Very good location, nice view of the river, fantastic breakfast with bunch of options, clean room, receptionist are very helpful. Price-quiality is reasonable.

Nothing to complain but 2 things must get improved Coffee ☕ in the breakfasts Tasted disgusting, too dark and looks like a cheap grains brand. Electricity sockets are not close to the bed. They are very far away from the main points in the room

The hotel is perfectly situated near the main attractions of Wrocław, making it an excellent choice for exploring the city. The room was spacious and featured high ceilings, which added a touch of elegance and comfort. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or provide helpful recommendations.

Excellent location of the property. Room was a bit small for 3 people but was clean and beds were very comfortable. No mirror on the desk/dressing table was a minus. Also, I'd expect a kettle in the room in this kind of hotel. It wasn't there. In one of the rooms, only one TV channel was available but because we stayed only one night, we could overlook this inconvenience. Breakfast on a boat next to the hotel was amazing! Great variety of food and all nicely presented and so delicious and nutritious. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings.

The location is just one tram ride from the main train station. All the trams are free, and they are easy to take with the help of google maps /directions. The location of the hotel right on the edge of the river is almost magical. It is a very short walk to the main city center. For those interested in family research, the state archive is just a safe 10-minute walk along the water. The hotel staff were very helpful. Ah but the best of this hotel was the breakfast - The diversity, freshness, and the amount of the breakfast buffet was unparalleled! Never have I been so happy about a hotel breakfast! It is served on a docked boat within steps of the hotel. The reflections of the water on the ceiling while having breakfast was delightful. Speaking of delightful the two servers greeted each guest with a smile and a good morning. The spoke Polish and English and some German. There was never the feeling to eat and leave as some other hotels sometimes exhibit. I enjoyed each day and wish they could serve dinner as well. As for dinner the Pizza restaurant right next door to the hotel met my New York City standards, but the most superb dinner I had was at the Indian Island restaurant just across the street. The food is Indian-Nepali cuisine. As a vegetarian I can say without hesitation that it was the best vegetable korma I have ever had! It is so good that I suggested to my wife that we return to Wroclaw – Breslau for our upcoming wedding anniversary. Hope to see you there I’ll be the one with the ear-to-ear smile in the yellow straw hat!

Leaving too soon! A very small dislike is that the front desk could not exchange currency. But they gave me directions to an exchange shop that was only a 3 minute walk. I understand that many hotels do not like to handle cash for safety reasons.

The hotel was situated in a nice area and only a 10minute walk from the main market square. The room was exactly what we booked, and the staff were very helpful and polite. We only really slept in the hotel as we were out most of the days that we were there, but anytime we were back at the hotel, the staff were really nice and helpful. The room was spotless and the beds were a nice comfortable sleep. Would definatley reccomend and would certainly stay here again.

Everything we experienced at the hotel was very good, I could not fault it for anything

It has an excellent relation price quality. A very good location, near the historical centre, in a very pictorial place. The hotel has somehow a romantic/classic style, with a riverboat serving has breakfast room. The room is not quite large, nut as the enough space for a nice staying. Very good cleanliness. The breakfast has a large variety of local products. Money well spended!

Actually, there's nothing we could say that dislike us. Well the room could be a little bit bigger, but that's not a problem. All was good

The towels need replacing are very worn No kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms, there is a machine downstairs where you can pay for a cup however they don’t have milk if that’s important to you, maybe worth giving each room a couple of vouchers to use?? PowerPoints in the room was hard to come by, could use a couple of updated usb points perhaps?

The close location to the city Center and surrounding area, the charm of the place (including the outside / ship). The personal was very friendly and always happy to help, the room was as expected and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty and included multiple options.

A bit of noise from the busy street, but this was gone once the window was closed. I would also recommend providing hygiene products (shower gel / shampoo) in bottle rather then one usage small plastic container for ecological reason and to ensure there is enough for one to properly wash himself.

The hotel was very comfortable and warm, as were the beds. The shower was nice and strong. The amazing breakfast was served on a flat-bottomed boat, which was very unusual and original. The location is great - very close to the church island and a nice walk to the very heart of the city. The staff were also extremely helpful - they were there when we checked in very late, at 2am, and when we needed a taxi to get to the train station, they were happy to book it for us.

Great hotel stay in Wroclaw. Conveniently located approximately 10-15 minute walk into the old town but equally close to the more modern centre too. Hotel room was spacious with plenty of space for hanging clothes, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from and was nicely located on the barge immediately outside the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.
