowdy atmosphere. Really pleasure to eat there.

I cannot claim since I have selected the hotel and knew about the location - but for somebody who wants to go to Wroclaw city center location might not be the best one. But for me it was good - short access to highway to continue the road.
