Room was quite clean, personal on the hotel reception was smily and helpful. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. This hotel is fine if you have business travel, especially if your office is nearby.

In the room there were no soap for hands and it was very inconvenient every time to open shower to take a shower gel to wash your hands. This is a small thing, but must to be in a hotel. Also attitude for the invoice preparation could be improved: I have asked for the invoice and provided all necessary credentials due reservation, through chat, after remind during check-in and still invoice was not ready, when I was checking out. Print the invoice itself is fast, but staying in a line with other people, who also wanted help on the reception was long. If invoice was ready, I would not loose that much time. Need to admit that breakfast costs 18€ which is quite expensive. Quality of food was satisfying, but still it is just a buffet style breakfast.

Renovated rooms, comfortable bed, clean, and very friendly staff, including the room service. 24/7 availability of the sauna and gym is a nice plus, even though the gym is very humble. But it does have a treadmill. Train station is 5 minutes away that takes you to the city’s main train station is a nice plus.

Few minor details: - parking is rather expensive at 15 EUR/night, when there are empty streets all around. - bedsheets were too small so they kept coming off at the edges, a little frustrating. - sauna: shower was clogged and made the whole area smell terrible, ruining the experience. - electrical configuration of lights in our room isn’t set up correctly, you have to play with all 3 switches to be able to shut off some of the main lights. - TV is great but didn’t find YouTube or anything, most channels weren’t working. Kinda useless for me as a non-polish speaker.

was staying there for a powerlifting comp. the staff were so friendly and helpful, it was so lovely that my brother (under the age of 5) stayed there for free. food was pretty good and had a good selection. would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again if i go to wroclaw again

better than Radisson… everything is of high quality, there is enough furniture. really hot water and you can take a bath with foam. quiet location of the hotel.

Big size bed, but no big blanket?! Two small blankets - we are cold... It would be better to have 1 big and 2 small ones for options. No brown sugar.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms and breakfast are superb. It's quiet and comfortable. Parking is on a semi-gated video-guarded parking space. Staff is friendly and funny. At a ten minute walk you find a direct tram to the city-center if you want to leave your car at the hotel.

Everything was top-notch. I booked a room to my name, but for visiting guests, and everything went really smoothly with the front desk. Our viaiting elders were very pleased with their stay and accommodation, so I don't have any other choice to leave top score. Many thanks to the crew for making eveyrhing as easy and fast as possible! Will definitely come back again.

Room was very clean, modern and well furbished. Bed very comfy. The staff were very helpful and spoke English which was useful. Food in the restaurant was good quality and good value, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.
