Very nice clean hotel, good location when travelling by car/motorbike. Small Spa is included in the price, which was very pleasant after long day ride with motorbike. Good restaurant, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Very good value for the money!

As it is a nice hotel, it might have weddings/birthday parties on the weekends. During my stay there was a birthday party, which could hear a bit to the room, but not too bothering to me at least.

The stay at the hotel left a good impression. I appreciated the large parking lot, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, ensuring something for everyone. It was also great that access to the pool was included in the room price, adding extra value. The on-site restaurant was excellent, but it would be nice if the menu were updated with some new dishes or ideas. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable!

Lovely place, it deserves more than 3stars!!!! The bathroom walls are made of marble, the beds are so comfy and the pool with sauna and steam room just tops up the experience. Really well kept place, short drive to shopping mall and many take aways available nearby as well as restaurant in the hotel!!

Nothing really,.it is not in the city centre which saves you the traffic and close enough to the airport

All was super except the swimming pool which was not working when I was there.

The swimming pool was not working when I was there. This is disappointing taking into consideration that I selected this hotel especially cause it had a swimming pool and spa. If I knew it was broken I'd stay closer to the airport. So taking into consideration there is nothing to do in the area it was very disappointing. I didn't get any discount for that either. The massage was also not great.

Breakfast buffet was very nice with traditional polish food, bacon & eggs and a selection of cheeses & meats as well as cheesecake. Parking was easily accessible and plenty on the courtyard and close to the entrance. Personnel was friendly and still willing to provide us with a couple of beers only 2 minutes before closing time of the bar, even having to change the beer barrel as they just ran out pouring our second beer.

Nothing really, the pillows were standard and thus not that comfortable if you prefer sleeping on harder, more neck-supporting pillows. However, i always have my personal pillow with me to have better neck support.

Place has two types of sauna, a mini pool. Restaurant food was delicious

On check-out receptionist charged in EUR instead of local currency (PLN). This resulted in overcharge of ~10% Upon questioning why this happened I was gaslighted that this was my own fault… Another thing is that we were charged ~13EUR per person for breakfast, the breakfast was not of quality that commanded that price

The rooms are very nice for the price, are clean, have comfortable beds, the bathroom is nice and has lots of towels. My wife had an ayurvedic massage (or something like that) which she absolutely loved. The food in the Indian restaurant was fantastic, although we did make it clear that we had been to India twice and wanted our food nice and spicy. From what the waitress said, usually the food is not spicy since the locals do not eat spicy food. So, ask for your food to be hot and spicy!

When I asked for the bill in the Indian restaurant, the waitress just told me the total of the bill and I paid with my card and I told her that I wanted to add a tip, which she happily did. But then she brought me the itemized bill and to my surprise, there was already a "service" charge added to the price. This means that I paid double for a tip which is absolutely WRONG! I'm really not happy that she didn't tell me that the tip was already included in the price and happily made me pay twice. In any case, it is WRONG to include "service" in the bill and it is WRONG to not give the customer the bill itemized bill BEFORE paying.

Staff was great, they are supper friendly and polite, big parking place, pool and all the facilities you might need.

Window in our room did was damaged and it was impossible to lock the window when closed. Since it was winter outside, we were getting some of that fresh air in to our room.

From the moment we arrived the whole experience was brilliant. The staff were courteous friendly and very helpful. We had an evening meal to die for i had lamb shanks on lovely creamy mash with young green beans on the side, my wife tried the curried prawns with a garlic naan beautiful. The buffet breakfast had everything you could wish for I would definitely stay again and recommend to all

Nothing, even the Parking was very good

The staff was extremely helpful not just when we arrived, but also replying to my numerous questions and requests. We stayed in a family room with two large double beds. Member of staff even came to check if we all will fit comfortably in the room! The room was very clean, spacious and beds comfortable. Shame that we only stayed for one night on our onwards journey to Lithuania.
