The hotel is located approx. 100m from the tram stop, excellent accessibility to the city center - approx. 5 minutes by tram, approx. 20 minutes on foot. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel, open until late in the evening. There are other shops and cafes within walking distance. The hotel has its own parking lot, it is paid. You can also park in the street on the other side of the hotel, where it is free. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped - air conditioning, very comfortable bed, small kitchen (plates, cutlery, knife, cups, teapot, sink), spacious fridge. The room has enough storage space, a table, a chair. The room was very well soundproofed, nothing could be heard from other rooms. Great breakfast, great selection, all fresh and tasty. Nice staff. Long time for breakfast. But if you came later for breakfast, it might be a problem to find a free seat.

Only basic cleaning of the room = empty the dust bin The heating could not be turned down or turned off in our room. We had a problem with room access cards several times. We even had to change rooms because of it. There is neither a restaurant nor a bar. It would be nice if the hotel had at least a vending machine for drinks. There are no electrical outlets by the bed. Several times it happened to us that the water was not hot enough in the evening.

It’s in a great location to be able to walk into the city (10-15min)or walk further out to magnolia park for shopping (20min) the room Is clean and spacious, lovely bathroom and nice it has a kitchen. Staff are friendly, dinning room looks lovely though we never ate any breakfast there.

The worst sleep for both of us. The pillows are realy realy cheap and lumpy. The constant smell of bacon from 4am even with the windows closed! I love bacon but it wasn’t a pleasant smell. The fridge makes a lot of noise so could do with a decision between the spaces to stop that. There is no microwave in the kitchen- so it seems odd to provide everything else when there is no way to heat anything. I did manage to have cold salads though. They could realy do with updating the dinning room to be of all day use as we would have loved a chill out space to have a coffee in an evening.

Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable bed, excellent shower. The public transportation is very convenient and you can easily get everywhere. Good price to quality ratio. Big fridge and amenities for a takeout

Nothing really. The sheets could be changed a bit more often and the towels weren't of perfect quality. No spare hangers.

The hotel was strategically located as it was next to a bus station that goes to the city center. The neighbourhood was safe and clean. My room was so spacious for 1 person. There was also a mini kitchen but no cooker but you can prepare light meals such as fresh salads and boil hot water. I was able to work online for 2 days as their Internet was stable and high speed! The staff were so friendly and smiling!

Perfect hotel, clean with all what one might need and great price quality ratio. We will be back for sure! Wroclaw is a beutiful city and hotel is 15 mins walk from the old city. Groceries are around the corner and no problem with a free parking next to the hotel.

The hooks for the coats woukd be very useful

Very nice place to stay for a couple of days! The room was spacious and cozy, and the location was convenient. The only thing I would like to mention is that some rooms are located on the ground floor with windows facing the street, where cars are parked. This can occasionally cause some additional noise.

Despite some issues with the location (there is an ongoing construction) - it is a reasonably situated hotel, not far from the city center. Clean room, good breakfast, but the lack of bathroom amenities is disappointing. They sell them for a couple of zl, so it wouldn't be that expensive to just put them there.

Very nice hotel in perfect location. The hotel was very romantic and clean, breakfast was amazing. Lots around to do and see close to the hotel. Electric scooter are fun way to get around.

Everything was pretty much perfect with our stay.

Didn't have breakfast, there was a shop just over the road from hotel that was open til 11pm, very handy. Town centre was about 2omin walk, very easy and just be aware of crossing areas....wait for that green man sign!

Nothing...everything was good, nice to have a choice of bottled water in the room..

The size of the room was really good, the bathroom was a really good size too. Staff were friendly and helpful even when I was a dumb English person and grabbed someone else's Uber Eats order instead of my own! Rooms are clean and well presented. Hotel was quiet when I visited and you can't hear noise from outside so a peaceful night's sleep. Although no restaurant facilities except for breakfast my room had cutlery and plates as well as a fridge and sink so ordering food for delivery was easy and keeping drinks cold. Not much walking distance from the central square, main train station and tram network.

I didn't find the bed that comfortable but most places seem to be firm mattresses out here. The bathtub gets really slippy. I slipped and hit my knee on the corner tiles surrounding it. Could probably do with a handle for climbing in and out or a rubber antislip mat.
