Great location of the hotel, direct connection to the city centre by tram (~~12-15 minutes) and also pretty good connection to the airport (two buses), and to the Main Railway station (1 tram). I booked the room in the hotel for a friend, for two nights, and for the second night another friend could have been accommodated for a very reasonable price. The communication with the Staff went very smoothly and efficiently, I could pay in €€. If I would need to book a hotel for my friends in the future, I would use Hotel Śląsk again.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Reasonably priced. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped: with a kettle to make tea/coffee, hair dryer. Good location, convenient commute to the city centre takes 15 min by tram. Good continental breakfast, with omelette, veges, bakery. Large parking area.

Unfortunately, no option of a king size bed, only separate ones. The room didn't provide the perfect soundproof - some noises could be heard from the corridor and the room nearby.

Great Breakfast. Room quite small but adequate. .Nice view of gardens . Easy access by tram and bus. Helpful reception staff, except on arrival when I perceived we were ignored for several minutes. Two ladies speaking to each other and not acknowledged for several minutes. I would have been happy with a Hello Do you mind waiting a minute while we finish this? Chambermaids were efficient.

Good breakfast with a wide selection of international and local d choice. Although the hotel appeared to be away from the centre the tram station was only a three minute walk from the hotel. The trams ran regularly and went into the city centre.

Our experience of the hotel and its situation was good, We prefer to be out of city centres in a place were you can relax and enjoy quiet time… the hotel is ideally suited for this!

Room was tidy and breakfast was tasty. The staff does not try to pretend to be very nice, but they perform their duties properly and with respect.

- It is inconvenient to use a desk in the room - the chairs are too low compared to the table, there is no table lamp, instead the lighting is built into the mirror, which is good for makeup and terrible for other needs. - There was only one working coffee machine during the breakfast (second one was under the maintenance mode and do decalc), for so big hotel it is surely not enough and cause long queue for coffee. Would be nice if maintenance of coffee machine performed out of bussy morning coffee time. - The hotel still uses luminescent lamps instead of LED, hereby consumes little bit more electricity. It looks contradictory next to the notice in the bathroom to reuse towels for the sake of the environment. Would be great if the hotel implement real energy-efficient approaches.

I booked the hotel for a friend, and she was very happy with the room, hotel's location, etc. I was also very happy with the service at the reception, and check in process, very smooth and quick professional service. For me it was also very useful that I could pay in €€. The hotel is a few steps from the public transport, and from the nearby stop, the tram will bring you to the city centre within 12-15 minutes.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean. Very good variety of dishes for dinner and reasonable prices, the best pierogies in town.

It’s an excellent place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. For a longer stay (we stayed 5 nights) I found a few things missing in the room: a rack for suitcase, a dresser, and a mini fridge. There wasn’t enough light in the room and the mini tv should be replaced with a bigger one.

Great value for money. Spacious and clean rooms, room service with food from restaurant. Staff friendly, breakfast with lot of choices and tasty. Location good as well with parking. Traveling family by car.

All was good. Hotel informed, that wedding was happening, and could be noisy. But we wasn't bothered.

It's very decent hotel, I rate it 10 out of 10, it doesn't mean it's 5 star but just we'll priced hotel that just do everything well, including good breakfast. It has a charging spot for EV - 220v or blue socket don't know what's the right name, but it can charge decently overnight. I'll definitely stay more in this hotel

Nothing much, I see it's far from public transport or city center so if you travel not by car there may be better options, but if you travel by car it just satisfied all my needs

Even though we’re warned at the moment of booking (and thanks for that), wedding event that was happening on the day of our stay was very long and loud so we had trouble sleeping
