Absolutely everything. From the time we checked in, staff were exceptional, including cleaning staff. A particular mention of Oliwia, who is such an asset to the hotel. She showed a genuine interest in the guests and went above and beyond to help us with an issue we encountered. Marigold shopping centre is an easy 8 minute walk away. The hotel is next to the train station, and if you walk under the railway and across the park, you will reach a tram stop which takes you to the old town. A bonus if you are over 65 is that tram and rail is free. Just carry your ID. Across that intersection and next to MacDonald's, there is also a small deli and chemist. The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. There is also a laundry room for guests. A real gem for Wroclaw. We highly recommend Element by Westin.

Fantastic modern room, with great kitchenette. Extremely well designed room with plenty of storage space and comfortable bed and sofa. Plenty of choice at breakfast, and the meal we had in the restaurant in the evening was delicious. Lovely friendly staff. Very good location, with the Mikolajow train station across the road (can't hear the trains as soundproofing is good), and tram stop just beyond that. Easy to get into the city centre, and convenient for the airport, buses and Magnolia Park shopping centre. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I liked everything about this place, comfortable and clean and the staff were amazing. Jacob on the front desk every day was super professional and helpful, the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are amazing, the beds are comfortable with lovely linen . Transport links to the Old Town and airport are stress free. I stayed for 8 nights and it felt like a home from home, nothing was too much trouble and I couldn’t fault anything. I am one super satisfied customer and would recommend staying here if you want comfort, cleanliness and a great feeling of being welcome. Thank you.xx

Great location, just a mile/short walk into main town, plenty of trams and taxis if you prefer and 5 minutes from big shopping centre shops, restaurants and takeaways. Facilities in the room were very good, well equipped kitchen and dining area and loved the TV that turns from bedroom round to lounge area. Modern and clean bathroom and plenty of storage. Room also had ironing equipment and hairdryer. Rooms very soundproofed and quiet. Staff fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet had everything from croissants to cooked food and there were always some complimentary fruit, snacks and drinks available in the reception all day long.

Sofa was not very comfy but better with using pillows or pulled out as a bed to watch tv on. Being a new building some taxi's seemed to have difficulty finding it and waited down the road the other side of a fence that we could not cross to get to them. Found it easier to wait outside the 'Dolby' building, as a landmark, just at the end of the entrance drive. I'm sure it will get easier as it is better known. (food deliveries had no problem with finding it !) We booked this one as it appeared to have a 'gym'/fitness suite on the details, note this was just an area in reception for exercising on the floor mats, not an equipped gym, our mistake but not clear on details.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and the breakfasts were truly excellent: tasty, fresh, and varied. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere during our stay

Unfortunately, despite the positive experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. At check-in, the hotel blocked the full amount for our stay (1,650 PLN), and then at check-out, the same amount was charged again. The problem is that the blocked funds were never released, which means that instead of 1,650 PLN, a total of 3,300 PLN was taken from my account. The hotel insists this is the bank’s responsibility, but my bank confirmed that the hotel has not released the blocked amount. It is really disappointing, because the stay itself was very enjoyable, but this situation with double charging and the refusal to take responsibility has overshadowed the whole experience.

The rooms were lovely and clean, well presented and nicely decorated. They felt homely but modern. The TV which flips around so you can watch from either the bed or the sofa was a great feature! Beds were incredibly comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well which was great as it was very hot during our visit. The staff were helpful and the breakfast had a good selection (typical European continental- breads, meats, cheese, scrambled eggs). Great location for events at Tarcynski area (only a short taxi, e-scooter, or the train station is right next door).

The water pressure in the shower in all four of the rooms our group had booked was quite low.

I had a wonderful stay at Element Wrocław. The check-in was seamless as I arrived 3 hours early but was helped straight away with great suggestions for places to visit, food to try and transport options to take. The hotel itself was so welcoming, with its calm, modern and very clean atmosphere. My room was spacious, with comfy furniture, a brilliant 180-degree rotating TV and a kitchenette. As well, the bathroom was generous in size, with lovely toiletries and towels provided. Additionally, I appreciated the cleaning schedule, which was considerate of the environment. The location was handy too. It’s right next to Wrocław Mikołajów train station and a short walk to tram stops like Wrocław Mikołajów (Zachodnia), Dolmed and Wrocławski Park Przemysłowy, which take you straight into the city centre. While it’s not close to many tourist attractions, there’s a shopping centre (Magnolia Park) nearby and the area has a business park feel, being quiet but convenient. Google Maps made getting around super easy. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond, even offering me a breakfast box when I had an early flight. I also had a delicious meal at the restaurant on my last night and the breakfast selection was fantastic, with the likes of cereal, cold meats and pastries. I loved how welcoming the hotel felt, especially since Wrocław is soon going to be my home. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to visit Wrocław.

Overall, my stay was brilliant with just a couple of very minor things worth mentioning. The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger, though it wasn’t a big issue. I also felt there wasn’t much immediately around the hotel in terms of restaurants or tourist attractions, which does make it a peaceful spot, but it does mean you’ll usually need to take a tram to reach the city centre or find more options. These small things didn’t take away from what was otherwise a really lovely experience.

It was a great hotel with big bright rooms with everything necessary for our stay. We had access to free breakfasts which were filling and diverse. 24 laundry room was available to us as well.

The only issue that we found was the WiFi connection. We had some work things to do during our stay and the connection was unstable and rather slow (15 Mb/s). So that was unfortunate and inconvenient. And there were no other options for WiFi.

Really nice hotel with nice facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Parking available for 75 Polish zloty per day, and 3 minutes away of a train station that is one stop away from central Wroclaw. Nice breakfast and warm staff.

The water pressure could be better in my opinion, and they only clean the rooms every three days, butI think that if you request it, they may sort out any issue that you may have. The room was clean and I stayed only 3 nights so it was okay for me. So I do recommend it.

I had a lovely stay here with my 2 grandchildren, aged 2 and 4. The room was very clean and comfortable, with the BEST pillows I have ever experienced! There was a nice outdoor area to have meals and drinks, and it was close enough to sites in the city and the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly (thank you Oliwia and the nice young gentleman who helped me with a very rude taxi driver) I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Poland.
