The place was great, but surroundings just amazing! A museum very close. A place to have a walk. A place to have some pizza and a playground for kids. Place to rent a kayak. Like a city inside a city 😅 Plus breakfast was also amazing. We were sitting outside, the weather back then was perfect. Our baby was also enjoying it a lot! The room was very big and so clean. For us it was great that it was on the ground floor. The parking place was very close to the building, where we were staying. Amazing spa area!!!

The fact we could not stay for the second night in the same room, but we just did not have a reservation. Part of the breakfast buffet was a bit hidden. The changing place and shower room in the spa area was very small considering how big the hotel is.

We stayed at Zamek Topacz for a private celebration and were truly impressed by the stunning property and beautiful surroundings. The spa was lovely, and the bed and linens were of excellent quality, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The food was good, and although the service was only adequate, the overall experience during our stay was very pleasant.

However, a few days after we had all checked out, the host was contacted to settle a pending bill that had been charged to his room by another guest, of which we had not been informed at the time of departure. It was an awkward and confusing situation, as we couldn’t understand how any charges could have been made to the host’s room without their authorisation, signature, or even reference to a room number. This post-stay issue was unfortunate and somewhat embarrassing, and it did take away from what had otherwise been an enjoyable experience.

Staff was super courteous even at later arrival than originally planned. Rooms were clean and amenities were appreciated. Especially enjoyed the ability to make a cup of tea in the evening after a long day of driving. The grounds are absolutely amazing and the gardeners take pride in their work. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety to choose from. Service staff were very quick to assist. We did not utilize the swimming pool or hot tub, nor did we visit the museum on premises, but I am sure they were just as wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

My only suggestion would be better lighting at the street entrance sign for those arriving at night.

We liked the territory, room design, and cleanliness of the spaces. The breakfast was really royal: plenty of fresh vegetables, a variety of nuts, organic food, tea, nice serving, and design of food. All was tasty. A tiny minus could be mentioned as the absence of other types of meat except pork (we don't consume pork). But on the other hand, meat on the breakfast is not our common option as well. Also, it's better to arrive early, at the hour of check-in, around 3 pm. We arrived at 22 and there was no time to swim as in the morning we had to travel early, after breakfast.

The area and overall atmosphere were great. Loved its authentic style and design.

We had to wait in a long queue to sit by the table for breakfast. Also, dry sauna seemed crowded, and barely 5 people could fit. Besides, it would have been more comfortable if we could reach the spa area without leaving our building. It was a bit disappointing that the hotel room didn't have any slippers or bathrobe.

Lovely structure with the park in a convenient location. Very well maintained grounds, flowers everywhere. Nicely decorated rooms. Very generous and tasty breakfast. Convenient parking. Lovely place to stay.

The hairdtyer in a room 207 at Gardeners cottage is old and is not working properly. Once it is switched of, it does not start working and needs to cool about 3-4 minutes. Most inconvenient for the ladies with longer hair. I discovered this after the shower of cource😉, in the morning, when we were in a hurry. My husband went to reception and were told, that the housekeeper will bring the replacement hairdryer. Noone came nor called. No housekeeper, no heardryer, no word… Pity. A teaspoon of tar ruins a barrel of honey.

A Suppperbbb Hotel where we stay is not for the first time! It's a lovely place to rejuvenate the batteries after a long drive. We love this place. Breakfast is just the best of the best. A big choice of different staff, fresh self-made juice, cookies, everything, everything just great. I strongly recommend staying for a longer period. SPA is fantastic. Everything has been done here from the best not cheap materials and with a big love to its clients. You feel this everywhere in this Hotel, either in the room breakfast or in the SPA and the beautiful outside territory with a lake and other nice attractions. THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND THE OWNER!

Great area to relax, go for a walk and enjoy the peace and quiet. Lots of green space. Very good breakfast, with a variety to choose from. Nice and clean rooms.

The comfort in the room was not given. It was loud, you could hear the neighbors although they spoken normally, they were not shouting, just the walls a paper thin. I was told at the reception to try another room in another building next time.

Beautiful place, good privacy in the room, kind staff, good restaurant, and plenty of perks for people traveling with dogs like us (and we appreciated the kind attention of adding dog treat, a dog bed and food bowl to the room without us requesting it). The park and lake are really pleasant.

More of a suggestion than an issue as this is not something standard in Europe: Adding a bidet spray to the toilet could be a plus for customers traveling from regions where this is standard.

Beautiful grounds and gardens. Very clean and looked after. Staff extremely friendly and always happy to help. Delicious food during breakfast and dinner. Really nice freshly made excellent value. Rooms clean and comfortable. Fresh bottled water available upon arrival. Easy and quick check in.

Wellness facilities a bit underwhelming. I would have expected the water in the pool/ hot tub/ jacuzzi to be warmer.
