The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, and spoke excellent English. They helped us arrange a taxi for our very early flights home. The hotel was what we needed for our last couple nights in Poland. It was clean, secure, comfortable and not far from the airport. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had nice water pressure. There is also a grocery store across the street.

It was a good place. We did not have a nice view or any special amenities, but we didn't need them at that point. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Very clean room, great staff and they are very welcoming. Wide variety of choices for breakfast and you can eat until you are tired :). Well connected to public transport, shops and close to most attractions. I would recommend HV anytime.

Room had single beds which we thought will be ok but it was not suitable for me and my wife. However this is not hotel problem but it will be good to arrange for a double bed for couples. Overall l enjoyed my stay even if l could not cuddle my wife all night due to a small bed ;)

Our family would like to say a huge thank you to the receptionist and hotel manager for their care and kindness when my husband and son stayed at the hotel recently for the UEFA Conference League Final. Our son went missing for 18 hours and the receptionist offered to help my husband find him. They are both safely back in the UK

Quiet room, comfortable bed

40 zl for car parking. But it was written in the conditions, I just did not pay attention to it. Internet didn’t work.

This is absolutely great hotel. The room was quite big (bigger than expected in this type of hotels). Very comfortable and big sized bed, comfortable pillows, high speed WiFi and easy to connect, extremely friendly staff, free bottle of water in the room, electrical socket close to the bed. The hotel is located very close to the Outlet Shopping Center (a few steps away).

I felt the smell of cigarets in the elevator - very strange. I cannot guarantee 100% it was cigarets, but 99% that was this type of smell. Breakfast was too expensive for what was given and for what prices are in other hotels. There were no USB sockets in the room.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Courteous receptionist. Secure private parking in front of the building with ample parking spaces. Tram to the city center (15 minutes) in front of the hotel. Supermarket nearby.

The air conditioning could be improved.

Was passing through. Stayed one night. I did not take breakfast. Basic room. Bathroom clean, looked brand new. Elevator available. Good private parking in front (extra costs). Friendly employees. For passing through it was maybe to close to the centre, much traffic. Also because of construction work on the roads.

Although just one night, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and clean. It was pretty quiet too in the hotel. Check in was at 3 pm, we checked in 2 hours earlier with no problem. Location is a bit outside of city center, but super easy to get to by a tram direct line. A very good experience.

The toiletries were a bit small. They had 2 sets of towels which was good. But the second one was put inside a low closet where you wouldn't normally check. So we randomly found out on the way of leaving and never used it.

Room and Bathroom are clean. Come out of the hotel and you will find Lidl next to it. Come out of the hotel and you will find a tram stop.

The pillow covers & bed sheets were torn out here and there which is the only bad I can tell about our stay.

The hotel and breakfast are really ok, so no issue here

Parking is paid, this is not clear when you book and in real if you stay a while it becomes a too expensive part of the booking. We stayed here many times with our crew, but will change the hotel, as parking is too much.
