Location, cleanliness, beds, micro, tv.

After the check- in, the pin code didn't come, I had to call the office but they didn't answer. In a few mins the lady called back and in another three mins I got the code. In the morning at 7.20 someone started drilling and I couldn't sleep... There was no chair I could use to sit at the desk.

It was clean and tidy. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a grocery store and bus stops nearby

My apartment faced the road, so there was a lot of noise from outside even at night. It was impossible to open the windows because of it. Also, some items in the kitchen were missing, which created inconvenience. It was important for me because of following a medical diet and the need to cook on my own. Unfortunately, when I asked to resolve this issue, the employees refused to do so. Which was quite unfortunate. But this is my own impression due to my needs. Also, the mattresses on the bed are a bit uncomfortable - they move, so you have to sleep very carefully and try not to move at night)))

The location was good. Near the bus line. Grocery store nearby had everything I needed. The cleaners showed me where I could use the washing machine which was a wonderful bonus since I was there for a week. The AC was adequate. I am usually hot so it's rare that AC is cold enough for me but when I came into the room after a walk it was sufficiently cool. There's a little refrigerator (no freezer compartment) and cook top that worked perfecly.

Checking in was a challenge for me but that was probably because my e-sim card didn't allow me to get texts so I didn't have all the information I needed plus needing to translate from Polish into English. During my stay I saw one other guest struggling with figuring out where the rooms were and I showed her where the front desk was, and she was from Poland so maybe it wasn't just me. I was saved by a food delivery guy who showed me where the front desk was-it's several doors down from the entry to the apartments.

Although it isn't in the centre, it was only 3 bus stops to the bus station (and adjoining shopping centre), and 4 to the railway station (where the bus to/from the airport goes). Using codes to enter the building, and the room means no keys to collect or drop off. It has a lift, although I was only on the 1st floor, so I only used it when carrying my luggage, or if it happened to be at the same floor - the stairs were close by. There was a microwave, and kettle, cup, glass, and some cutlery. The bathroom/toilet has a shower cubicle, sink, mirror and power point.

A fridge would be nice, although the milk I bought lasted me for the week, and I left some individual cartons for whoever follows me (because I didn't think I could bring them home) - along with a few teabags (there were a few, but I bought a small box). There's a small desk under the TV, but oddly, the folding chair was in the wardrobe! A shelf or small table next to the bed would be useful for things you may want within reach during the night. (there is a socket for plugging in a charger).

Excellent apartament: good facilites, comfortable, friendly staff and quality for price. Warm and cosy enough, kitchen appliances sufficient for the basic meal preparation. Shampoo and gel provided. Location quite far from centre although bus stop very near, with 2 buses quite regular, 112 and 145 which take you to centre within 15 to 20 mins. There are cafés, and takeaways walking distance, also Lidl 3 mins walk away.

No hairdryer, which in winter is a totally essential. No iron and board either.

Great value for money! Perfectly clean and modern. Loved the light in the kitchen, the blackout curtains and the radiator for drying clothes in the bathroom. The beds were a bit too soft and narrow for my taste, but it's just my own preferences, not a big deal.

We did not know the check-in was contactless, so we had to wait outside the hotel for some SMS with the door codes to be sent to us. It was not clear that we'd get the information via SMS, so the waiting was a little unpleasant and I had to call the reception myself to understand how the process goes. It would have been nice to know that the check-in is contactless beforehand. But it was not too bad.

I liked that it was clean, the door was with a keypad, and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. Plenty of space for clothing and other things, and the location was excellent for me.

only 2 things, AC wasn't appropriate, it was very hot during the night, and breakfast was too late, I had to be up and out between 7-8am and literally could never have breakfast as it opened at 9am.

Location is pretty good - around 15 minutes from the train station. However, I chose it because it was convenient for a private event I attended in the neighbourhood. The beds are okay, there are nice curtains to make the room dark at night, the kitchenette seems functional (although I barely used it), the bathroom is clean and comfortable to use (although cold in the winter).

The rooms/building seem a little hastily finished (elements of kitchenette furniture either fell off and were stuffed in the cabinets, or maybe they were never fitted in the first place). Perfectly fine otherwise. Also, I didn't get my room code until I called the reception once I got there - I think I was already supposed to have it.

- Checkin was not easy, the system had an error and we had to find out what to do ourselves, luckily there was a number for 24/7 reception to guide us - Location was not ideal right near the highway - Not as spacious as in the pictures - We received two single beds instead of a double one

clean and functional room at a good price. The check-in was relatively easy. The amenities were basic but sufficient.

I had some problems when checking-in on line, but I managed to resolve it at the reception. Unfortuantely, there were some renonvation works during our stay, that woke me up in the morning (the receptionist was very polite and assured me that she will forward the info to the manager).
